Purchased my first Rolex here and it was an amazing experience. For those who don't know, you generally can't walk in a purchase a Rolex, you must add your name to a list and wait for the specific watch you desire to arrive. This guarantees you'll be in store at least twice. While that's hard for someone who has little patience, they made it a pleasure. The staff are all very accommodating, patient, and add no pressure. From the first visit to I received my watch it was 3 months. The watch was everything I imagined. The store is beautiful and the staff so helpful. I was nervous about going into a higher end jewelry store looking for a Rolex. I was greeted by chris and we just hit it off. Super nice guy, genuine, and made me feel welcome. He added me on the list for the extremely hard to come by watches that I had my eye on. He came through and called me when one came available! I couldn't even breathe when I received the phone call. This review is long overdue. My husband and I purchased his and her Rolex's from the incredible people at Lorilil. This purchase was a long time coming and a very big one for us. Our communication with Lorilil started with Elena, who was incredibly helpful and patiently taught us how to navigate the Rolex site to view options, and when we were ultimately ready to come in for an appt and place an order we met with Victor and Chris she ensured our appt was at a time convenient for us as we work long hours. Upon meeting Victor and Chris' it was clear that their extensive knowledge of Rolex's is unlike anyone we've ever encountered. We love that Lorilil is a family run business. The store is beautiful and bright! Everyone was very patient and didn't rush me as I was much more indecisive than my husband. They appreciated that we had worked long and hard to save for this purchase. I received absolutely horrible service today at Lorilil Jewelers at Tower Square in Springfield, MA. I went in to inquire about sending my watch to Rolex for maintenance service and cleaning, and the 2 associates in the showroom never even got up from their desk across the store. I asked a series of questions and received a series of one-word, disinterested answers. I can't help but wonder if this treatment was related to the fact that I was wearing work clothes, having just come from helping a friend with a home renovation. I would have liked to have looked at a newer watch, but their attitude has led me to take my business elsewhere. If you want to be treated with respect, and feel like your business is appreciated, shop somewhere else. read more

Went in the store today with my wife and 2 kids to have her new watch bracelet resized. The watch was purchased elsewhere but they sell the same exact model there so we were prepared to pay whatever they would've asked for. Well aside from the staff looking disinterested and not even greeting us when we walked in, they gave us a lame excuse as to why they cannot resize the bracelet, they needed special sealant for the screws so they suggested we send it back to wherever we bought it from in order to have it resized. How then can they sell the same exact watch without being able to size the bracelet for their customers? I will not return to this store. read more

Definitely do not spend your hard-earned money here. Do not even step into this store. I can't believe how I was treated by their staff. Back when I first purchased a Movado, my boyfriend brought it to them for a few of the links to be taken out. A few years later, I wanted a new one so I stopped in to see what they had in stock. I happened to also research watches online beforehand. When I looked at the prices of their watches, I was shocked of how expensive they were compared to Joma Deals, Costco, Saks Fifth Avenue and even TJ Maxx. Their Gucci and Movado watches were literally double the cost. I also looked at a brand new Rolex online and their price was also $1500 more. When I mentioned it to the saleswoman that I found the same watches for a better price online and if they would negotiate since I planned to pay cash, she said they would not and then questioned if the watches I saw online were even brand new. She was very rude, cold and arrogant. I left. A few months later, I wanted to have my Movado repaired before I sold it since I bought a new Gucci watch at Saks. When I stopped in, she would not even acknowledge me, and then the other woman lied and stated they did not have any Movado and they will not fix them. I felt as if my business was not good enough for this store and I quickly regretted giving them a second chance just to fix a watch. I walk by their store often and it's no wonder why usually they have no customers. Their business would do better if they treated all of their customers as equals regardless of their age and if they thought they had money or not. I am going to tell all of my friends who are executives in the area about my poor experience at their store. They have no right to treat people how they do and as if they are better when they barely have business. Take your business to Hannoush, Saks, or TJ Maxx. Do not waste your time or spend your money here. read more
