The apartment isn't great but it is a great price in a great location. She didn't clean a thing. This place needed everything cleaned from top to bottom. She came and looked and gave a price and we paid her. She didn't clean the kitchen or bathroom. The sinks and faucets were just as filthy after she "cleaned" as they were before she showed up. Basically all she did was sweep the floors, maybe mop, folded a blanket and placed pillows on the couch. When I informed her that he work was subpar and that I would not require her services in the future she fired back with profanity and insults going as far as to say she isn't used to cleaning for poor people. Whatever that means. She had one job to do and she didn't do it.

Watching how hard she works reminds me why I got a maid in the first place! I'm sure there are other maids out there that also do a good job cleaning but nobody offers a better bargain. Her rates are way lower than any of the other cleaning services I looked at. One thing that's particularly important to me is that I feel comfortable with whoever I'm letting into my home. This is definitely an area where Mary-Lou stands out. She's just a really personable friendly person to be around. I know from the maids I've had in the past that sometimes In can be a little awkward having somebody seeing all your stuff and cleaning all around you while you just sit there, but there is none of that awkwardness with Mary-Lou. She's quite accommodating too with her scheduling and she's always been on time so far. Lastly, she's completely trustworthy in my eyes. I'd even trust her with my life! Or at least I'd definitely trust her alone with my property :-p I have nothing bad to say about her, so give her a try!
