Today I finally called him out in the store because enough is enough. It's inappropriate, unwelcome, and has made me feel uncomfortable every time I've walked through the door. Giftwares produced locally and more. I purchased a Strawberry Rhubarb pie that was simply one of the best I've ever had. The pastry light and flaky, the Strawberry Rhubarb filling well balanced between the sweetness of the Strawberry and the tartness of the Rhubarb. I was immediately helped by a kind gentleman that showed me different selections of "racks" for my un-ending amount of clothes. He even gave me some really great advice for when I re-do my "closet". Looking underneath only one bolt was connected, none of the other's lined up, and the rest was held on with silicone caulk. Reached the company nobody called back. We found out the company filed for bankruptcy a year ago. The part that is more frustrating here is that they were still open making sales to customers who they knew they were not be able to deliver or install their items. Long story short almost three months later, No countertops and no money back. just put our claim with the Worcester bankruptcy court where their case is currently open. Lesson learned, just verify the stay of the company before your purchase any items so this doesn't happen to you.
