They looked at my ring, gave me a very reasonable price, and gave me a decent time line for my resizing. When I got the ring back it was perfect and they stuck to the quoted price. The store also had a ton of beautiful items which was nice but some of the prices were a bit high. That being said, since it is a small family owned business and not a chain jewelry store, I expected the slightly higher pricing. In the end, this was a great store and I would take any of my jewelry here to get repaired.
