Initially I wasn't coming out here to do a review. Just Checking The Hours. And wasn't intended on writing a review. I saw this when I did my search. I came across 4.5 *****. How can this be true? I saw one star review. When I damaged my hearing aid. They gave me another one for a replacement. Until they could FIGURE HOW AND WHY! All I can say is that this business. Needed to get some molds for in ear monitor tips from snugs. Shopped around town. This was the most cost effective option by far and they do work/are on the referral list for other known in ear monitor brands. And close to my house no less. Friendly people, quick service. I've gotten two sets of hearing aids through them, the second set is exceptional. First set years ago was Oticon brand--so-so, but the ones I now have are great. I bought the Phonac brand, much better than the Oticons, for me. Keep in mind, though, that I got the Phonacs years after the first ones, so the technology had improved a lot. I now wear them regularly, whereas before I only used them occasionally. The level of service and personal attention is also exceptional. Recommended. read more

With a hearing loss edging into severe, I rely heavily on accessory microphones as part of the Roger system. Phonak's devices are wonderful; their instructions terrible. When I read that Jill Rosenberg's subspecialty is technology, I made an appointment. In that first meeting I learned of four improvements to solve problems I was experiencing. After returning for an audiogram, reprogramming of my Marvel aids, and purchase of the Roger On, my ability to communicate with other people as individuals or in groups has improved. The office has a welcoming staff, and I'm impressed that they have a little shop for things like wax guards and other maintenance equipment. read more

Let's start off with three facts about me: 1. I spend a lot of time in noisy places. 2. I like music. 3. I like my ears. so - what does 1 + 2 + 3 equal? Custom headphones. Oh yes. Custom baby. I got sick and tired of all the commercially available headphones out there - they're either too big, don't block enough noise, too uncomfortable, or suffer from any other massive problem. So I decided to have custom headphones made that were actually molded to fit my ear perfectly while also blocking off ambient noise. I called around to the local Westone dealers (as Westone is one of the major groups that do custom headphones) - and Audiology Services quoted me the cheapest price - $90. Apparently their main business is hearing aids - but they do these custom headphone molds as well. I went in and met one of the audiologists there, Gayle Nye (on a side note - I love that job title). Gayle was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Heck, we even share the same alma mater. Work was done quickly and well. If I had to complain about anything - it'd be that they quoted me $90, but when I came in they realized that the proper price was $100. They apologized for this, but it was still annoying. Even at that price they were more than $50 cheaper than the next cheapest group I spoke with. Highly recommended. read more

Very efficient and well run office. I was able to get an appointment in a couple of weeks. Dr.Rosenberg did a thorough testing of my hearing and made a recommendation for a hearing aide. From there she recommended a hearing aid that is completely hidden. Over a number of weeks, I returned for fine tuning and to learn how to use the enhanced features. I am very satisfied. While my hearing loss was very minor, using a hearing aid will prevent further loss. read more

Dr. Jill Rosenberg is wonderful. She is intelligent, caring and listens to her patients concerns. She treated my 94 year old Dad with dignity, and took extra time with him to listen to his concerns and then customized her care based on his concerns. My 8 year old daughter was seen here. She needed a hearing test to follow up with her pediatric audiologist. I did confirm with the receptionist, prior to her appointment, that they were comfortable seeing an 8 year old and working with her hearing aides. It turns out that, without my knowledge they also did a hearing aid check (which, according to the office, was a service not covered by my insurance). During this hearing aid check, they turned off the feedback setting on my daughters hearing aid, which caused multiple problems and we needed to come back into the office to have the settings changed back to their original settings. This hearing aid check, which cost me $50, made things much worse. In addition to the $50 service, we also paid our copay for the hearing test. At our previous audiologist, we only paid our copay. The $50 hearing aid check wasn't even submitted to my insurance company. Only use Audiology Services if you want to pay $$$ for services you didn't ask for and services your insurance won't cover and services that make your hearing aides unusable. read more
