After troubleshooting he was able to get my system up and running but wasn't quite sure he fixed the issue since I have a Nest thermostat which act funny at times. At no time did Ed try to up-sell anything and since he wasn't 100% sure if he'd need to come back out he didn't charge us until later when I called back to let him know all was well. Another good thing about Ed is that he keeps a database on all his customers systems so he'll have a record of work done, whether or not they will continue to be customers. I highly recommend AirWerks and am a customer for life. It's so good to find an honest business that I don't feel is trying to take advantage of you because they are working on complex systems that homeowners can't work on themselves.

The thing that seemed odd to me was that they told me I had a leak without ever actually checking for one. I decided to get a second opinion from Robinhood. I told them what the previous company had told me. Their technician Carlos came out and did a very thorough leak check. He explained to me what he thought was going on but at no point did he try to sell me an expensive repair, let alone an entirely new HVAC system. Quite the night and day recommendation. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. So obviously I will be going with Robinhood for my HVAC needs going forward. Oh and another bonus is that if you ever need to call them, Amy is absolutely lovely to speak with on the phone. Highly recommend!
