Service has been great. They have been very responsive when we have needed to adjust due to being out of town. Service was easy to setup. Options are nice- you don't have to sign up for every week. We do bi monthly. The ammonia smell that builds up in my cans from cat litter and grass clippings is gone when they are done, and the trashcans smell 10X better than the teenagers in my classroom. Worth every affordable penny! read more

My city trash can was not new when I moved in 8 years ago. It become progressively filthier, and the smell became pretty unbearable. Maggots were the final straw. I requested a one-time clean from Austin Bin Wash, and they scheduled it the very next day. I left my trashcan out at the curb, as requested, and when I returned from work I had a clean trashcan. Everything was straight forward as far as the appointment and billing. WELL worth the money not to have deal with that. read more

So convenient and worth every penny. My bins are squeaky-clean, WAY cleaner than I could ever get them with a hose. They smell fantastic. It makes daily trips out to the trash bins a delight. It's extremely easy to set up and communications were great. All you have to do is leave your bins out on the street the day after trash pickup. They come to your house with their cleaning truck, clean them on-the-spot, and will take them back to where you store them (important if you have a persnickety HOA who doesn't allow trash bins to be visible from the street). You don't have to do anything except leave your bins out, and they sent helpful text and email reminders. We're signed up for quarterly cleaning. For three bins (trash, recycling, and compost) the cost is $51.99+tax. So worth it! read more

I've subscribed to Austin Bin Wash's quarterly service based on a recommendation from a close friend and have been very satisfied with their service. Their prices are great, but I personally appreciate the responsiveness of Kathy, who has always answered any question I have promptly, honestly, and fully. I had my first cleaning this week and came home to the most spotless trash bins!! Ours were getting pretty gross after having them for 2 years and hosing them out was not cutting it anymore. Looking forward to having it done monthly - great value! read more

Austin Bin Wash was super awesome! Originally, I planned on doing a one and done, but after smelling (yes, literally smelling) how fresh my compost bin was, I'll be doing it twice a year to make sure it is sanitized properly. The actual process was quieter than I expected and did not disturb neighbors at all. They also moved my bin off the street and into my driveway, which I really appreciated. 10/10 would recommend. Price is too good to beat - $37 for a one time sanitization of bin. read more

Worth every penny! These guys do a fantastic job cleaning my trash and compost bin. The only negative is that the great smell only lasts a week (I get the quarterly service). Highly recommended!!! read more

Nothing is worse in this terrible heat than a stinky, grimy trash bin building up bacteria and growing mold. Cleaning it yourself leaves behind a great big stinky mess. Get it done right the first time. After an Austin Bin Wash, go ahead, stick your head in there! You will be able to smell the fresh scent in your trash bin. read more

The question always asked after a great service is , "Why didn't I do this sooner!" That is exactly what I asked myself after our first service. Austin Bin Wash is amazing and worth every penny!! Austin Bin Wash is amazing - they made our son's second birthday party by coming during his party on Saturday to wash our bins & entertain all the kiddos! Total win win for us - super clean bins + a very happy 2 year old. Our son is obsessed with all things trash & recycling and this made his year to get to control the grabber arm & wash the bins. Thank you so much for getting our bins clean and making our sons party so special! Highly recommend for their regular service and for any trash loving kiddos! read more

Our bins have been needing a clean for quite some time now due to some yucky compost & a paint spill. Kathy was so communicative and easy to work with. We just left the cans on the corner and a few hours later they were squeaky clean! read more

Austin Bin Wash has been a game changer for us! Not only do we cook a lot and have some very smelly trash, but we also have a couple of children in diapers so... With our cans sitting in our garage the summer can be especially brutal! During the set up process, the team could not have been more responsive and easy to communicate with. I love when I'm able to text a company for easy communication and they are super easy to get in touch with. my cans literally smell like lemon when they are done and are spotless! It is such a good feeling to have non-smelly fans and a garage - as funny as it sounds! On top of this, my kids get so excited when the truck comes (allows me 5 minutes to sit down!) and we make it a viewing party! read more

Seriously, this is AMAZING! Take a dirty, gross, nasty job and makes it easy! Like other reviews, I thought, "Oh it'll be cleaner, they'll come out and clean em". But the service exceeded, my expectations and then some. Super friendly staff, and so easy to sign up. I did the one bin clean, and quickly signed up for the quarterly package! Couldn't recommend enough! read more

This is by FAR the best service I never knew I needed. As a single parent that travels extensively for work, I am always looking for ways to outsource household jobs to make my life easier. Austin Bin Wash came for their second visit yesterday and I could not be happier. My trash bins look brand new with no yucky, sticky or smelly garbage residue. They schedule their service the day after your regularly scheduled trash day and have monthly, bi-monthly or one time service plans. They are reasonably priced, easy to schedule and pay online and you never even know they were here- except for your clean smelling brand new trashcans. Coming from NYC, I never heard of bin washing, but we gave it a try. Great, bins were clean and smelling nice. Here we are in the middle of a drought, rodents and critters scouring for food and water and it becomes clear, Bin Washing isn't a luxury but a necessity here in Hot Texas especially if, like us, you store your bins in the garage. Their service is the real deal and I salute them for defining a niche that we never knew we needed. Austin Bin Wash, one wash and you will be sold! read more
