Austin Bin Wash is awesome!! They always text you the day before service to remind you they will be coming and to leave your bins out. If for any reason you'll be out of town or won't be able to leave bins out you can communicate with them via text to reschedule with no issue. We previously used their service for about a year and then thought we might not need it anymore after our kids finished with diapers and we assumed our trash cans would not be as gross. Fast forward to this super hot summer- our bins were DISGUSTING. I texted Austin Bin Wash asking if we could be put back on the schedule and if at all possible they could do the next day because I didn't even want to take my bins back to the side of the house. I can't recommend Austin bin wash enough. I had a spill inside my bin that attracted a ton of flies and it got really gross inside and out. I looked at a couple of other places but they were a bit more expensive for two bins so I gave Austin bin wash a call to see if they had any openings. The lady I spoke to was super nice and I explained that I was looking to get the cleaning done sooner rather than later because of the flies. She couldn't promise me anything right away but had me fill out the form and was able to get me on the schedule the day after my trash service. All I had to do was leave my bins by the road for them. The service was so good. They sprayed the inside and outside of the bins and power washed them. They also put them on the truck to sanitize the inside for what had to be over 5 minutes. Once everything was done the guy was kind enough to bring them up to my garage doors so they were off the road. This is a service that is totally worth the cost for my mental sanity and I have no doubt I'll use them again. read more

it all started with two dogs and a kiddo in diapers - the impact of those poop bags and diapers was catastrophic to our trash bin. Even using a huge bin liner didn't help with getting the stink out. Service has been great. They have been very responsive when we have needed to adjust due to being out of town. Service was easy to setup. Options are nice- you don't have to sign up for every week. Signed up was a breeze, got confirmation email and text for when the first service. My trash pickup is kb Mondays, so they showed up today and let me tell you, the person that came over did really good job. I was surpised that he was super detailed on cleaning the bins. He even double check and run it on the machine twice, for my recycle bin. And after all done, he used towel to dry them. Now my bin smelling like citrus and never been this clean.
