Outstanding from start to finish. The only plumbing company I'll ever call. Super friendly, very professional and prompt.

Ask the Community - Happy Day Plumbing

Do you do a tune up for tankless water heater? Like a descaler, etc. I am not having any issues, I just was about to do it myself, but I would have to buy a pump and I thought I would find out if it would just be cheaper to get it done.

Absolutely! We do offer tankless water heater maintenance, including a professional descaling/flush. Since you’re not having any issues, this is a great time to have it serviced as preventative maintenance.

We respectfully disagreed with the water heater, because that arrangement severely impacted our ability to take hot showers. We called a few places, and liked the vibe from Waterman's. Jose came out, did an amazing job, and was very professional and pleasant. We are happy with the service and the price of Waterman's Plumbing, and we are thankful that they took our side in the fight with our old water heater. (The new water heater saw what Jose did to the old one, and it has not given us any lip!) Service Requested Sept 19, 2023 - After Jose gave our old water heater a ride in his van that would have made Tony Soprano proud, we decided it was time to do a couple of upgrades, so we bought 2 new toilets, some sink faucets, new bathtub hardware and a shower valve thingy (that's the technical term for it, "thingy"...if you don't know what that is, you're probably not technical enough). Once again, Jose came to the rescue with one of his associates. They did a great job for a fair price, and we are happy once again! Service Requested Feb 07, 2024 - The water heater that we had "taken care of" (wink, wink) in 2022 apparently had relatives living under my front lawn, because in the middle of the night, the pipe that feeds our home decided that it, too, wanted the water that was on the inside to be on the outside. I woke up at 4:30 am to take a shower, and was surprised to find the smallest trickle of water dribbling out. To my dismay, checking other faucets yielded the same results. I proceeded to go outside to investigate, and found that there was water streaming from my grass and down the street. I then noticed a baseball mound in my front lawn that had not been there previously. After turning the water off at the meter, the mound eventually flattened out, and I had confirmed the horrible news...the broken pipe was on my side of the meter, and was therefor MY responsibility. I started looking up the amount of money I could get for selling my organs, and then I remembered WATERMAN'S PLUMBING! So I called up, and they scheduled Tony and Chris to come and help restore our water (and sanity). Of course, since Jose had been our go-to-guy in clutch situations, we were worried that Tony and Chris might not be as awesome. But Waterman's came through again, Tony and Chris were excellent, nice, professional and amazing. In baseball, if you get 3 strikes, you're out. What do you call it when a company keeps hitting grand slams every time? Waterman's Plumbing!

If you call expecting to get Waterman's, it will be answered by someone from one of the other companies. If you ask that one of the former Waterman's employees come to your house for the service because you're familiar with their quality, service and courtesy, don't hold your breath. The technician may arrive in a Waterman's truck, but they likely will be wearing the uniform of one of the other companies. I called Waterman's with a problem with a dishwasher. The technician arrived in a Waterman's truck but wearing a Harlan's work shirt. While he did a reasonable job assessing the problem [essentially the washer was 23 YO and not as powerful as new], when I asked him to look at a clogged drain in the kitchen, adjacent to the dishwasher, and even though we were still well within the one hour service charge window, I got a little bit of attitude either for asking about another problem or the technician having to walk out to his truck to get another tool, or what, I don't know. It was not appreciated by me since I felt that since I was paying for an hour minimum service charge, I wanted a little more than 15 minutes of service. Further, unlike Waterman's of old, after the service, I start getting inundated by emails from the conglomerate company with requests for surveys, advertisements, etc. I finally had to block their email since their "unsubscribe" link conveniently led to no where. The technician told me that the conglomerate bought the Waterman's name for 3 years, so you'll see Waterman's name out there for a while longer, but it's not Mike and his team anymore!!

Kenny's crew was the only one that spent significant time looking at the issue and explaining to us how he would repair the problem. After they did the work, the final cost was exactly the same as his estimate, Casey and Chris were professional, hard working, and very knowledgeable. They were also able to explain the process to me in a way that I understood which was greatly appreciated. They really do treat their customers as if they are family. I would definitely recommend calling Kenny first before anyone else for plumbing issues.

I had lost pressure in the bathtub in our hall bathroom and nothing else in the house. Two other plumbers after swapping out the cartridge in the faucet and finding that didn't work, were ready to tear out the foundation and replumb the entire area when it was discovered we had recently had foundation repair done on the home even though there was no apparent slab leak. I spoke to Kenny and he and his guys approach was to literally eliminate anything it could be and do everything possible to avoid costly repairs going through the foundation if there was not an absolute need to do so. These fellas were incredibly thorough, they opened up the wall behind the bathtub to access the supply lines to determine why just those were affected. When they cut into the line a small plastic marble slightly smaller than the supply line somehow got into a line that should only have fresh water running through it. Once that oddity was removed they put everything back together to see if that was the problem and sure as hell it was. No one present had any clue how something like that got in there in the first place, and after a good laugh I was happy to have a fully functioning bathtub again. In the end the final price was less than the initial quote. These guys were truly incredible and are the only guys I'll be calling for future plumbing needs. A+ all day long.
