It really doesn't make sense to me and honestly, I don't believe their comments. I've never experienced, nor even witnessed any issues as such that would warrant a single start rating. Today I finally called him out in the store because enough is enough. It's inappropriate, unwelcome, and has made me feel uncomfortable every time I've walked through the door.
