They did initially offer a 64 and honestly, I probably should have cut them a break and taken that one. I would have been happy with a rain check for the 128 but they went above and beyond with the 256. My opinion is extremely high of this store. It is my favorite place to go in person for electronics.

Their customer service team has always been friendly and the store never seems crowded or messy and I love that. So, yesterday I had an issue with an item that I ordered online for shipment. I ordered an "open box" item that did not arrive as described and was missing items. After spending a frustrating 20 minutes on the phone with their "customer service" representative who did not know anything about Open Box or the different levels of conditions, I decided to head over to the store itself to try my luck. What a great experience! The second I started to explain that I ordered an item at their best condition level and they sent one two levels lower, two associates were horrified and immediately took action to resolve the issue. I was in and out of the store in ten minutes and completely satisfied. Once again, Best Buy's in store customer service saved the day!
