I hired Curran Interiors for an apartment move-out cleaning. They were on time, did a great job, and invoiced me at a reasonable rate. The whole process went perfectly. read more

We have been using Curran interiors for our Airbnb for almost 18 months and have zero complaints. They are very self sufficient, the unit never receives complaints, always 5 star for cleanliness and I never have to check to make sure it's clean. The girls are kind and courteous. They are able to stick to our checkin schedule and often accommodate a last minute schedule change. Due to Covid, we are not longer doing Airbnb but I would HIGHLY recommend Cassandra and her team!!! They often do our unit as well and are always happy. They even did a phenomenal job cleaning out the Airbnb unit for our new tenants who moved in if you are looking for a company to handle a cleaning before or after a move. read more

I largely owe the success of my small short term rental business to Curran Interiors. (My house is also very much thankful to be dust free because of them.) A bit of context, I have been using them for over 2 years now, and it's because of the consistency of service, that I've finally decided to speak about it. It takes a lot to get me out of bed to write a Yelp review, (this is probably number 5), but Cassandra and her crew are some of the most timely, professional, and courteous people I have ever met. Her cleaners, when given proper instructions, have always done an impeccable job, and the level of cleanliness and service are unbeatable. Some of the nicest people I have met. In terms of scheduling an appointment, I have never once worried about not hearing back from Cassandra. She has always replied to me promptly in regards to any issues or concerns I might have, no matter what the hour. She is easily reachable by text and email and never seems frustrated even when I email her last minute about last minute guest changes. If you are looking for a new cleaning company with quality and integrity, trust me, you can't go wrong choosing Curran Interiors. read more

3 words: thorough, attentive, comprehensive This independently owned business operates with outstanding customer service and friendly, affable and agreeable owners. We are a funky studio space, with 40 kids working on projects and materials and all sorts of tools. Curran arrived and before the end of the day, the floors were spotless. I cannot recommend this cleaning business enough. read more

I own two multi units in revere and hired Curran Interiors. I first contacted Cassie she was polite and prompt. I got on the schedule almost immediately she showed up herself and two other cleaners they got the job done way above my expectations. The price was right on par with the other pros in my area but the service and speed was way above. The second time I use them I got a hold of Mike curran himself! And same thing they got me on the schedule and got the job done very shortly after they went above and beyond even giving me notes on how my tenants were keeping the apartments I couldn't ask for more in a cleaning service Mike and Cassie are absolute professionals highly highly recommended! read more

I'm a big believer in not writing a review unless I feel very strongly about something- negative or positive. Well, I definitely want to make sure that people know what a pleasure it is to work with Curran Interiors. I currently manage over ten properties in the Greater Boston area and in the past it had been overwhelming trying to manage cleanings for all of them. A coworker of mine recommended Curran Interiors after a pleasant experience with one of his Airbnbs. We tried them out at one of our units and we were sold! Very efficient cleaning. They were able to do a deep cleaning of a 4BD home, including common areas, in just a few short hours. Impressive! If the guest ever complains about the cleaning not being up to par (which almost never happens), they have agreed to go back with no charge. One of the most amazing things about Curran is that they not only do the cleanings right, but the management/customer service aspect as well. I have a calendar where I post all of my new bookings for Airbnb and they are able to look at the calendar periodically and schedule cleanings without me even having to tell them. You do not know how HUGE this is for me. Not only that, but if I ever have issues with guests, Cassandra or Mike volunteer to go to the store and pick up whatever I need to bring to the guest! This has been unheard of for me with my cleaners in the past. In addition, the communication with both of them has been fantastic. I have never been unable to reach Cassandra (who by the way is such a genuinely nice person, which is hard to find nowadays). She has been very understanding to the fact that I have another full time job and therefore has accepted that text messaging be my main form of communication. I really can't say enough good things. If you want a company that cleans well, has great customer service, and knows how to manage their team, look no further! read more

Curran Interiors cleans our office in downtown Boston and I'm glad to say it has been an extremely good experience. Cassandra and Mike came in to assess our needs, estimated what it would cost and since then we just find the office in perfect shape. They are great at customer service and quick to respond back every time we need something. read more

Been using them for a little under a year for biweekly cleanings. Owners are very nice and extremely responsive, the couple times we've had some feedback or scheduling needs they've completely taken care of us. Really nice to have them handling the logistics and ensuring that everything goes well. We love that they send a digital invoice that we can pay directly, great for record keeping and makes payments easier. Insurance is a nice plus too, just in case. Their cleaners have done a very good job (we've had two), and they do their best to make it so you consistently have the same person which is nice. Overall- high quality, personable, and affordable. read more

Thanks Cassandra and Mike!! For the past year, Curran Interiors has been helping me maintain my Airbnb when I'm away from my apartment. They've always been thorough, responsive, and incredibly helpful. I always know that I can trust them to take care of things in the apartment, and they're so accommodating when last minute scheduling stuff arise (honestly, Cassandra is the sweetest, most patient person!!). They're also incredibly helpful for ensuring keys are where they should be, that supplies like TP, garbage bags, detergent are still available, and when supplies run low they even let me Amazon it to their home so that they could restock my apartment for me. I'd 100% recommend them for cleanings and Airbnb maintenance! read more

I was very pleased with my experience with Curran Interiors. I hired them to do a cleaning of my apartment after I moved out, primarily to remove cat dander for the new residents. I'll definitely be using them again. read more

We had a housemate move out and leave his space a complete disaster. Cassandra and her cleaner Vivian came to our rescue! Cassandra contacted me immediately and I was able to book a clean the next day. She was in contact with me the whole time due to our circumstances and involvement of our landlords. When we were unable to complete all we needed in the scheduled time ( due to the mess of the housemate), Cassandra and Vivian went above and beyond. Thank you so much Curran Interiors! Your services are great and your staff amazing! What a dedicated team to quality and customer service! I can't say enough good things about them. We will be booking you again! read more

I contacted Curran because we haven't had any time lately to clean our apartment and we have a large group of friends staying over this weekend. They responded promptly and worked around my schedule for a very reasonable price, especially compared to the other quotes I received. Vivian came and did a very thorough clean; I didn't know our apartment could look that great! They also provided all their own supplies which was a huge plus for us. read more

Reliable, responsive, flexible, pleasant, and well organized are the words I use to describe Curran Interiors. I had the good fortune to find them in early 2015 to clean a property I rent out on Airbnb. Since then they have done a great job, usually 2 or 3 times a week, cleaning the property and preparing it for new guests. I have recommended them to friends and I recommend them to you! They do a great job. read more

I have been using Curran's cleaning services for almost a year now. I work directly with Cassandra (easily reached via text) who schedules the cleanings and I believe manages the cleaning staff. Cassandra is incredibly flexible, responsive to feedback, and communicates well and often. I often request a change in date to accommodate my work from home schedule/my newborn, and Cassandra is always able to accommodate. Vivian does our cleanings, and does a nice job. She sometimes leaves us a flower made out of toilet paper :). At times we have asked Cassandra to communicate feedback to Vivian (e.g. If Vivian could use our vacuum vs. hers, double check our locks before she leaves) and she is more than receptive, and adjusts accordingly. We are extremely happy with our services, believe that the price is fair, and would recommend Curran's services to anyone in the area seeking periodic or recurring home cleanings. read more
