Well, so far they are batting 100. First of all, when I bought the Audi, I left the dealership understanding that everything was properly handled. 3 months later, I received a notice from the state that I did NOT have insurance on the vehicle. They never switched the insurance from my old car to my new car. Had I gotten into an accident, I have no idea what would have happened. But, last night, I got a flat tire. The tire is ruined. I then called Audi Naples again at 7:30 AM to schedule a time to get the tire replaced. The lady taking the message said they would call me back. It is now 8:31 AM, no return call. So, I called them back. There is no tire of my size and brand in stock so it will be Monday (this is Saturday) until they can get me another tire. O.K....can I have a loaner? Someone will call me back. He just did....no loaner car. I will NEVER do business with Audi again. read more

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. Avoid if you are an internet customer because you will not be treated fairly. I had a deal on-the-table and had agreed to all terms. I submitted my credit application hours before another customer. Yet, Audi Naples sold the car to someone else who was in their showroom 3-4 hours after I had submitted my paperwork. In 2019, an internet customer should be treated like any other customer standing in your showroom. There was NO communication to say someone else was interested in the vehicle. I was waiting patiently to hear back from them on the approval and to sign all paperwork and complete the sale. What an absolutely terrible experience. Joey was our service liaison and was very good at telling the customer what they WANT to hear...problem was that it wasn't the truth and he was condescending. They had our Audi from 11/29/21-1/28/22 for an oil leak minus two different days they gave it back saying it was fixed but clearly still leaking after paying about $2400 to replace three gaskets, two different times. We were polite and extremely patient and it got us nowhere. Joey promised to buff our headlights for free since the mechanic, Keith, was incompetent and not fixing the issue. But on 1/29/22, Joey called us at 12pm saying we had to turn in our loaner car by 6pm because we had it too long even though we were NEVER told how many days we could have it. No warning before this. My husband was out of state and I had a full day of appts and shuttling kids but somehow had to find a way to give them back their loaner. Also, with no warning, they dropped my UNFIXED Audi Q7 in our driveway with interior light on to run down my battery. And the manager has refused to call us back. Coward. read more

"A league of their own" I began looking into purchasing an Audi A4 Quattro about 1 month ago. I live out of state from this dealership (Indianapolis) and they were not on my radar for the first 3 weeks of my quest. I began looking at Audi's in Indianapolis and found that the prices were quite high, thousands of dollars higher than MSRP, and I could not get local dealers to call me back. I spoke with a friend who drives Audi's and he recommended that I call Audi Naples and inquire with them about my desire to purchase an A4. Within about 10 minutes of visiting their website and filling out my information, I had received a call from Michael Schutt and we began to talk about their selection of A4's. I never felt pressured into a vehicle that I couldn't afford, or wasn't interested in. They had my car detailed (it was already new, 58 miles at purchase) and washed, and had the entire service team install a protection package that I had opted for so that I could start my 19hour drive home sooner. Audi Naples saved me around $8000 off the vehicle price compared with quotes that I had received for local Indianapolis dealers and my lease price was over $200 less a month that local quotes which allowed me to pick more options! Their team had answers for all my questions and their customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend looking into purchasing from Audi Naples even if you aren't local to the area. They provide the best customer service I have ever experienced from a car dealership. Went there to get two things checked out on my car, they ended up doing some type of vehicle rundown about anything that is wrong with your car, ended up charging me $150 for the "labor" that was performed without me being told about a price that came with it, but what can you expect it's a car dealership they always try to rip you off, also did a recall for me when I was never told that it was being happened and never gave them the approval to do it, then left a mess across the dashboard of my car and of course never cleaned it, take ur business elsewhere before coming here read more

I came to them on the phone from California because my local CA dealership decided to treat me like an aggravation when I was trying to find 4 new rims for my old and somewhat rare Audi. The CA dealer offered no original thought or understanding of the situation. There were only 3 new OEM's left across the USA ---I had come to find out through my search. Instead of acting like OJ and the glove when asked to help me find a 4th, these guys in Naples put on their thinking caps and found another solution---going to Germany for the parts. It turns out there are 9 left in Germany. WooHoo. I never would have found out and been able to make this purchase if I had listened to the local hacks at my Audi dealer in CA. Those guys seemed annoyed at having to lift a finger, and basically said to me "That's the way it is" If you want people that care and will go to the second level to help you out, I found that kind of service here. Don't buy an Audi. My 2010 A4 is a lemon. Almost from the beginning, it was consuming a quart of oil every 1000 miles. The turbocharger had to be replaced within three years. Now, my engine is completely dead. With a repair estimate provided by Audi at $11,500, I'm forced to scrap the car. Be sure to read reviews and blogs about the car. I wish I did. This model has had numerous complaints including class action suits about excessive oil consumption and faulty engines. read more

I was looking for a Blue Sepang Audi RS5, whch was a very difficult car to find. My dealer, in Springfield, MO, was not able to find one due to political reasons, which was understandable once explained. Therefore, I went on my own search. The dealership that I first encountered would not work with me in regards to methods of payment or trade in; they actually requested me to take time from my busy schedule and drive 10 hrs to sign paperwork and even negotiate payment and then drive another additional 10 hrs at some other point to just pick up the car. I then ran into this dealership where they made everything incredibly easy. They understood my busy schedule and, in fact, also worked with the fact that I was gone for a week at an important conference. We did most of the negotiation over the phone as well as the finance application. The final paperwork as FedEx'd to the conference center and signed, of which they paid for both ways. They paid for shipping of one vehcile and in a manner that would make me feel at ease. They evaluated my car via an iphone video of my trade in and offered a good value. I am now expecting my car sometime next week and I am excited. My experience with this dealership was top notch and would definately recommend Audi of Naples to anyone, and, in fact, I may be a return customer despite being located in Springfield, MO. On 10/06/15 my 2007 Q7 was repaired at Naples Audi. The MMI display wasn't working, and there was a constant drain on the battery. The issue was diagnosed as a faulty radio amp due to water damage caused by a leak. While repairing the leak at the rear sunroof, the headliner was glued back into position by the technician. This is where the issue is. When I took delivery of the vehicle, I didn't notice the glue stains, or perhaps they hadn't leaked through the headliner material. I paid $2489 for this repair. Several months later, while on a trip, a family member asked what had happened to the headliner. I then saw the stains for the first time. On 06/28/16 I brought the car back to Naples Audi and showed them the headliner. I asked them to look it over to see what could be done to improve the unsightly stains. After having the car for a day, I received a call from their service department, and was told they could discount a new headliner for me, but the estimate was around $1,000 with the discount. I told them that I fail to see how this repair would be my responsibility as they made the mess in the first place. The service manager had told me that the headliner was sagging during the first repair but offered no reason as to why it was glued back. I suspect that the adhesive used was the incorrect type, or applied sloppily, as it shouldn't have disfigured the appearance of the headliner the way it did. I will not bring another there for any type of repair. I have purchased my last Audi. read more

On Friday 9/5 my wife brought our Audi in for service. We are in the market for a new car and had looked at the A5 convertible. While looking at inventory on the lot, she spoke with a sales person. He wrote plainly, a quoted price for her. Not being an expert in the field she asked and was told it was the total price "out the door". In our discussion I said I believed they would add tax and registration fees. When she called today to go in to purchase the car, the story changed from the written quote. Not only were tax and registration fees added, but initially they "forgot" about the discount program discussed but also added a $600.00 dealer fee. From a consumer view this very much seems like bait and switch. To me, "out the door" should be all that the dealer receives. I could understand the tax and registration fees, they do not go to the dealer. Certainly the $600 dealer fee is dealer profit. FYI, I will be also sending this to Audi corporate and check into the legality in Florida as we are from New Jersey. Not happy at all with Jason or a supervisor who was put on the phone to say "That's the way we do it" read more

I was in a search for a quality car at a fair price for cash. Some how I was sold by the sales person to consider a single pay lease. After the transaction was complete I learned the lease increased the purchase price by about $3,000. That was fees to audi, interest and sales tax should I buy the car at the end of the lease. To their credit the transaction was reversed the next day. So with some difficutly I purchased a quality car at a fair price(not a great price) for cash. read more

My leased Audi was titled and registered in Florida. I called Audi Naples at the suggestion of the leasing company, in order to buy my Audi at the end of my lease term. The first and last question I asked was whether or not there would be any dealer fees to pay off the residual value and I was assured, repeatedly, that there would be no such fees -- that I would pay the residual value, applicable tax and the registration/title transfer fee. I then made arrangements to be in Naples to conduct the transaction and, suddenly, when I asked for the actual sheet showing the transaction, a dealer fee of $599 appeared. After many back and forth discussions -- during which I was told that in Florida if a dealership charges a fee for this transaction to one customer, they must charge it to all (no exceptions) -- I went ahead with the purchase. The issue is not whether this fee can or must be charged. The issue is that I was expressly told there would be no dealer fee until it was too late for me to go elsewhere. Also, one of the reps at Audi Naples actually told me "if you had leased the car from us we would not have charged you this fee." Incredible. What a horrible experience. read more

We were in Naples two weekends ago on a "get off the island" weekend. We had been looking for a "new to us" German convertible. We looked at an A4 at the Mercedes dealer right next door to Audi Naples. (See my review of them on their Facebook Page) It was a miserable experience. The next day was Sunday and we were due leave for home later in the day. While having coffee, we looked at the used car inventory at Audi Naples. Why we didn't stop in there on Saturday when we were in the area, I have no clue. There were two possible cars, according to their online inventory. Unfortunately, they weren't open on Sundays. We drove over to the lot and found one of the two vehicles; we later learned that the first one had been sold. We were very interested in the second car. The very next morning (Monday), I reached out to the salesman. It took most of the day going back and forth, but we came to an agreement on the price and the car was our's. We had originally talked about trading in our existing Mini Cooper on the "new to us" A4. After talking with them, they offered us a very fair price on the trade. In the end, we sold the car locally to a friend who needed one. We made arrangements to rent a car and make the 5 hour drive from Key West on Friday. Jason G picked us up at the rental car drop off and drove us to the dealership. We filled out the paperwork and received LOTS of instruction on all the features of the car. Jason took time to work with my wife to assure she knew how to put the convertible top up and down. He also worked with her to set up the memory seats, mirrors, and clock. I was warned against the sleazy practices of this dealership. I should have listened! This morning I was told by salesman John that they were offering spring incentive discounts, but I was only offered a small discount on a new car IF I decided to finance through Audi. I wanted to pay cash and would not have otherwise been offered a discount!!!.....I guess cash is second rate now!! AND aren't 2014s leftovers at this point in time?!?!.....there were literally hundreds of cars in their overflow lot down the road!! Then they tried to be slick and take half of it away by charging a "Total Financed Backends" fee, which, when I questioned it, I was told: OHHH, that's the "Audi Care" (maintenance package)!!! BULLSHIT!! Then I was told: "If your (current) car is newer than a 2001 (I drove there in a Mercedes-Benz 1999 SLK230), we could have given you more of a discount." What kind of crap is that??? Then I was treated to hearing awful comments from two salesman (who didn't realize they weren't alone) checking out a woman that passed by the dealership window! PIGS! BE WARNED: STAY AWAY....go buy a car elsewhere! read more
