I expected to drop the watches and come back in a few weeks once they were repaired - NOPE! Avery sat me down and opened my first watch and replaced the battery immediately - the second watch needed much more work - which he also did immediately. He replaced the battery and then discovered the movement needed to be replaced - he had one in stock so he replaced that as well. To finish the watch he needed to replace the crystal - once again in stock. All in all - I was there a bit more than half an hour and left with two repaired watches which were repaired at a fair price - even better than fair. I am extremely satisfied - never expecting such service. If you have a watch that needs repair you cannot do better than Hero Watch Repair. Color me extremely impressed - THANK YOU!
