This was Friday late afternoon for a Tuesday cleaning. This was not the most competitive quote but given the scope we thought it would likely be done correctly based on the quote we were given. The staff was great to deal with in person and on the phone. The workers showed up and provided their own supplies and equipment. All surfaces needed to be wiped down, including blinds, fixtures, baseboards and floors vacuumed and washed. Also requested inside windows and bathrooms cleaned. Wow! Great job!!! Looked fabulous and didn't have that overpowering chemical smell that certain products leave. Clearly respected the surfaces in our home. Booking regular cleanings going forward! Thank you Kyle!! Highly recommend

A Life Transformation!…read more Psychology says that the state of our inner mind is reflected in our surroundings and, conversely, our surroundings reflect how we feel. That is why I hired Sarah. I seriously wanted my home to be transformed to improve how I feel and to reflect my inner peace and serenity. Sarah and her amazing crew did just that. While I had purchased my home BRAND NEW several years ago ... IT NEVER FELT LIKE THIS! Sarah and her team transformed my somewhat ordinary household into a virtual sanctuary that feels in tune with my soul and sincerely delights the senses. Given free reign, Sarah can truly work magic. She has the power to produce an extreme, radical change in both your home and your life. I can never go back to my old ways. I now treat my home with the utmost attention and care that it deserves. We are amazingly happy. Thank you, Sarah!

We were selling our house so it was crucial to have the home cleaned on a particular day least likely to interfere with potential buyers. Maribel's Home Cleaning could accommodate the day, had a better price, and the team of three professionals did an amazing, thorough job every time. And they were FAST. Finally, they performed a move-out deep clean for us. We were so confident in their abilities and trustworthiness, we were able to hit the road to our new state without waiting around to inspect the property. You will not regret hiring this company!

We used One Step Cleaning for a bit until they abruptly told us they could no longer clean for us…read morebecause we had cats. I think overall, the cleanings were mostly good, but it felt like there was always something and at some level I didn't really trust the owner Emma. The first time my apartment was cleaned, a lady showed up with what appeared to be two children who should have been in school. I didn't think much of it at first, but it later became apparent to me that the lady cleaning always brought at least one child with her. None of the children spoke English and the situation made me a little uncomfortable. At some point it came up in conversation and Emma insisted to me that this child was actually an employee and was there to clean my unit. She said she has a hard time finding a job because most employers do not believe she is 18, but that she was. Since she looked and acted like a child, this just strained credulity . . . When I first booked, I asked if she could just skip a large guest bathroom/bedroom and bill us for a two bedroom apartment instead of a three bedroom. I was told this was impossible because of her system and she had no choice but to charge me the higher rate. At some point it came up again that I was paying to have rooms cleaned that I didn't want cleaned and she told me if I paid her via Venmo rather than credit card she would continue cleaning all of the rooms, but at a lower price. I said this was fine, but then they stopped cleaning the extra rooms and told me this was what we agreed to. Fine, but it definitely wasn't what we agreed to. Finally, Emma told me rather abruptly that she could no longer clean my apartment. There was a story that involved someone hurting their back, someone else going to Mexico, and Emma being allergic to cats. It didn't really feel that believable and I can think of other reasons why she would do this, but in the end it felt like an 'ok' resolution since at some level I didn't trust her anymore because of all the stories she told me.
