Avery is the real deal…read more I have been looking for a good watch repair shop for a few years and saw the review for Hero Watch Repair and decided to give them a try. I expected to drop the watches and come back in a few weeks once they were repaired - NOPE! Avery sat me down and opened my first watch and replaced the battery immediately - the second watch needed much more work - which he also did immediately. He replaced the battery and then discovered the movement needed to be replaced - he had one in stock so he replaced that as well. To finish the watch he needed to replace the crystal - once again in stock. All in all - I was there a bit more than half an hour and left with two repaired watches which were repaired at a fair price - even better than fair. I am extremely satisfied - never expecting such service. If you have a watch that needs repair you cannot do better than Hero Watch Repair. Color me extremely impressed - THANK YOU!

Four months later,January 20, 2012 I still hear Theresa say "the parts are coming in today" When I told her no, I want my clock back, you have been telling me for 4 months the parts are coming in. She responded ok you can pick it up as it is, it is all apart in pieces. The image of my trying to put the clock back together was frightening. I told her no, I want it back in the condition I gave it to you. She said you can pick it up this afternoon. Well I got my clock back IN PIECES plus monetary compensation for the mess. Satisfied that I received some compensation, but not satisfied that I was deceived over 4months and that the clock which had been in my family for over 40 years is now a bag of parts.
