I have gotten this drink often, and every time now since the past 2 months, the milk tea is so bland. It has tasted completely off ever since they got new hires recently. Maybe the milk tea recipe wasn't taught to the new hires who now make it. It's also inconsistent day to day as well. I can barely taste the tea, and it's not sweet enough. The workers are nice, but the drink has gone downhill. So I'll be getting my boba fix elsewhere.

The prices are decent. I had the Açaí Peanut Butter Bowl. This came with the frozen pureed açaí, and was topped with coconuts, granola, and peanut butter of course. It doesn't have any room for seating inside because it's such a small building. It's takeout only. That's okay because the Hudson River waterfront will only be a few blocks away and that's a cool place for eating bowls and such.

If an ingredient is listed in the description, I expect to actually receive it, and if you make a mistake, at least own it and apologize. This was not worth the money at all (was in total $18) Definitely my first and LAST time coming to this Playa Bowls location. Do better.
