They do such a good job - way more thorough and efficient than what we would do ourselves. Communicating with the owner is easy. We usually text, but will occasionally call. Notes are taken in our profile so our preferences are recorded for anyone who comes. Billing is automatic from our credit card, and I am emailed a receipt. Their prices rarely change. In fact, our price was kept the same for years. I spoke with the owner and she admitted that the price for our house would be over double what we were paying!
