We had Nick as our tour guide and he was amazing!! He always offered to take pictures, help with the helmets, and stopped to make sure everyone was doing okay frequently throughout the tour. He was accommodating to everyone and made us feel safe on the tour. Super nice and friendly guy to talk with as well which made it such a fun experience! He even helped give us recommendations for lunch and other activities. Office was so helpful and easy with the sign up and sign in process!! Amazing experience I so recommend this place!

Climb up the mountain is beautiful.

Great ATV tour! Amazing climb up the mountain. ATVs are top of the line and comfortable for passengers too. All gear provided, even rain coats, which we appreciate since it was raining when we started. Customer service excellent, from owner Chuck greeting us to our tour guide Patrick who was knowledgeable and thoughtful. Would 100% recommend.

Took a trip with my son. Chuck is the owner. Super nice. Loved all the dogs they had. Sean was our guide. He made sure everyone was familiar with the ATV before heading out. He would slow down to make sure those in the back did not get too far behind. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the mining that was done. Views were beautiful. Definitely would recommend.

We was smiling till we heard something whisper "get out". JK. If you get the chance go in and check it out.

What an awesome experience. Austin and Tyler were awesome guides and took us to a cool look out over a silver mining site. The best part was when they showed us an old mine cave that was 70% blocked by ice. My group went in and to check it out. The road was rockier than expected which made it all the more exciting. This was an exhilarating experience and we were glad to have gone.

If your looking for a good time...this is the place to come and enjoy the nice ride. Everyone here are GREAT! People. Friendly nice kind people that run this spot. I would definitely be back here. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Entrance to the mind. Snowhill that many of climbed to get a look-see.

OMGOSH!!! Loved this trip!!! Guides Austin and Tyler were amazing and informative! Trail is rather rocky, so be prepared. You get to practice before going, so if it's your first time ATV-ing, take advantage of it. The sights are awe-inspiring! So cool to go about 10K feet up, to see the landscape from that level is like no other. Stopped at an old mine entrance. Blocked by snow, but climbed to the entrance to check it out. A few of the group actually went in the mine and said it was really neat to see the inside. In short, do yourself a huge favor and GO ON THIS TOUR!!

Our group had a blast riding ATVs. We were very impressed with their attention to safety and detail. They even had back up jackets and gloves for us to use. Great experience!

They have a strict age requirement of 14 and our 12 year old made that a challenge. Having done class 3-4 at Royal Gorge I would say this did not disappoint. It was constant and continuous adventure. I would have loved to kept going longer but like all good things they do come to an end. The 1.5 hours was mot too short either don't get me wrong. If you are scared of the cold don't cheap out--get the extra gear to make your experience better. My wife and kids did the gear. Since we were here in July in the water at noon I toughed it out. Don't vet me wrong it was cold and at times what I would have done to be warm. I feel the cold splash is a part of the experience. Sitting in the front I was also glad for a pair of sunglasses. They say this is some of the best rafting they have had in awhile. What really made this exemplary was the staff. They made you all feel like family. Zak in particular was our favorite. He gave the right balance of safety and firmness needed for a guide. He also helped my 70 year old mother in law work through her fears and continue with getting in the raft. She was reluctant as she only has one hand. Zak calmed her and gave her options. My kids also loved the bus driver Max. Not so sure they loved him ao much it was more his dog Willow. If you want a great and safe experience do it with Mad Adventures where they make you feel like family.

Definitely would recommend swimwear or synthetic (not cotton) clothes and a change of dry clothes after like they mention! Too bad I forgot to read the email details ‍.I hope they send text message reminders about these details as well, it's easier to check texts rather than email on vacation. We went on the intermediate route which was a ton of fun. On this route they also gave the option of trying out some more rougher class 4s which were the most exciting parts. Would definitely recommend the intermediate route if you're looking for something more exciting! It was not nearly as difficult or stamina depleting as I expected. I believe the beginners route is more of a nice scenic cruise more than anything. 10/10 worth coming here P.S. Chris got mad jokes give this man a bonus lol!

They were awesome to work with me and find a guide to take us out anyway. Jason was amazing. He was a patient teacher while I got used to driving an ATV and he was a knowledgeable guide who taught us a lot about the mountains and the area. We did the two hour tour which was the perfect about of time to really go up the mountain. Any shorter and we wouldn't have gotten to see much. Any longer and my hands would have been in too much pain from gripping the throttle. I did end up with a slight blister on my palm that really only hurt in the last 15 min. I recommend that you bring gloves since they don't provide. You can't go wrong with this tour. Lots of fun!

It was 3 of us, including my 8-year-old son, and the conditions couldn't have been better--just a little snow, some mud, and plenty of opportunities for big splashes (which my son absolutely loved). We did a 5-hour rental, which felt like the perfect amount of time to explore without feeling rushed. The equipment was in great shape, and even the truck used to haul the ATV and trailer to the trailhead was well-maintained--everything felt professional and dialed in. The team really made the experience stand out. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic, and Andrew in particular was a superstar--he handled both checkout and check-in, made everything easy, and clearly cares about making sure customers have a great time. Summary of…read moreour experience in late Sept 2024: We reserved a 2 person Honda Talon S2 ATV the day prior and a follow up text was provided. I let the business know we were new to the area and just wanted an easy trail to see the fall colors. I was assured that the trail recommended was a good fit and they said maps and waypoints would be provided (also stated on the website). We arrived 10 min before the appointment time (7:30 AM) and there was no one there. I texted the owner and then they sent someone who arrived just before 8:00 AM. The employee (Christian) would not provide us any maps or waypoints for the recommended trail. He said it was simple to navigate, well-marked and no maps existed. We argued about this, but he said he could do nothing. I have done many off-road trails in places like Moab, Utah and California, waypoints based on mileage or simple maps are always provided. In the end I took his word. He said it was a large loop of about 30 miles and easily done in a half day. My concerns: - The employee told us he would take 10% off for the late release at 8:20 AM and add an extra hour to the rental. I did not look closely at the receipt since we were in a rush and noticed later that we were charged full price which did not include stated discount. - The tow vehicle had an 1/8 of tank of fuel - not enough to cover the tow distance. We had to waste time to fuel it on the way to the trail head. - The ATV was not prepped for us. Dirty, dusty, muddy. - As suspected, the trail was not well marked. There were at least 4 unclear intersections with some markings (like #200, 200A) but this is meaningless without a map. I could not download a map myself the night before. One turn led us up a 3 mile dead-end spur to a radio tower. - We checked in with the person that rented the ATV to us, showed him our location on GPS and he said we were fine. - A few miles later, we ended up at a dead end at a fire road about 20 miles from start. The employee told us we were in the wrong place and told us to back track all the way back (vs. an intended loop). - We missed our return time but were not charged extra. The ATV was mechanically good, high quality and newer but clearly not prepped for a new customer. We saw amazing fall colors. The duration of trip was longer than we expected and had to rush the return since an expected loop turned into an out-and-back. We didn't feel heard when dealing with the employee. He also did not honor the discount and said to call the owner about the fuel cost and concerns. Two email attempts were made to the owner (Carlos), and he never responded. Their service did match their website or phone conversations. I find it nuts that they will send a visitor into the back country without maps and make you feel stupid by claiming 'it is easy' and 'super well marked.' These areas have limited cell coverage, and you will be on your own if you get lost or have a mechanical issue. I would not use their services again - horrible customer service.

The owner, Carlos was SUPER nice and helpful and made up for it but he needs a new employee checking people in. The trails and UTV ride were amazing!
