a slice of pizza on her lap

I go to this location all of the time and the services with cleanliness has been going down hill. Last week, the young lady ringing up kept wiping her nose on her wrist and today I found hair inside of my pepperoni pretzel. I am never going back! Absolutely disgusting!

I'm not one to criticize too much on fast food establishments but this one kind a got me a little weird for the fact that the taste had a smell associated with it and made me feel like I was in a mall if that makes any sense. I paid roughly around six dollars for cheese and pretzel nuggets which if you think about it is pretty ridiculous to pay around that much when you can get a whole pizza at Little Caesars for just five bucks but anyways besides the fact. I have to say the pretzel nuggets were "OK "but the cheese was extremely cold and had a very off taste to it, like it had a tangy tarty taste rather than a creamy cheesy kind of vibe. I only had a few dips n tossed it because it did NOT feel like I was eating pretzels lol just cold dip with bread. If I had to describe the taste of the nuggets it would be that the pretzel nugget alone, I took a few bites and let it sit for a second and it tasted very good and buttery but it also had a smell that reminded me of the mall I'm not sure if that makes any sense to any of you but that's just how it made me feel and that's the first time anything like that is ever happened to me & granted that it was good but the smell that came after made me feel like I was supposed to be shopping for shoes or a nice coat even though I was inside a casino at a food court. ⁉ soooooo that was weird. I personally would not order from here again but to each their own.

Almost paid for this cup of iced tap water.

We have found the staff to be patient, knowledgeable, and friendly with suggestions on pairing their delicious brews with food. On recent visits we tried their brats with chips, and really enjoyed them. I tried the beast brat, which is a combination of a few different meats. It's something I feel like I can regularly enjoy. My fiancée tried the traditional brat, and preferred that one. We enjoyed these with the Czech Plz slow-pour and the Sugoi! green melon mochi IPA. We also recently ordered the Smorgasbord, which consists of two types of sausage, beer cheese, radishes, pickles, and warm pretzels (we ordered ours without the pretzels). It was the ideal shareable meal. We paired that with the Evocation, a delicious farmhouse ale, along with the Resinate, an American IPA. These beers went perfectly with the meal. The ambiance is very welcoming, suggesting a German Biergarten. They host different theme nights throughout the month, from tabletop gaming to trivia. They have a selection of board games, and are family friendly. This is a great stop anytime when visiting the Booze District.

UPDATE 7/27/25: This review is solely for Crafthaus' brewery tour at the Henderson Booze District,…read morewhich was guided by Wyndee Forrest. She owns the brewery with her husband, Dave Forrest. I got together with my meetup group for this tour (quite a few of them haven't been here yet until this visit), which was held on a Saturday afternoon. Tours are held on Saturdays beginning at noon and they last for an hour. Before the tour began, we were welcome to order a beer at the bar and we were allowed to take it with us during the tour. I got myself their All The Watermelon sour beer, which had that fruity sour flavor to it. I was also curious to try out their Prism Black Cherry Pomegranate hard seltzer, in which I took a four pack to go when the tour ended. I can't wait to try this out when I get to it! We also had pretzel sticks with cheese sauce on the side as a light snack. We were guided to the back of the brewery where the majority of the tour took place. Wyndee introduced herself as the co-founder of Crafthaus and explained that they will be coming up on their 11th anniversary in September, with their second location in the Arts District coming up six years. She also told us what the main ingredients for making beer were, which were water, barley, and yeast. Yeast, which is considered good bacteria in most cases, is one of the most important ingredients for beer to have. We also got to see the inside of a brewery tank, which was very interesting! Among other things I learned on this tour is that their Silver State Blonde Als is one of their best-selling beers and they make an appearance at every UNLV home game (see their Rebel Spirit beer). It was interesting to see how Crafthaus makes their beer. One of my favorite breweries in town and I will continue to come back to both their main brewery and taproom!

Maybe because mine With me right on the spot, but the almonds had a hard time sticking to the pretzel so I had to scoop it up separately. My second go to is the cinnamon sugar. It's just a recommendation to eat it within the next couple of hours or else it tends to go hard very quickly.

The fastest way to get there is to park near Rodizio Grill restaurant, the mall entrance leads to Kohl's, and you'll find Wetzel's Pretzels to the right, and there's a few table seating. Menu offers a nice selection of fresh pretzels for original, cinnamon, and almond crunch. They even have shareable snacks for cinnamon, almond crunch and pizza, as well as mini dogs and cheese dog bites. The soft baked pretzels are all freshly made and yummy! Jalaroni baked pretzel ($6.69) is actually quite good and tasty! It has a good amount of jalapeño and pepperoni toppings, and is very delicious with yellow mustard. There's additional dips like cheddar cheese, jalapeño cheese, pizza sauce, caramel, sweet glaze, and cinnamon. Lemonade (regular, $4.99) is also good! It has a lovely tart and sweetness that nicely complements with jalapeño and pepperoni pretzel. Another refreshing drink is strawberry lemonade and frozen boba lemonade. Service from Abby is very kind, welcoming, and friendly! She made time to answer questions about the items, was very courteous and polite.

The notes were of spices, dried fruits, toasted caramel, and dark cocoa. The earthy hop notes bring in the extra fresh kick, rounded by a malty sweet finish. For dinner I ordered the Veganes Schnitzel which is a meat-free style of schnitzel made with soy protein and tempting spices, breaded and served crisp with potato-cucumber salad, cherry tomatoes and cranberries and it was completely vegan. I found both the beer and Schnitzel to be very flavorful. The live entertainment really added to the German experience. However, it was our server Celeste who really stole the show. She was friendly and sassy and as a softball player, she knew how to give a proper paddling to anyone who ordered a shot.

The bill ended up being nearly $250, with multiple add on charges throughout the meal. The server did mention ahead of time that there would be a charge for the kids cup since they don't offer disposable cups with straws, but paying almost $9.50 total for a child's apple juice and a basic non-souvenir cup felt excessive. The pretzel also didn't clearly indicate that the beer cheese was an extra charge, and there was an additional "house charge" added to the bill as well. The food itself was decent, but the overall experience became uncomfortable after payment when the tip amount was questioned. Between the pricing and the extra fees, the experience just didn't feel worth the cost.
