That ethic is joined by intelligence and knowledge. They were recommended to us by a friend, and we are thrilled. Within three days they packed up our entire apartment (3000 square feet), both small and large items, and presented us with a detailed list of what was in each of 50+ boxes, all of which were meticulously labeled and packed. They handled fragile pieces with appropriate care. They worked non-stop, for hours, and asked intelligent questions. They took control of the process; they met with us first, worked out the schedules, and were explicit about costs.

They were recommended to me by a colleague of mine and proved to be a huge help with our move. I contact Susan and she immediately responded by e-mail and we arranged a meeting time for them to see and price the work for our move. Shortly thereafter they provided a written estimate and we scheduled a day for them to come and pack us up. The day of the job, Susan and Millie were terrific. They carefully packed up all of our belongings, labeled everything and neatly left everything ready to go for our movers. I was very nervous about getting everything ready for our move but Susan and Millie did all of that for us. They were excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    Won three items from an estate auction. I won the items for very little money. The antique planter…read moreI won was the main reason I was driving two hours both ways to go pick up. I get to the house and it's very chaotic, no signs or directions just people entering and exiting this house who probably shouldn't be. No one standing at the front to greet people. Finally found someone to help me only to find out they did not have my planter. I was told it was likely that "a crazy hoarder lady" who was there earlier likely stole it. I was beyond furious. I drove two hours and wasted a tank of gas then had to drive another two hours home. Then the employee had the nerve to suggest I drive to this crazy lady house who stole my planter and try to get it back! I asked her how someone was able to enter the home take what didn't belong to them. It was obvious they were just letting people into the house and no one was managing item pick ups in an orderly process that one might expect. Imagine trusting these people when they are just letting random people unsupervised into the home. I was told I would just be reimbursed if they couldn't find it. If I did find it, they wanted me to drive back down to get it (another 4 hrs driving and a tank of gas) because "it would cost a fortune to ship it". After I explained I would not be taking another day off work, driving another 4 hours to pick up a planter she agreed she would ship it if they found it. Well as you can imagine she just reimbursed me the $11 and call it a day. Absolutely disgusted with these people! Unprofessional, untrustworthy and incompetent. I wouldn't suggest trusting them to manage estates or anything else!

The fees for this company are ridiculously high on top it. They get a cut of the proceeds plus an hourly rate for organizing and throwing stuff out. Stay as far away from this place as possible - nothing good will come from hiring these guys.

They learned about our agency history and culture and ensured that it was represented throughout every decision that was made. She ensured that our agency branding was throughout the the amazing venue at Gillette Stadium and coordinated all signage, florals and decor. Kristin has impeccable taste and style. I always enjoy working…read morewith Kristin and her team: they have great ideas, are very organized, always meet deadlines, help me stay on budget and, most importantly, produce terrific events. Kristin truly goes above and beyond. For our summer party in 2022 at Gillette stadium, the bus company providing 5 full-size coaches canceled all our buses the day before our event. They had a shortage of drivers. We got a full refund but that didn't help with the need to get everyone to/from the party. Finding buses had been challenging months before our event and now we were less than 24 hours out. Kristin dropped everything and spent the entire day tracking down buses and cobbling together a transportation plan for us. It was incredibly stressful but she was calm and cool. She literally saved the event. On top of it, Kristin is a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Swank Events!
