Raising Cane's keeps its concept incredibly simple, focusing almost entirely on chicken tenders,…read morefries, Texas toast, coleslaw, and its signature sauce. We walked into a bright, clean, and energetic space with a fast-paced atmosphere that reflects how popular the chain has become. Even with a line forming at the counter, the staff kept things moving efficiently, and the operation felt well organized considering the volume of customers coming through the door. The dining room has a casual, functional energy, the kind of place where the focus stays on getting a satisfying meal rather than lingering, and the open kitchen adds a layer of transparency to the process. We went with one of the tender combos, which is really the reason most people come here in the first place. The chicken tenders were juicy, freshly cooked, and had a crispy coating that held up well without feeling overly heavy. The coating had a good crunch that stayed intact through the meal, and the chicken itself was moist and tender throughout. The real standout, though, is the Cane's Sauce. It adds a tangy, peppery flavor that works perfectly with the chicken and honestly ties the entire meal together. Between the tenders, crinkle-cut fries, and Texas toast, it is a simple meal, but one that is executed consistently well. The toast is buttery and soft, and the fries are solid enough to hold their own alongside the main event. One thing we have noticed is that the chicken can occasionally feel a little greasy depending on the visit, especially if you are ordering a larger combo. For some people that may not be an issue at all, while others might find it sits a bit heavy afterward. That has varied from visit to visit, but it is worth mentioning because the meal is definitely on the richer side compared to some other fast food chicken options. The coleslaw provides a lighter contrast, though it is a fairly standard version of the side and does not stand out the way the chicken and sauce do. The staff during our visit were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was well maintained. Food came out quickly, and despite the limited menu, there is something refreshing about a place that focuses on doing one thing rather than trying to offer dozens of different options. The simplicity of the menu makes the decision process easy, and the consistency of the meal across visits is a big part of the appeal. Raising Cane's delivers a satisfying chicken tender meal with quality chicken, a great signature sauce, and consistently solid sides. It may not be the lightest meal around, but when you are in the mood for crispy chicken tenders and a straightforward comfort-food combo, it is easy to see why so many people keep coming back. The meal is familiar, filling, and hits the right notes for what it sets out to do.

The decor is so cute and I love how each canes location has decor relating to the local area. The first box combo comes with 4 tenders, Texas toast, fries, and a drink. You can swap out the Cole slaw with more Texas toast or fries. I love how filling it is and when we got the fries, it was so crispy and fresh. The chicken was a good texture, but I you definitely need to eat it with the canes sauce to get flavor from it.

Great value too (for $50 you can get a family combo that includes a variety of sandwiches, wraps, wings, A WHOLE CHICKEN, fries, nuggets, cheese sticks, and a large soda!). Aside from the soft drinks, they also serve hot/iced espresso and coffee. Seriously, don't sleep on the espresso drinks... you can save a few "bucks" by coming here instead and supporting this small business (hehe, see what I did there?). Clean indoor seating is available (small tables that fit about 4 adults). The girl at the counter is always super sweet. She kindly covered the coffee sipper with a sticker that had a sweet note on it. )This Americano will help me through the rest of my hospital shift!) I will continually return!

My toddler likes her a lot and wants to play with her and visit every so often. The food across the board is delicious. I have pretty much tried everything here except a few of the appetizers and the pistol legs. The only item that I don't particularly like is the pumpkin pie, while it's tasty and has a nice texture I don't really taste any pumpkin. I hope this place stays open would really be a good staple and some added variety to the restaurants available in the few blocks of stores located in this section of 108 street.

The buns were incredibly soft, which I really enjoyed. The only issue was with how the burger was wrapped. It wasn't completely secured as part of the presentation, so when I picked it up, the soft bun folded and one of the chicken tenders fell onto the table. I ended up finishing the burger with just the remaining piece, which was a bit disappointing. That said, I shared my feedback with the team lead, and she was very gracious in listening and immediately informed the kitchen staff, which I appreciated. I also enjoyed the unsweetened tea. The place itself was neat, and the condiments area was well organized. Overall, it was a good experience, just slightly dampened by the burger mishap.

Seating is open and the space feels clean, modern, and well laid out. Food-wise, this is a simple concept done well. The chicken fingers were fresh, well-fried, and not greasy. Fries were standard crinkle-cut, nothing special but consistent. The Texas toast was a nice addition and well prepared. The Cane's Sauce is clearly central to the meal and does most of the flavor work. The biggest surprise was portion size. One combo was easily enough for two people with leftovers, which is not something you usually say about fast casual in NYC.

To be completely honest, I thought it was even a little better than the Union Turnpike location. I ordered the chicken over rice with white sauce, and they gave a generous portion of white sauce (which Halal Munchies is known for). Everything was seasoned well, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. With past orders at different places, I've occasionally gotten a piece of chicken that wasn't as tasty, but this time every piece was excellent.

Upon entering you see the food/prep station which shows all the ingredients and them prepping the food. Then you reach the order station/cashier. They have a big TV screen above that displays all the items that are available. He decided that he wanted to go with the chicken wings AND the chicken over rice platter with fries. I guess he is a growing boy! I decided to order myself some seasoned fries. Can pay with either cash or card. Told that it would be a few minutes. We moved to the side. They have a few high tables and chairs if people would like to eat there. Fridge with juices or sodas & cakes. Also a freezer with ice cream. Service was fast and we able to head out. The portions are huge! Nephew stated that everything was good. Also received white sauce, hot sauce and green sauce on the side so he can adjust to how much he wanted. Fries were good as well.

The last time I had Subway was probably over 12 yrs ago. Subway is really bad. I ordered for pick up, an Italian and a Cheesesteak with extra meat. It was ready in 15 mins. I couldn't eat it till 30 mins later at the mall. The beef cheesesteak was still warm and it was pretty good. I've only had prob 3 in my life... The meat was so tender. I don't usually eat American cheese but it was still nice and melted with the meat. The sandwich was so rich but tasty. Lots of flavor. I actually ate more than half of the reg size. Very filling but I did order extra meat. The original.. tasted good but next time I'll opt out oregano since L doesn't care for it ..but everything else was great. Everything tasted fresh. I haven't had a deli sandwich in so long. It reminded me of when Blimpies used to be at the old Queens Center. Pick up was ready at the time my app said it would be. It seemed very clean and organized inside. L wants to come back and try the Tuna next time and fyi this is so much better than the deli store in Upper Manhattan near L's workplace...
