We have been using Curran interiors for our Airbnb for almost 18 months and have zero complaints. They are very self sufficient, the unit never receives complaints, always 5 star for cleanliness and I never have to check to make sure it's clean. The girls are kind and courteous. I got on the schedule almost immediately she showed up herself and two other cleaners they got the job done way above my expectations. I'm a big believer in not writing a review unless I feel very strongly about something- negative or positive. Well, I definitely want to make sure that people know what a pleasure it is to work with Curran Interiors. I currently manage over ten properties in the Greater Boston area and in the past it had been overwhelming trying to manage cleanings for all of them. A coworker of mine recommended Curran Interiors after a pleasant experience with one of his Airbnbs. We tried them out at one of our units and we were sold! Very efficient cleaning. They were able to do a deep cleaning of a 4BD home, including common areas, in just a few short hours. Impressive! If the guest ever complains about the cleaning not being up to par (which almost never happens), they have agreed to go back with no charge. One of the most amazing things about Curran is that they not only do the cleanings right, but the management/customer service aspect as well. I have a calendar where I post all of my new bookings for Airbnb and they are able to look at the calendar periodically and schedule cleanings without me even having to tell them. You do not know how HUGE this is for me. Not only that, but if I ever have issues with guests, Cassandra or Mike volunteer to go to the store and pick up whatever I need to bring to the guest! This has been unheard of for me with my cleaners in the past. In addition, the communication with both of them has been fantastic. I have never been unable to reach Cassandra (who by the way is such a genuinely nice person, which is hard to find nowadays). She has been very understanding to the fact that I have another full time job and therefore has accepted that text messaging be my main form of communication. I really can't say enough good things. Been using them for a little under a year for biweekly cleanings. Owners are very nice and extremely responsive, the couple times we've had some feedback or scheduling needs they've completely taken care of us. Really nice to have them handling the logistics and ensuring that everything goes well. We love that they send a digital invoice that we can pay directly, great for record keeping and makes payments easier. Insurance is a nice plus too, just in case. Their cleaners have done a very good job (we've had two), and they do their best to make it so you consistently have the same person which is nice. I have been using Curran's cleaning services for almost a year now. I work directly with Cassandra (easily reached via text) who schedules the cleanings and I believe manages the cleaning staff. Cassandra is incredibly flexible, responsive to feedback, and communicates well and often. I often request a change in date to accommodate my work from home schedule/my newborn, and Cassandra is always able to accommodate. Vivian does our cleanings, and does a nice job. She sometimes leaves us a flower made out of toilet paper :). At times we have asked Cassandra to communicate feedback to Vivian (e.g. If Vivian could use our vacuum vs. hers, double check our locks before she leaves) and she is more than receptive, and adjusts accordingly.
