After the initial conversation that went well he totally ghosted me. I've never had that happen with any business. Would not answer my emails, phone calls, text messages. I requested his service to repair the stereo and he didn't answer. The repair was simple, a cable had come loose however the marine shop I ended up using didn't know where the amp was located so they had to tear my boat apart to find it. $600 for home visit and 2 hours of time for 2 guys. The bill was around $2700.00. 2 years ago I had both of my amps fry due to the power supply to one of the batteries coming loose and then arching on the battery. I had Divine Marine come out again to fix the problem. The bill was over $2000.00. I did not think at the time that it was his fault. I found out last week that it was definitely his fault. I tried contacting (email and phone) Divine Marine to fix my boat for the past 2 months with no one calling me back. I was then referred to another mobile installer and they came out immediately looked at everything and laughed at what had been done by Divine Marine. From the thin wiring to cheap fuses. Long story short they ended up rewiring everything and used the correct fuses and hardware to make sure that nothing comes loosed again. The bill was $571.59. In a nut shell I am out $2571.59 due to Divine Marine.
