The first time I ordered a small butterscotch, rainbow cookie, and birthday cake. They were all amazing but my favorite was the rainbow cookie with the crumbled bits of rainbow cookie in it. My father who is super picky loved it. The butterscotch pudding had butterscotch chips in it which I loved. I definitely want to try one of the boozy flavors too. Hubby purchased an assortment of items like eclairs, cookies, rainbow cookies, cannolis and some sort of Napoleon looking pastry. Although some were a bit on the sweeter side (I have a sweet tooth too), everything was very delicious! Customers are not allowed to discuss orders in person or over the phone, which ultimately led to a mistake with my cake design. Customer service is a big part of the overall experience, and unfortunately, the communication alone makes me hesitant to spend my money there again. A more accessible and customer-friendly process would go a long way in preventing misunderstandings and improving the overall experience.
