She brought in really interesting artwork and various figurines that made our home like a showplace! Even our realtor commented that our beautiful home was brought to next level with her staging. For the very reasonable designer fee, we are convinced that it increased our sales price more than 10x the cost of the staging! I would recommend Serenity Designs/Monique to ANYONE considering selling their home.

Once we had done our chores (mid-May), she was back with the loaner items and they set the house up carefully for the photographer, and gave us instructions about how we should re-create the setting before showing the house. She does exactly what she says she is going to do, with a minimum of fuss and I would work with her again in a heartbeat.

As a senior citizen, I find those tasks which would have been easier for me when I was younger more challenging. After 44 years of accumulating a variety of clothing in Boston, I needed to downsize. The idea of sorting and organizing 18 full bags of clothing by myself was daunting. Lead organizer Gloria met me and helped me go through those bags in record time (2 hours). I wouldn't have believed it possible. She was professional and compassionate. I ended up keeping two bags of clothing and she took away the rest in her car and arranged for them to be properly donated. Organizing Boston also sent me a receipt for the bags of items that I had donated. Professional efficiency combined with compassion was my experience in working with every aspect of Organizing Boston. What I thought would be a nightmare Gloria told me was fun for her. She definitely made it easy for me. I would highly recommend this group.

The attic is only accessible through a cut out in the upstairs hallway with a drop-down ladder, and you have to crawl around on your hands and knees to get to stuff. The owner, Rachel, has a true gift--not just for luxury home organizing and custom storage system design, but for truly understanding what a space needs to feel calm, welcoming, and functional. Her eye for detail, her warm, attentive approach, and her expert sourcing of products that actually work for your space made all the difference. At this stage of life, I've realized how important it is to create a home that truly supports how you live--but between work, family, and everything else, I just didn't have the time or energy to figure it all out myself. They made the entire process so simple because they managed it all, so I didn't have to worry about a thing--from the space planning and expert sourcing to the custom storage design, full installation, and final styling. Every element was handled with a level of thoughtfulness and care that truly stood out. Seeing Rachel roll up her sleeves and take on all the hands-on work--from assembly to mounting--was seriously impressive. It's rare to find someone who can both design and build, and even rarer to see a woman own it with that much skill and confidence. She's definitely a force to be reckoned with. If you're looking for not just a professional organizer, but a full-service team who can plan, design, source, install, and completely transform your home, I can't recommend RC Organize & Design enough. They don't just organize your space; they reimagine it in a way that feels personal, lasting, and full of heart.
