    Thanksgiving

I do wish I ordered this on a sturdier roll because it got a little soggy but this sandwich is one of the best Lenwich has to offer! I ate only half and it was so filling! We can enjoy thanksgiving even past Thursday!

Tried the spicy cause wrap. Chicken was over cooked and there needs to be more croutons. Besides that I did actually surprisingly enjoy this. Pick up at the store was very easy.

Okay first of all YUM! Stopped into this restaurant and they have so much variety! Whether you're craving a burger, salad, or sandwich, they have something for you! Total was about $20!

    Cappuccino and Latte

The only good thing I liked were the sandwiches' taste, the rest needs improvement. The staff failed to correctly make a simple latte (no syrups, no alternative milk, nothing) and made it iced instead. I pointed out it's a wrong drink and politely asked to remake it as per the order. They looked at me with such arrogance and disgust. Then, the new cup was so boiling hot, I couldn't drink it at all for 15 minutes. The coffee making lady needs some training to properly heat milk to the right temperature, it's not that hard. Even the texture looks like it's a coffee from some cheap instant coffee machine. Pros: decent portion size, nice pricing, good flavor. Cons: coffee taste & temperature, service and attitude of the staff.

I came to this Lenwich on Rosh Hashanah. A lot of places were closed but they were open. We were a large party and they let us combine the tables. A few of us got salads and others ordered sandwiches. They have set menu options and make your own. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was affordable and relatively quick. Overall, a good lunch.

Very expensive sandwiches. Very long waits. What is the deal here folks ? I count ten people working behind the counter. And it's not even lunch time. This can't be right. I ordered a pastrami on rye for $16. And I've waited ten minutes already.

Our go-to location when in the area. No fuss, just to sit and have a quick bite. I usually get Chimichurri or the Big daddy. Got the latter with sriracha on the side, hero size so I can share the other half. Their iced coffee is ok and their muffins are good for $3. Generous serving of fries for about $4.

    Caesar Wrap

I get the hype I've seen for this wrap, it's in the top 3 of best caesar wraps I've had in my life. The ingredients are really well balanced with a flavorful creamy dressing. It's a good size, definitely not left hungry after eating. I can see why the price turns people away but for me it's similar to what I'd pay for lunch anywhere else in the city.

I visited Lenwich after a friend told me their Caesar salad wrap is better than Milano Market's. And while I love Milano Market, I can see the hype. I decided to try the picante Caesar salad wrap and it was the perfect amount of spice --I really enjoyed it! The space was also very clean and the service was super quick.

Thanks for the $13 coleslaw sandwich Lenny. I think when deliveries are made, they skimp on the meat. Who is going to complain after all?

    06/05/22 I love their pastries.

Lenwich 469 Columbus on the West Side is a nice walk across Central Park from from my apartment. I'm was still trying to use up the gift card my daughter gave me. Finally finished it with a coffee and another Bran Muffin. I really do like their muffins. This location is the same as the others. If you are in the neighborhood I recommend. Personally I'm done with Lenny's for a while!

They also have a restroom for customers and a self serve tap water station with glasses, which I appreciated. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It was alright, but I do think it could've used a little more flavor or seasoning.

The deluxe pho had all the meat fixings with homemade beef meatballs, thinly sliced sirloin, and pull apart brisket. The broth was very unique and flavorful, abit on the "dirtier" side (less clear but more umami flavor) sprinkled with kick of black pepper. Honestly I think it could compete with many broths. The noodles and toppings were standard. Overall perfect soup for a chilly rainy day. I only had some bites of the chicken pho but it tasted clean and soothing. The wings in their "pho" sauce were crispy but a little on the saltier side. Almost reminiscent of Korean fried chicken. Service: It was decent. Ambiance: Generally modern decor. Narrow with only about 5-6 tables of seating, so it can fill up fast. We had to wait about 10 min for a table to open up so we could get seated. One thing I found clever was the modular design of the tables that can come together to fit a slightly bigger party. Very unique!

This was a grown-up, bougie, international millennial sandwich of the 2020's. This hit and THEN SOME. Totally recommend. To accompany, I ordered some tater-tots; nothing to write home about, but they complimented the sandwich very well. I am a sucker for a good steak + chimichurri combo, and this sandwich hit.the.spot. The inside of the restaurant is decent. Luckily, I ate at the window-side, but since it is a very popular business (from what I can tell), seating is very limited. It's a very limited space; I do see many people picking up "to-go orders". However, if you get the chance to dine-in...DO IT. Nothing will beat the freshness of the first bite of that Jiu Jitsu Sandwich. Overall, 5/5. This place has deserved the HYPE and the ATTENTION!

The manager tells me to "bring the receipt in so we can track the item". What kind of customer service is this? Your cashier is busy chatting with her colleague about store closing, doesn't put both items in the bag, and now I have to pay MORE money to get back uptown, so you can "track the ($4) item"??? NOPE. The day before this, I spent over $150, not a single item missing. I recommend that you watch them like hawks as they ring your items and make sure everything makes it in the bag. I posted a photo of both receipts, side by side, Dec 15th & Dec 16th, to verify this. It's sad that an actual manager thinks this is acceptable customer service. That said, I will say that I had such warm, friendly, and competent service from Destini L on Dec. 15th. Perhaps Destini L. would be a better candidate than the manager who took my phone call tonight (Dec 17th).
