Scott and his crew did a great job on my home in Northwest Hills. I was impressed with Scott's knowledge and his desire to walk me through exactly what he would be pruning/removing. He loves what he does and it shows! His crew was thorough, safe and left everything looking nice & clean. Highly recommended! read more

These guys are very reasonably priced, professional, fast, and extremely knowledgeable. We had a perfect experience with them when it came to trimming our 5 large pecan tress, including removing one huge dead branch. We called to ask about an estimate, and a week later, the work was done all in a day. They left our yard completely clean, and our trees look happy and healthy now. read more

My husband and I hired Scott to cut back & beautify our trees. First off, he was so enthusiastic about trees, you can really tell he loves what he does. He is extremely professional, punctual and attentive to your needs. We had a big pecan that needed some TLC, he new exactly what to do and even added a cable you can barely see. His confidence and expertise was impressive and we are so happy with the results (and so are our neighbors). Our trees literally seem happier and we are so satisfied with the work he and his team did for us. I would definitely recommend Scott to anyone who needs tree work done. Very, very pleased with AUSTIN BEAUTIFUL TREES. We bought undeveloped land to build a house in which there is an amazing although terribly neglected heritage live oak tree as focal point on the property. Scott advised and strongly advocated for the tree during house construction as builders and their subs might otherwise be hurtful. He then engaged in critical task of rehabilitating and beautifying the tree as well as our other trees. The results are fantastic. ABT was very responsive to questions, super enthusiastic, priced correctly and thoroughly professional. Look no further. read more

Austin Beautiful Trees had been recommended by a neighbor who was satisfied by their work. Now I will happily recommend them to anyone. Scott George is very knowledgeable about tree maintenance and health. He answered all the questions I had about keeping our aging cedar elms happy. He has been very easy to reach both before our job and after our job. His crew worked quickly to remove ball moss, mistletoe and dead branches. They also skillfully cleaned up some breaks and expertly lightened some sagging limbs. They left our yard, roof and patio very clean. Our trees have never looked better in the 10 years that we have been living here. I will definitely call Austin Beautiful Trees again. read more

Scott and crew just finished a quick touch up of our trees including removing one box elm, etc. As per many others: Scott is incredibly knowledgeable about tree trimming and general tree health, so he wants to do what's best for your trees. The upshot is that he's not going to trim your trees just for the money like some other companies. I'm always impressed by any business who will talk you out of more work when it's not necessary, and that's how Scott works. It was a little tricky getting scheduled, but blame it on their great business model=success. He's definitely friendly and upfront. Their prices were reasonable. I hope as they continue to pick up business they can stay that way! read more

Scott has been taking care of our trees for the last 12 years. Recently, he sent us an email, because he noticed while riding his bike in the neighborhood that a big ash tree in our front yard that he has been nursing along for years, didn't look good. He came and gave us an assessment of the tree and went over all the trees in our yard where he found two hackberry trees at the back of the yard that were really sick and were dangerously close to falling. So dangerous that he didn't feel it was safe for his crew to climb the tree. Scott recommended another company that had a lift so they could safely remove the tree. Scott said that he wouldn't take any $$ for the assessment, cuz we were long time customers and he called us, not the other way around. I would highly recommend Scott for any of your tree needs. He is honest and really cares about people and trees. read more

Scott and his crew are the best. We are relative newcomers to Allandale and so we asked around for recommendations on tree trimmers. Scott's name came up from three neighbors. Fair price, good work and done timely. I highly recommend these folks! read more

This review is in reference to a tree trimming and tree removal project from this summer. We ran into some unexpected delays with the city permitting process, but Scott worked directly with them and was able to get our project pushed through as fast as possible. Due to the permitting delays, he even went so far as to rearrange his team's schedule in order to help us get the project done by our requested deadline. I would recommend his services to a friend. read more

I have been remiss in not writing this review. Scott came out to give an esimate during Spring of last year (2012). During the process of providing the quote, he took care of a small branch that was making an infernal racket on a sky light and spent plenty of time discussing our tree health. When pruning/branch thinning time came during the summer, Scott was back with a highly efficient crew and performed the work as promised and for the quoted price. The trees look magnificent and we will not hesitate to get Scott back out for more work as needed. read more

Austin Beautiful Trees did a great job on my yard which has lots of big trees. They were friendly, prompt, and the trees look great. The job was more difficult than they thought because of the limited access to the back yard, but they stuck with the original estimate. I can highly recommend them. read more

Just got a consultation from Scott and he is the coolest. I honestly didnt care much for my trees except that they not fall on my car, but scotts passion and knowledge gave me a newfound appreciation for my leafy housemates. I feel like I got a masterclass on trees and actually enjoyed the experience, despite getting some bad news about the state of my trees. Get the consultation from him, because trees are expensive and the damage they can do moreso, so its worth it to know what you are getting into. read more

Scott and his crew were great. They completed a big job saving a nice mesquite in our front yard, and they trimmed pretty much every other tree in our yard (at least a dozen trees) in about 2 hours. Scott knows his stuff, no one stepped in my wife's flower beds (a big no-no to step in those) and he had a half dozen workers on the job and working hard the entire time. The price was reasonable, considering the amount of work accomplished. Thumbs up. read more

Austin Beautiful Trees is what 5 star ratings are made for. I've become a bit of a cynic when it comes to service providers of most kinds unfortunately but this experience has restored my faith. From meeting with Scott for initial consultation until the moment the crew drove away it was first rate. Scott is not only very knowledgeable but is generous with his advice to help you get the healthiest and best-looking trees you can with the budget you have available. His crew was exceptional. They have a great rapport and started the job with Scott, the foreman and entire crew huddled together to make sure they knew exactly the job to be done. I appreciated this so much as they didn't just start cutting until they'd done a walk through with me and had their meeting. They seem to be a great group of experienced professionals who worked together like a well-oiled machine. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up incredibly well and definitely left the grounds better than they found them. As for the trees themselves - the difference is night and day. Before, my trees were damaged and overloaded and now they're beautiful and look healthy with a nice, well-defined canopy. I recommend this crew without hesitation! read more

Scott is outstanding, a great guy and honest pricing / service. When we bought our house in Tarrytown a couple of years ago, we wanted the trees to be the focal point of the lot. Scott has taken great care to make sure that is the case. He is prompt, flexible in his scheduling, fair with his rates and always goes beyond what I ask. I've worked with others in the past and interviewed / got quotes from 5 or 6 others. Very simply, I wouldn't trust my trees to anyone else. read more

Scott's attention to detail is outstanding, a respectable arborist and rational approach to tree care.

After a large branch dropped from our large 50 year old Arizona Ash tree, I called Scott George right away. He had been strongly recommended by a close a friend and he absolutely lived up to his reputation. Hearing the emotion in my voice, he scheduled to come evaluate my tree the next morning (despite later saying he had a funeral to attend the following day!). When Scott arrived he listened to me, and then walked me through an evaluation of the tree. Not only did he provide an exceptional, knowledgeable assessment, he taught me how to spot and evaluate the health of my own trees better in the future. Despite coming to the conclusion that my beloved mature tree was at the end of its useful life, Scott gave me lots of options to chew on, and recommended three other arborists in town who could assist me with removal (so as not to bias his own consultation). He also evaluated all the other trees on the property for free, and helped provide us with great ideas for future plantings. Talking with Scott was not only educational and empowering, but he has such a great sense of authenticity. Can't recommend strongly enough. We ultimately went with Markus of Just Trees for our removal, who also blew me away with his knowledge, humor, professionalism and fair price! read more

Scott has been out to my house twice now and I couldn't be more pleased with his service. Both times, he has given me very good advice about the situation I was calling about and both times, he hasn't charged me any money or scheduled unnecessary work. He is incredibly honest and ethical, not to mention friendly, and I will continue to keep him as my go-to guy when I need help with my trees. I cannot recommend him highly enough. read more

Scott is a really friendly guy who is passionate about his work. He fit us in during our brush collection week when he had a cancellation so we could save money on the haul-away. I would recommend him!!!! read more

I had a consultation with Scott and I'm extremely satisfied! He was very professional and knowledgable. You can tell he has a lot of passion and really loves trees. He took the time to educate me about my individual trees and answered all of my questions. I learned a lot and would definitely recommend him to any one! read more

We had Scott out to look at some minor tree work. From the beginning, he was professional and incredibly friendly. He spent time carefully walking our property identifying every tree and discussing proper pruning and maintenance. He looked at our job and then honestly told us that our job wouldn't justify his minimum charge. He said he would feel bad charging us the minimum and referred us to another arborist who handles smaller jobs. So refreshing to see that type of honesty. We have called the referred arborist, and will soon have the work done. Scott has customers for life if we ever need a big job done. read more

Scott was kind enough to provide a free, detailed and expert appraisal of my tree trimming and removal needs. I was particularly impressed with Scott's knowledge, easy manner and professionalism. He is a level above and highly recommended. read more

Scott was very timely and professional. He did a consultation for me. It was very informational and he took his time to answer any questions I had. The amount of work I had was outside his scope and he was genuine to refer me to someone who could do it at a better price due to the scope/tools needed. I will use him again for future work and he seems like a great person in general. read more

Best company, so trust worthy and always gives me a good price. Another tree service wanted to charge me $500 for a small job, $400 if i paid him right then. Scott came out charged me $200. Recommended to all my neighbors. Scott is the best he came out last year to look at my oak which i thought was getting sick. My tree was fine and he didnt charge for the visit. Thank you again. read more
