Amazing experiences all around. The quality of service at this dealership is something I have never experienced. The service department is trustworthy, transparent and efficient. I wish I could take our other vehicle here to this team (it's not an Audi, yet) for service. From the desk to the techs; Paulo and team treat you like family. I am a firm believer in delivering constructive feedback when due but also in giving high functioning operations kudos, and these guys deserve a big thumbs up. Thank you for everything! read more

I worked with Ryan Beattie to buy a used Acura and the whole process was a breeze. He knew what I was looking for in a car (relatively low mileage, under $10k, reliable and compact) and when he saw a trade come in that fit the criteria he contacted me immediately. I was able to stop by the next day for a test drive and he was very knowledgable on the car even though it wasn't an Audi, which was an added bonus. We were able to negotiate a reasonable price and I brought it home with me the next day! I would have no problem recommending Ryan to anyone looking to buy a car, he was thoughtful and took the time to figure out what would work best for me. read more

Audi Brookline - Love my new(to me!) Acura! Go see Ryan Beattie if you're looking for a knowledgable salesman with amazing customer service! - Car Dealers Near Me - Brookline, Massachusetts

Over Labor Day weekend my husband and I were looking for an Audi Q5. With only a few Audi dealerships in the greater Boston area the availability for a Certified pre-owned Audi Q5 with some of the requirements we had were slim to none. Sunday night I decided to reach out to the Audi Brookline to schedule a test drive for a couple of their Audi Q5's. I must admit I was reluctant to go to the Brookline dealership especially with it being one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in Boston. From the moment we stepped into the lot we were greeted with warm smiles and was immediately directed to Ryan Beatte to help us out. Ryan listened which I found so important! He really understood what was important for myself and my husband especially when this was our first big purchase as husband and wife. The best way to describe it is you aren't working with "Car Salesman" you are working with a friend who truly wanted the best for you. Let's just say we were there almost all day and we left with exactly what we had always wanted! It truly was such a great experience! We came to test drive a 2011 with 57k miles on it and we left with a 2012 with 40k miles on it. I HIGHLY recommend Audi Brookline Dealership for anyone looking for the best service and the best value for your luxury car in the greater Boston area. Please see Ryan Beatte!! Ryan truly takes the time to have a better understanding of what you want and works to the best of his ability to get you that! Ryan, Miguel and Darin make the dream team! It was such a positive experience and we are truly happy to finally be a part of the Audi Brookline "family". read more

Wasn't impressed with the delivery of my new car... I've purchased cars for half the price and honestly the delivery was allot better, It was almost like buying a car at Macys as opposed to Neiman Marcus... they really worked on getting me the car I wanted, which is totally in there favor anyway but I expected more from Herb Chambers.. read more

If you are ok with getting lied to and ripped off by shady service departments including the management then this is the place for you. They will not honor your extended warranty and will tell you your repair is not covered and try to over charge you for the repair when in fact the repair is covered by the extended warranty but the crooks in the service department take advantage of their unsuspecting clients and steal their money and lie to their faces. Meanwhile another more honest reputable Audi dealer covered the repair under the warranty no questions asked. Audi Brookline service department is dishonest and not trustworthy. They never even apologized ! Really terrible when it comes to customer service ! Really poor service and the management of this place was complicit in the entire experience. read more

I just experienced what had to be the most honest and upfront transaction I have ever experienced. I went originally went to Herb Chambers Audi where they simply lied to my face by stating that the car I was offering had been in a major accident. Thus driving the amount down from wholesale. They said that they discovered it by a system outside of CarFax. I was so irate thinking that Audi of Brookline sold me crap over a year ago I rushed to them to give them a piece of my mind. That is how I discovered Herb Chambers was lying. We looked up the VIN in several places and no reports of an accident were documented. We even evaluated the paint using a meter and the values we came up with varied greatly from the measurements of Herb Chambers. Audi of Brookline made a very reasonable offer for the S5 and gave me a nice break on the price of the car I was purchasing. read more

My Experience here got off on the wrong foot. the sale guy that i was working with (who is no longer with them) was terrible, at least for me. maybe some people are really into smug arrogant people. i really didn't want to buy my CPO A3 off the guy... i was bitter. the service department made me change my mind. David Davidian is awesome. my only beef is that they have the enterprise in it. i'm sick of all my friends going to herb chambers, or ira, and getting Audi's when they have to have a service or maintenance, and i get stuck with a friggen Chevy Malibu LT... pfft. read more

This was an easy, low pressure, car buying experience. Checked out the inventory for certified pre owned on-line from various dealers, Audi of Brookline had a car I liked. I sent an e-mail for a quote late at night and heard back first thing the next day, we worked out a fair price. I worked with Ralph, he took me through the car, made sure I knew many of the gadgets and features. Siobahn the finance manager did a great job and helped me to figure out the best financing options... and I bought the car. Showed up to pick the car up, and everything was ready to go within the hour. Would recommend using this dealer to buy a certified pre owned and ask for Ralph. read more

Came in for free recall work. Drove 1 mile and realized they broke my heater motor. Then, no offer to fix it, instead they said it's a $1,000 bill to replace. CROOKS. Criminals. Filing a complaint with BBB and Audi USA! read more

Brought my A4 in to turn in at the end of its lease. Despite being unscheduled, everyone was extremely helpful and prompt, and the car turn was completely painless. The best part of the entire experience was manager Paul Maranian. After telling him I was a graduate student, Paul worked with me to waive the turn in fees, saving me much needed money. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and definitely makes me want to get another Audi after school from Brookline Audi. read more

This review is only for service - I bought my Audi in 2014 at Audi of Burlington, but live near the Brookline branch. I have had my Q5 serviced at Brookline several times and have had great experiences. I do have Audi Care, so I always get a loaner car while I wait. This past visit I asked if they could also have my car inspected - but Ken (I forget his last name) said they did not handle the state inspection on site, but could tell me where I could take the car when it was finished being serviced. After my car was returned to me within the same day, completely cleaned, Ken called to tell me that he had one of the inspectors from across the street come over to inspect my car when he noticed that I was pregnant, to help save me a trip. This was such a huge help and was so incredibly thoughtful. The location is convenient and the staff have been really kind - nothing but positive feedback from me! read more

Audi of Brookline was phenomenal. I am a difficult (well informed) car buyer and have had many negative experiences at dealerships over the years, but the staff at Audi of Brookline went above and beyond the highest of expectations. They were far and away the best out of all the local Audi dealers that I reached out to. My salesman at AoB, Jason Crede, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive to all requests and detail, tracking down the exact car in the exact color I wanted from another state and getting it shipped up in expedient fashion. Both Jason and the sales manager, Chris Sanner, were honest, straightforward, and easy to work with throughout the process. True professionals all around. A real breath of fresh air when it comes to the car buying experience and I can't recommend these guys strongly enough if you are entertaining an Audi! read more

Buyer beware. I thought I had finally located the Certified Pre-Owned vehicle I was looking for and made an appointment to test drive the car in Brookline yesterday. Due to the fact that the dealership is over an hour away from me, I called twice before leaving to confirm that the car was still available. I was assured it was, and on the lot for my scheduled test drive. When I arrived, there it was -- the first car in the lot closest to the entrance. Looked good! As instructed on the phone, I went inside to ask for the person I had spoken with, but instead was assigned to a random person from the large sales team. Had to start from square one and explain that the car I had to come to drive was parked right out front. Went through a registration process, provided license etc. and reviewed the Carfax report. It all took too long. When we finally made it outside, the car was GONE! Another sales person had allowed their customer to take it on a test drive regardless of my appointment. All my salesman could say was, "sorry, these things happen". When the car returned to the lot, the family headed into the dealership. I was told I could now take it out. He said he would call me if a deal was made while I was on my drive! Wait...what?? Within 2 minutes of driving the car I decided this was it -- I wanted to purchase. But of course, the phone call came. It had just sold to the people who were given my appointment. I couldn't believe what had just happened. Blatantly unprofessional behavior in order to make a deal. The total disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a dealership, and I received the lamest of apologies in return. I'm an Audi driver through and through, but I will never go back to Audi Brookline. read more

Chris Downs is the best! Hands down request him if you are thinking of coming to this dealership. He is extremely professional and will help you in looking for the vehicle you want. I recently had my Audi repaired at Audi Brookline, Herb Chambers. Drew Paglia at the Service Department handled everything for me. He was kind, professional and accommodating. Needed a simple tow hitch installed on my Q5 and was quoted $1700 by Audi Brookline! I researched a bit, ordered the part online for $160 and had it installed by a local service station for $130. I just cannot believe Audi Brookline gave me that unbelievably ridiculous quote! read more

Silvio was great to work with. I wasn't up for spending hours negotiating. I stated what I was looking for and he worked with me to get the vehicle I wanted. He continued to be helpful after the sales process ensuring I got my vehicle when I needed and taking the time to walk me through all the new features. The entire process was smooth and I felt like they really wanted my business, unlike other Audi dealerships in the area. I called into the sales department to inquire about a certified preowned A5 on the lot, and was directed to Matt who was extremely friendly and helpful. As our schedules didn't coincide, he connected me to Janice who set me up for a test drive the next day. My experience with Janice was bar none. My goal was to trade in my 2002 A4 for either a certified preowned vehicle, or get set up with a lease. Being that I am a recent college graduate without a ton of disposable income, I knew it was a tall order. Part of me expected to be blown off by the sales department due to the fact that I am 22 and a female. That was not the case. Janice and I completely connected over our passion for Audi's and she worked very hard to try to come up with something I would love and could afford. She let me drive multiple vehicles and was helpful all the way through the credit application process. In the end, I had to walk away without a new Audi simply because I wasn't financially ready when considering the added costs of insurance and taxes, ect. However, as soon as I am ready, I will call Janice right away. read more

I recently purchased an Audi SQ5 from Brookline Audi and had a wonderful experience with my sales consultant Oksana. She was very well informed about the product, answering any questions and concerns. She walked me through the various functions to make sure that I would be receiving the full experience, and even came to me when i wanted to test drive a vehicle that was not available when I went in. I look forward to buying my next Audi from Oksana and will happily recommend shopping at the Brookline Audi. read more

I've bought 6 Audis here. The sales department is very good, and the process is very easy. The service department has been a pit of despair since my 97' A4, so I get my car serviced elsewhere, but I'll keep this review to 5 stars since sales is what matters to me at Audi of Brookline. read more

I had trouble starting my car, I called Audi Brookline explaining the problem and dropped my car at the showroom on Thursday. I explained the problem, the service desk guy told me he will call me end of day with all that he finds and we can go ahead from there. No one called me until I called in on Monday afternoon saying I need my car !! and they had not looked at the car, except they said it needs tyre rotation and alignment, no sign of 'battery looks ok' or not .. nothing. The service desk guy was annoyed at me ! instead of doing his job right. Horrified by his response, I spoke to the manager and took my car back on Monday with no work done on it and paying them for looking at the car !! .... this is the worst service visit I have ever had. read more

Dear Sir: Sorry to take a few minutes of you. I really enjoy the coorperation with you during the last two years. But this time I feel really unhappy. Last Thursday(March 30th), I came to your place for my car's service because the engine light is on. It's my mistake to don't make a reservation, so I just left the car in store and asked my friend to take me home. I asked the service guy when you would have available cars for me. He answered me this Thursday or Friday and he mentioned he believed the it wouldn't take such a time for service. I told him it was okay but please left me a car if my car couldn't be repaired before Thursday. At the same time, because I would trade in my car soon and I have a warrenty of the car, I told him please let me know which parts of the car need to be repaired and I only wanted to repair the parts that are under warranty. He replied yes. However, I called him this morning(April 5th), it has been a week since I sent my car to the service. He replied he didn't know the situation of my car and would call me back soon. So I wait the whole day but don't get the reply from him either. I need to use the car soon. So I called him again this evening. He listed lots of things need to be repared and he doesn't have an available car for me to drive in these days. I am so uncomfortable with him about the following things. 1. His attitude is so bad. The worest I meet in US. 2. He can't make sure the words he speak. Last time he told me the lend cars are available around April 6th. But when I spoke with him today, he told me no lend cars now and he can't make sure about everything. As a service guy, you should keep your words. 3. He told me he would let me know which parts should be repaired soon last time. But I wait for a week and get no reply. I even get no reply from him when I called him this morning. It's kind of rediculous. I feel my car is forgetten in your place. This is a very very bad service experience. Hope to get a reply soon from you. You have video camero and phone record, they can prove every words of mine. Please let me know if you have any question about me. Cheers, Mingchen read more

So here is what happened. I was in market for new Audi A4. I called this dealership and took an appointment to see the car. When I reached there, sales guy asked me to talk to Product Specialist. We walked to parking lot and asked to see A4 with premium plus car. He couldn't find any and was showing me certified one. Eventually found prestige model instead of premium plus and said it's more a less same!! Duhh....there is price difference of 7-8k and extra features!!! After we saw the car, I asked for the price. He asked me if I am going to buy or lease. I said I haven't decided yet and might decide based on the lease price vs buying (installments). He was like if you are leasing I will give 10% discount on MSRP. I asked for the exact lease amount and he was not ready to give us. I simply told him we are not interested and walked out. My wife was very upset with whole exp and went to see the manager. Manager was less than helpful and was supposed to call us back. Never heard from him. Wondering if this is real Audi/Heb Chambers dealership. I have been to Herb Chambers dealerships and always had great experience. Same day I went to Audi of Westwood and Audi of Burlignton. Both of them were just amazing, ended up getting car from Westwood due to deal. Never going back here again...agree with all the "1" reviews!! read more

We have had our Audi Q5 and A6 serviced here for several years and our experience had been good until December 2019 when our service agent Max Ha left the dealership. Since then their service has been terrible.I took my Audi A6 in after it skidded, hit the curb and all the settings went off. Audi Brookline charged me $641.70 and said there was no damage and all they had to was to re-set the computers. Unfortunately the way they re-set things the A6 3.0 no longer drives properly. It doesn't hold the road on curves and feels unsafe. There is also a rumbling noise. I called the Service Manager Grant Gonzalez because they had not assigned anyone after Max Ha left. Grant was very courteous and offered to have the work redone. I told him I would bring the car in after I returned from a lengthy trip (the car was garaged). Upon my return COVID-19 hit and I decided to hold off. Last Wednesday I began calling Grant and have done so several times a day for four days leaving messages each time. Today I left a message for the General Manager Tim Veiga as well. The dealership has been in the midst of construction for several months and our experience is their service has declined completely. Only the receptionists have been very courteous and tried to pass on messages but it is of no use if we don't hear back from the manager. My wife also had a very unhelpful encounter when she called after a flat tire on her very new Q5 and was told to go to the local garage! If I don't hear from the managers as promised on Monday and the A6 issues stay unresolved we will take our business to another dealer. read more

I recently bought an Audi A4 from Audi Brookline. The whole process was fantastic. I worked with Brand Specialist, Scott Pann. Scott was awesome from the time I walked through the door to the time I drove off the lot. He didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with, at the same time giving me many options. Scott gave me his cell phone number, and was nothing but helpful and responsive. When it came time to pick up the car, he sat with me for a good 20 minutes setting up my 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth, CarPlay, etc... Thank you to everyone at Audi Brookline! read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I brought my car in here for routine service and was told I needed thousands of dollars worth of additional work on a car that is two years old. This was late at night on the night I dropped it off, and when I called back the next morning right when they opened to ask them to hold on the services, they were not picking up the phone. I left multiple messages with the call center but did not hear back. I finally reached them mid day after multiple calls. They were very unaccommodating and ended up charging me for some of the services anyways and a 20% restocking fee for a part that could not have physically shipped out between the night before and that morning. I was treated in a really rude way by the manager and called into his office the way a child gets called into the principals office when they've done something wrong. He said he would get back to me later that day and did not. This is not the way to treat a customer at any business but especially at a luxury car dealership. My husband and I have been going here for seven years and will not give them any further business. I recommend you run, don't walk away from this place. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT bring your car here. Go the extra couple miles to Burlington or Natick. Brought my Audi a4 in for service about a month ago. Needed an alternator replaced and a recall addressed. DAYS went by before they even called me back to give me an update. I had to play phone tag before I could finally get a straight answer. When it was all said and done, I ended up dropping over $1,500 and it took them over a week to get the work done. Fast forward about 2 weeks, I started hearing a rolling and clanking sound coming from the undercarriage. Took a peek under and half of my scrape guard was missing! Looked like it was cut out by a knife of some sort!?! Long story short, my exhaust is cracked and my exhaust clamps are all broken....not quite sure how that came about but I think I may have an idea. DO NOT waste your time on this trash dealership, throwing away your money to their sketchy service dept and have your car end up with more problems leaving this place like mine. read more

Audi is a great car, but buy it elsewhere. There is nothing positive about this dealership. No professionalism, no ethics, no customer service from top to bottom. I ordered a new Audi, they gladly took my deposit. 2 months later, they told me I wouldn't be receiving my car and I'd have to pay more for an alternate car...and wait 4 more months! When they refunded my deposit (without interest), I explicitly asked them NOT to refund it to my closed credit card account, and they went ahead and did that anyway. Even the General Manager wanted in no way to help fix the situation. It's not worth stepping into this dealership! read more

Formerly: Brookline Volkswagen and Audi When I drove down Route 9 and saw the beautiful blue and white VW sign, I thought, "yes! A VW dealership/shop minutes away from my place! I'll never have to worry about tracking down a dealership again" Boy was a mistaken. THESE GUYS SUCK! They are scum, they are cheaters, they are cheap and they are liars. They do not have the customers in mind, they do not care about the customers. I can go on for pages describing the disrespect, lack of consideration and over all negative experience I had with these jerks but I'll only share one... My car, Sharona, is a beautiful blue 2008 Volkswagen Jetta, she is my world. I care for my car, keep it in pristine condition and when I hit 10,000 miles, I decided to bring it in to the dealer for an oil change/tune up/ day of beauty I brought it in thinking, "oh no problem, they'll take good care of her" Man I got a rude awakening. I come back to pick her up and find out that they gave me a "complimentary" wash. I put complimentary in quotations b/c I had to pay for the soap. All and all, for an oil change, tire rotation and "tune up" the bill came out to a whopping $175. I couldn't believe it. I paid and got into my car, as I drove I noticed my tires were out of alignment, I return to the dealer and try and find my clerk, David. He's out to lunch so I wait a half hour for him. Finally he comes back and I explain to him the situation, he says no problem we'll fix that, that'll be $200 for a tire balance/alignment. I pretty much flipped a shit, "you rotated my tires and now there's a problem, it's your fault!" "well sir, your tires were under inflated and so due to wear and tear, that's how your car is now" and continued to explain to me they wouldn't fix my car and that I'd have to pay for the service. I told the guy to shove it and never returned. THAT was the final straw however I have had many other negative horrible terrible experiences there. Ugh I'm so fired up right now after writing this!!! This review is about an attempt to purchase a new family car from Audi Brookline. Summary: go somewhere else! First visit Saturday, 4/19 - we did our research online, got a babysitter and went to Audi Brookline to test drive Q5 and Q7. You can test drive only 1 car, even if you are willing to wait (because they have other customers waiting to test drive Q5). Too bad, because we know that Audi is a great car, but we were mostly interested to compare the driving experience and the size of Q5 and q7. After trying to talk to the manager we still couldn't get to test drive Q5 the same day and were told that next time we should book an appointment. Booking just an hour ahead is sufficient, we were assured. Second attempt: Sunday, May 18 - secured a babysitter for 5 hour so we have plenty of time to take decision on a purchase of 50-60K. Called at 12pm (this is when they open on Sunday) to book appointment for a test drive. Surprise - they don't offer test drive on a Sunday??? "Is this new", I am asking - "no" is the answer. Could somebody have told us when we visited the first time and had extensive conversation about the process of test driving? The phone conversation ended without any question what are we looking for or any offer to come at another time/day. Speechless, I hang up. I couldn't believe it and called second time almost sure that it was a mistake. Spoke to Ralf who confirmed that they don't offer test drive on Sunday and didn't make any attempt to ask what we are looking for. We didn't even get to Audi Natick, because as soon as I called BMW Boston they confirmed that a sales person can meet us in 15min and we can test drive X5 and X3. The decision was made - Audi is out of the picture. Bad customer service can kill even a great product. If you are getting this treatment when you are trying to buy a car, imagine what it would be after they take your money. Avoid this place! read more

This dealership should not exist! I called and asked if they did inspections for my Audi - they said "Yes". When I got there they told me - "We don't do those, go to the Mobil across the street"!! The reviews hit it right on the button. Chris was an awesome guy to deal with on the sales side, but the service folks will do anything to take advantage of their customers. Thank God I found a good independent European auto mechanic in the lower Allston area so I don't have to continue be a victim of Audi Brookline. At one point I noted a $900 difference in a quote between the indie mechanic and the dealer for a rear brake job + EBrake cable! That figure is not exaggerated. read more

should have reviewed yelp before i make an appointment to go in. I was waiting in line for more than 20 min, without being helped and then i walk out. The 2 service people were on the phone the whole time, and there was only one other lady standing in line. The business was slow. One man bothered to say "I will be with you shortly, after about 5 min standing in line". And then he went on to make few more phone calls. Meanwhile, he picked up a phone call with another customer complaining about waiting too long after getting in. Well, I walked out after I realized (too slow) my time could be better spent else where. Don't like the 2 Audis shops close to Boston. Got to find another one. read more

Note: FORMERLY Brookline Volkswagen Audi. I have seen the painful reviews on Boston Volkswagen, and, sadly, for many of us VW owners in and around Boston, we've tried 'em all. Since I used to live only a half mile from Brookline VW/Audi, which is all too conveniently located on Rte. 9, I have wasted countless hours and probably thousands of dollars over the years. Can I just sum it up by telling you that they do NOT have your best interest at heart? These are the mechanics that your parents warned you about when you moved to the city! Given: you will wait a very, very long time to secure an appointment with the service department (no matter how urgently your car needs help), you will wait longer than the promised time, you will pay for way more than you ever thought possible, and you will drive away with that terrible feeling that you've just been screwed. Truly, regardless of how trivial you THINK the problem is, you will be given a list pages long of all the things that need your attention, and more importantly, your wallet. There just aren't good options for those of us with VWs in this city. This review is pretty much "ditto" for Boston VW. I will try Foreign Auto Center in Cambridge, after reading so many nice reviews on them. read more

This review is for the paperwork and closing process only. My sales person was 5 Star... My problems started after we agreed on the deal. First issue... after choosing a lender, I was told additional paperwork was needed. I told the finance person, I had this at home and could scan the information and send it in. Not a problem, as I already secured the vehicle with a 500 dollar deposit. I sent in the paperwork that evening. The fowlloing day, I eagerly awaited the phone call on next steps and delivery of the vehicle. Not a peep. I sent email and left a voicemail. Crickets. I called the main number and asked for someone else in finance. I then learned my person, who had all the information was out of the office. He then asked me to resend my information. First issue resolved. Improvement item one for Audi: Do not rely on a single person's email for time sensitive documents. There should be a central repository. or make arrangements if you are not in the office. A fax machine would do the trick. Second Issue: The runner who brought my car to New Hampshire arrived without any of paperwork. Consequently, we couldn't register the car. The runner had to drive the car back to Brookline. Improvement item two: Make sure you have the documents. Third Issue; The runner came back the following day with the paperwork. The problem was, he did not have the correct tools to remove the license plate from my current vehicle. I had bolts, not screws. We then drove to the hardware store, where he requested I buy the tools to remove the plate, At this point, I didn't care any longer I just wanted the car and quite frankly I was already annoyed at the extra mileage being added to my car. Improvement item three.. either have the right tools or be prepared to acquire them. Fourth issue: About that deposit from the first issue. It wasn't refunded. I waited a few weeks thinking maybe it was needed to close the deal. I eventually called the dealership. I learned it was an oversight on the dealer and my money was immediately refunded. Improvement four: A customer should never chase a deposit return. I realize dealership is growing and moving vehicles. But these are fundamental issues which should never ever happen at top tier dealership. One of these issues would not have resulted in a Yelp review, but four issues of this caliber must be noted. read more
