I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heidi at POSH Boston. I can't imagine using anyone else. She has helped me organize my home multiple times, and every experience has been exceptional. Heidi brings such genuine positivity, warmth, and happiness to her work. She has an incredible talent for seeing opportunities and solutions I would never think of, and her eye for organization is unmatched. I trust her 100%, and every time she leaves, my home feels lighter, calmer, and more functional. I'm so grateful I met her and will continue to use her for years to come! If you're looking for someone who is not only amazing at what she does but also an absolute joy to have in your space, Heidi is it. THANK YOU HEIDI! read more

I have been a client of Heidi's since 2018 and I cannot begin to explain how incredibly helpful she's been to me in terms of organization and in general. Heidi has moved me twice now, once into a new apartment and finally into my forever home. She's a workhorse and any time she leaves my home, my spaces are organized impeccably and in ways that make sense to me. My life has become much easier with Heidi in it! She's warm, understanding and very gifted at her craft. When you book a session (or several!) know that you'll be in great hands and your home will have such a clean, smart balance and harmony to it once she's done. Heidi has made such a positive and much needed impact on my life - I am very lucky to know her and have her help. Definitely book her!!! Hands down the best organizer in Boston!!! read more

Heidi is the absolute best. She somehow manages to understand her clients needs even before they do - envisioning how a space can work, and then setting to the rather arduous task of making it happen. We live in a small space, so organization is the key to helping it feel livable. Heidi came in and gently (but firmly) helped us relief ourselves of the chaos that had crept into our lives and create a harmonious space that works now. So grateful to her! read more

Best organizer in Boston. Reliable, responsive, amazing organizer, makes organizing fun!

Heidi is undeniably a life-saver. My wife and I required help moving due to my health issues (COVID Long-Hauler). We started out thinking that we could just use Heidi's help organizing our new, larger closets, but then quickly realized that Heidi's value was much much greater than purely organizing. Heidi helped us with coordination of our move, including helping with movers day-of, unpacking, organizing, interior design, the list goes on. We enjoyed working with Heidi so much during our actual move, that we've had her back multiple times since with various projects in our new home. If you are moving and are looking for ways to decrease your stress level AND create a new/updated beautiful home, there is no question that Heidi's services are what you need. Rates are incredibly reasonable, and worth every. single. penny. Thank you, Heidi, for everything!!! read more

I have been working with Heidi for many years. She has helped me in just about every room in my house!! From the basement toys to the bedroom closets to managing paperwork -- home files, kid's artwork and everything in between. She's taught me so much too about how to maintain those systems when she leaves!!! Heidi is a gem -- easy to work with, patient beyond measure and never judges how disorganized I am on any given appointment!! I highly recommend her services. You will feel like a new person after the first appointment! read more

Heidi relieved our home of so much disorganization! I had no idea just how unorganized we were until she explained how to organize certain foods, kitchen items, clothes, etc. Her systems are flawless and make so much sense. She turned our kitchen around from things falling on us when we opened cabinets to neatly organized and easy to find. It's such a breath of fresh air to open cabinets and easily find something now! She then went on to organize our bedroom closet and I have no idea how she created so much space but she did and it feel so clear and clean and easy to navigate now! Next up we're going to be working on some pretty big renovations to our kitchen and she's been such a great guide while we set up that plan. Can't wait to complete our project but already I'm super impressed. I cannot recommend her any higher - she's the BEST! read more

Hiring POSH, a professional home organizing company and working with Heidi has been a game changer for me. After I reached out to her, she came to my home in Boston and had impressed me immediately with her consultation. During the consultation, she took the time to get to know me + my needs/wants...she then assessed all my rooms and formulated a meticulous plan to proceed forward. Since then, she has transformed my entire home with a new energy...everything has its certain spot, things were removed from my home (clothes, miscellaneous items) which got donated, and has made my space feel so wonderful, refreshing, relaxing. I literally love opening all my cabinets, drawers, closets and seeing how brilliantly organized everything is and has its place - not to mention, Heidi has an impeccable eye for design and aesthetics...she not just organized things that were "behind closed doors" (my closets, bathroom linens, kitchen drawers, pantry etc.) but she looked at what kind of things were visual in the space and we organized all of that too! I now feel like a new person because of my entire home environment being so efficient...Heidi is an absolute game changer - you will adore working with her and come out of the process well beyond happy! read more

Heidi is FANTASTIC! I hired her because of all of the 5 star reviews here on yelp, and I was not disappointed. I hired her to help me unpack, unbox, and organize my apartment, which I had never fully settled into. She transformed my home and was able to get more done in a day and a half than I have been able to get done in literally years. Heidi is brilliant at organizing, of course, but she is also warm, kind, nonjudgmental and compassionate (which it turns out are super important traits when you are opening up your home and exposing the mess to a stranger!). I get very easily overwhelmed and frazzled by projects like this, but Heidi was excellent at communicating, listening to any concerns, and keeping things moving. I could not have been more pleased with the end result, and I will definitely be working with her again in the future. Thank you, Heidi! read more

Better than therapy. Heidi had to negotiate me (a purger) and my husband (a collector) and our newly blended life in a smaller home than we were used to. She was compassionate, non-judgemental, and unflinching in helping us to really hear each other and express each other's needs for our home. Our relationship is better since having her here to help us with our stuff. We got Heidi's services via a gift certificate and if you are stumped for a gift for a new couple or a couple going through a living transition, this is a great gift option. In case this recommendation doesn't clinch it for you -- our dog loved her, too. read more

I needed help decluttering and refreshing my home. From our first email interaction, Heidi was very responsive and professional. She brought a designer's eye to everything she did. I couldn't be happier with the result. We purged years' worth of junk, and now I can find the things I have. I can't recommend her enough. read more

Heidi has been a wonderful and much needed partner to me as we get settled into our new home. I was overwhelmed with remodel, design and organizational options but Heidi came to my rescue. In our first 2 hour meeting, she gave me several big picture ideas, helped me narrow down and prioritize next steps, gave me specific recommendations (from contact info for contractors to links to a specific bed frame she suggested). Our time together was highly productive and gave me everything I needed to take the next steps and stop feeling so overwhelmed. We will continue to use Heidi's services -- couldn't recommend more highly! read more

We hired Heidi to help unpack and organize our stuff into a new house. She was thoughtful and efficient with every aspect of the organizing. Having her help allowed me to not take any time off work and still have a smooth and painless transition into a new space. I would hire her again in a heart beat. read more

Heidi brought my boyfriend and me calm, direction, and inspiration. For under $200, we wound up with a cleaner and more organized space, have a clear sense of how to move forward, and probably saved like 6 months of relationship counseling and/or therapy caused by the stuff-chaos we now are getting rid of! I am normally a very organized person, but when it came to helping my boyfriend organize his stuff, I felt overwhelmed and anxious. I wanted to help, but I didn't know where to start, or how to talk about his apartment without seeming judgmental. The challenge was not only figuring out where to put all of his stuff, but also figuring out what kind of system he might follow, since he has ADD and likely won't do intensive filing. Heidi came in and asked all sorts of questions to learn about our needs, then walked through and asked more questions, all without judgement. Then, seemingly miraculously, Heidi came up with a creative list of things to do to re-organize the space, and what order to do them in. She talked with us about how to motivate ourselves to get them done in our time frame and with our budget, and we came up with a plan that we felt comfortable getting done in three months. I am proud to say that, with Heidi's encouragement, we are actually about two months ahead of schedule, and the space is already much more liveable. This is money very well spent! Thank you, Heidi! I took Heidi's business course. The class was very empowering for the women who attended. Heidi provides a pleasant atmosphere where people can learn the tricks of the trade as well as the basics for starting your own business. She utilizes personal experiences to aid people in avoiding pitfalls and mistakes that she and other's have made along the way. It was a wonderful platform for people to sit in a safe environment and discuss their fears about starting a business and getting into the professional organizing area. Heidi shares a lot of useful information that most people would be weary to share with their future competitors. She is an asset to the professional organizing industry and is spending her time bettering the profession. It was a wonderful course and I would recommend it to anybody. read more

With complete peace of mind is how we felt, leaving our home in Boston, not at all packed as we are about to move. We leave her with the keys, and she magically manages packers and movers, as we kick back at a hotel and fly out a few days later. They say money can't buy happiness - in this case, I'd have to disagree. Heidi is extremely thorough and manages everything and everyone beautifully. This is the second time we've hired her - the first time we moved from Houston to Boston and she literally organized our ENTIRE home in Boston, down to the socks! We rolled in with our hand luggage and felt right at home. Art was on the walls and beds were made, TV's were hung and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was in place. I cannot even begin to tell you how this made us feel. We were actually able to focus on our kids and work, instead of unpacking!! WORTH EVERY CENT. The same happened when we left Boston a few days ago - Heidi gives us complete peace of mind, and we will continue to hire her whenever possible. We HIGHLY recommend her! THANK YOU Heidi, for doing what you do - it's a game changer! read more

Look no further for organizing services than Heidi. She's a flaming dynamo at eliminating the useless clutter and a master at organizing the unorganized. Her and crew are a joy to work with, efficient and very professional with a "git r done" attitude. Needed someone like Heidi 30 years ago. read more

I am a newly minted Professional Organizer and a recent graduate of POSH's 2-day training program led by Heidi Solomon. She thoughtfully led our group of aspiring PO's through the necessary steps in order to establish our business and market our services. What was particularly helpful was how she explained many of the pitfalls and frustrations that she learned through her years of experience - so we can avoid making those same mistakes. She is very professional and had many experiences to draw upon to answer our many questions. I am thankful I located Heidi's program and I am inspired to start my business the right way from the very beginning. Heidi was a fabulous instructor, speaker and motivator and I highly recommend her services if you are considering joining this profession. Thank you Heidi! read more

My husband and I are expecting a baby and I was feeling anxious about not having enough space or storage in our small city apartment. Heidi worked with us to reorganize the kitchen, bathrooms, hall closets, living room, etc. She created space I didn't think we would have and was creative with her ideas. She also gave us ideas/product suggestions so that we could implement solutions ourselves. She was extremely accessible via email and took time to answer my questions and provide product ideas. She was a very calming presence during a stressful time. I highly recommend her! read more

Heidi is a true gem. She came to our home with an open mind about how to make our space functional. She listened to how we live so that she could take a holistic approach to our space. As a city dweller with 2 small children, we demand a lot of our home. Heidi helped us think through big picture ideas as well as nitty gritty small spaces. She is extremely innovative and came up with plans that we never would have thought of. We were left with a plan that we were on board with, that didn't cost an exorbitant amount of money, and specific next steps. She has continued to be in touch with me with my questions along the way as I implement her ideas. Heidi is very connected within the industry with other valuable resources who are experts in their fields (ie. contractors, appliance sales, storage procurement, etc). Once we purge and empty some spaces out, I am excited to have her come back to work with us on specific systems. Last and certainly not least, Heidi is kind, warm, and thoughtful. I highly recommend her services. read more

Heidi recently came to my home. I was having trouble with our "junk room" which is supposed to be an office. I wanted to discuss solutions for that room. Little did I know I would get so much more! At the end of three hours, we had walked room by room through my house and made a plan to organize, clarify, streamline, and simplify our home. I had a list full of many changes - small and large - to focus on in the coming weeks and months. Heidi's suggestions were helpful, tactful, and insightful. She's very good at what she does! A few hours with her is the best home investment we've made in quite some time. Within 24 hours of her visit, I had reworked 3 rooms in my house to be entirely more calming and organized. read more

I had been exploring Professional Organizing as a career and was prepared to take the course offered through NAPO (National Association of Professional Organizers) until I discovered Heidi's course "How to be a Successful Professional Organizer". This course appealed to me because she was local. This meant I could attend in person and also get a perspective of the local market. Taking this course was one of the best decisions I have made in launching my business. The content was clear and concise providing all the key steps needed to proceed and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable creating an ideal learning environment. read more
