14 of us did a self guided snowmobile tour with this place and we had a blast. Nice people in the office with the rentals, to the guy Beck driving us out to the mountain- very nice, talkative and informative about everything on the mountain. Snowmobiles were in great shape and the mountain was beautiful. Had a little incident- one of us bumped into the other snowmobile by accident and caused a little bit of damage (little pc of the grill fell off) We told them about it as soon as we got back, they looked at it and they told us it's ok they won't charge us. We were super grateful. Awesome experience overall! Definitely recommend

Had a great trip with snowmobile Steve. If you get a chance to do the continental divide I highly recommend it.

This was an EXCELLENT experience! We signed up for an early morning 2-hour snowmobile tour. Hubby and I each had our own snow mobiles and we were in a tour group with 8 other people/4 other snow mobiles. Our group was expertly led by Snowmobile Steve. He took us through the safety steps and operation instructions before the group set out, and even gave some pointers on how/when/where to use the restroom along the way if needed. He was careful to check regularly to ensure we were all still following. At key points throughout the tour, he stopped long enough for us to all take pictures and gave us some history of the mountain and the area. Here's the best part about the snowmobiles is that there are heated handlebars!! Those seriously were a game changer and kept our digits toasty and us comfy cozy along the way!

Our first time in Denver was memorable because of Grand Adventures Snowmobiling excursion! Their storefront is located in a quaint town right outside of winter park resort. Their online profile makes it easy to save time by acknowledging forms electronically (we had a group of 4). They have all the materials you may need for renting or purchase. The safety session was thorough and informative. Their staff truly cares about everyone's safety first! We did self guided and I enjoyed riding at our own leisure. I even needed assistance during our ride and they were super quick, caring, and helpful. I would recommend 100 times!

Life changing experience!! Snowmobile Steve was the most amazing guide. Absolutely gorgeous and exciting excursion. Felt safe the whole time but never bored. Steve was amazing.

Had a great time riding snowmobiles for my birthday on the unguided tour. Initially I thought guided would be best because I never rode before but ended up being so happy that we ended up on the unguided tour so we could ride at our own pace and stop when we wanted. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the location of the office where the unguided tours are better because they have indoor plumbing and restrooms versus porta potties. My key piece of advice would be to be on time for your appointment. With traffic and accidents along the way it took us 3 hours to get here from downtown Denver even though it's only a 90 minute trip. The views were amazing !!

Had the most magical day snowmobiling with Snowmobile Steve! We did the Continental Divide trip and Mother Nature blew our minds!!! Steve was an amazing guide. He was funny and told us the history of the area...honestly it was EPIC!

This was our first time snowmobiling. I think our guide's name was Eric. He was great he went over everything really well. After some time on the trail he noticed who wanted to go a little faster. The view from the continental divide was amazing. He then took us on several single tracks and that was great. Highly recommend this place for price and service.

Excellent experience. If you've never ridden a Snowmobile, this is the way to go. Check in was easy and efficient. Building looks brand new and parking was convenient. Grand Adventures can provide all weather proof clothing, including boots and helmets. Factor an extra 2 hours to your rental time. One hour for check-in plus shuttle and another for return and check out. Once at the top of the mountain, you'll be given a safety briefing, then you are off to a breathtaking adventure!

I was so nervous walking in, but from the moment we arrived, every single staff member made us feel welcomed, safe, and supported. Our guide, Koa, was the perfect balance of fun, kind, and incredibly skilled. He guided us through the rapids with such confidence and ease while also making sure everyone felt safe and included. He checked in on us several times throughout and made sure we were having fun, asked us if we wanted to "spice it up" a bit or keep it mellow and just really let us know this was "our" trip and he's cater to what we wanted. I quickly found myself letting go of fear and enjoying the moment... something I didn't expect would happen. Koa's energy was contagious, and his calm, respectful nature made us feel like we were in the best hands possible. At one point on the river, another rafting company had a mishap and we had to pull over and wait for them to recover and get their riders back into the raft safely. Koa explained what had happened with total grace - no judgment, no gossip - just a calm and respectful explanation. He also spoke so kindly of his own coworkers and even the owner of Liquid Descent. You could tell he genuinely cares about the rafting community and takes pride in his work and LOVES his Liquid Descent family! Every employee we encountered was friendly, encouraging, and helpful - from getting us fitted with helmets and life jackets to cheering us on as we headed out. As someone who started out nervous, that kind of supportive vibe made a huge difference. They encouraged me, and they helped me push past my comfort zone in the best way possible. What a GREAT memory! We will remember this day not only for the thrill of the rapids, but for the kindness and heart of the people who guided us through it! If you are considering rafting in Colorado, go with Liquid Descent. I'm so glad we did!

You fill out the wavier paperwork, get a speech from one of the workers, and go through the line to your life jacket and paddle. They also have shoes for rent if you need them. The bus ride to the launch point is about 30 minutes. The staff do their best to keep everyone entertained while your on the bus; telling jokes, telling you facts about landmarks, and the local area. When you get to the launch point it's about another 15 minutes before you get on your raft. They go through another 5-7 minute speech about the water, how to maneuver, and all the safety stuff (just in case crap goes wrong). Then they split you up into groups and you load the raft. We truly had a blast on the raft and I never felt like I was at risk of injury, or unsafe through the entire ride. From start to finish it was about a 2 hour trip; but it went by really fast. I could have rode the river for at least another 1-2 hours. It was super chill and some of the rough waters (class II and III) didn't last long but made the ride very exciting. We did stop for about 30 minutes at a point where you can jump off a cliff. There is a 25 foot cliff as well as a small jump spot for kids (my 4 year old jumped from the small spot). I did go up to the 25 foot jump (along with about 30 other people). Jumping was not a problem at all because you walk up to the edge and simply walk off for the jump. They don't give you anytime to look around, think, or get scared. 30 people jumped off in less than 7-8 minutes. It felt great!! The ride back to the main store was much shorter; about 15 minutes. Overall we had a great time and it was well worth it.

The scenery is gorgeous and they are accommodating. be prepared to pay extra for anything, of course, as per usual. they also ask for tips which is understandable, so be prepared for that. the bus ride out to the river is long and uncomfortable when sitting next to people you don't know. extroverts' dream come true, but again, if you don't like having your ear talked off, you may want to avoid.
