He was dissapointed and I must say that Bill Poston, sales manager made the day well worth the trip. I called Bill and explained the dissapointment after my son made an appointment to test drive the vehicle and possibly purchase it and subsequently the vehicle was transferred to their sister dealership in San Bernadino. I spoke with Bill and he had the vehicle returned to the dealership within a little over an hour. Now that is great customer service and a commitment to excellence. Bill and I spoke several times during the day and we talked numbers relative to this used vehicle in comparison to a new one. We spoke about the difference in payments and even costs considering the used would require an ESP extended warranty. Bill was a true professional and his demeanor and expertise in making deals happen could be felt in our phone calls. Bill stated he could put my son in a new 2027 Ford Expedition Max at a deal nobody could refuse. Bill was right. At $68k plus tax and license my son drove away with a new 2027 Black Expedition Max with gray leather interior loaded. His payment is a few dollars more than if he purchased the used vehicle with a warranty. Bill took the time to not only take my 4 phone calls but also to speak with my son personally and put him at ease on such a large consumer purchase and all of this while working 7-10 other deals from the tower. It's sales managers and individuals like Bill Poston who make a difference in the automotive industry and life in general. A truly stellar individual and representative for the Ford brand and professional that customers can no doubt rely on. Transparency, professionalism, caring, skilled, experienced and knowledgeable traits are what sets Bill apart from others and his efforts are truly appreciated! Upon arrival the service advisor I was assigned to…read moreIman Azimi had me go into the lobby while he looked at the car and even opens the hood, after a few minutes he calls me back to look at the car and shows me the engine area with the hood open, he points at what looks like very recent markings on the engine cover and says they are from a rodent or some type of critter crawling around the engine bay and suggests a $190 rodent repellent service. The markings he was pointing had clearly been done by him as if looks he just grazed the surface with his finger tips. That is why he had me walk away and wait for him while he opened the hood and touched the dusty engine cover. There was no real signs of rodent damage. Of course I declined the service but a service advisor faking "evidence" of rodent damage to sell an overpriced and unnecessary service is extremely scammy and deplorable on both him and the dealership. It's a disgrace to Weir Canyon Honda that their service advisor resorts to pedaling their services with fraudulent evidence. I've been going here for a couple of years already. We bought our Honda somewhere else but have been going here since it's closer and up to recently the service has usually been good. I'll make sure to make the public especially elderly or owners less knowledgeable about cars aware of this disgraceful scam.

Before coming into Fullerton, I had originally taken my truck to another Ford dealer in the area, in which my truck sat there for a week, not even pulled into the shop, undiagnosed, and fully un-communicated with by the service advisor. Which was super frustrating being out a vehicle for this amount of time. I ended up picking the truck up and taking it over to Fullerton, which was a great decision! At Fullerton, I got in touch with Cesar, who took excellent care of me and my truck. He was super communicative, and productive on getting my transmission issues fixed under warranty and was even able to get me a rental car while my truck was getting wrenched on. I do want to note too, the whole service team was great, when Cesar was gone or out for lunch they all picked up his work and made sure I was taken care of. Hopefully I don't find myself back in the service department anytime soon, but if I do, I'm 100% bringing the vehicles to Fullerton over any Ford service dept in SoCal. Might even find myself in the sales department later on down the road!

I expressed my concern to Jesus, and he explained that the sensor would most likely need to be replaced, with an estimated cost of no more than $150. I agreed and told him that was fine. I dropped off my car at 9:30 a.m. and received absolutely no updates throughout the day. Around 3:00 p.m., I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that Jesus was busy but would return my call. Unfortunately, that call never came. By 4:45 p.m., I had my husband drop me off at the dealership. When I arrived, Jesus seemed surprised to see me. I explained that I had never received a callback or any updates regarding my vehicle. He then went to check on my car and returned to tell me it was ready. He confirmed that both recalls had been taken care of. However, when I asked about the tire sensor, his response left me completely stunned. He actually said, **"Oh, you wanted that taken care of too?"** I was beyond shocked! Why on earth would I bring up a faulty tire sensor, discuss the cost of replacing it, and agree to the repair if I didn't want it fixed? Rather than acknowledging the oversight or taking accountability, Jesus claimed that the part needed to be ordered. What made this even more frustrating was that he made this statement without even checking the computer to verify whether the part was available. I was without my car for the entire day, only to discover that one of the main reasons I brought it in hadn't even been addressed. What disappointed me the most wasn't just the incomplete service, but **the complete lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability.** Mistakes happen, but how someone handles those mistakes speaks volumes about their customer service. This entire experience was incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of my time. I expected much better service, especially when I had clearly communicated my concerns from the very beginning. **A huge disservice and an even bigger disappointment!**
