His team cleared out our old crumbly insulation, set traps and checked in weekly to make sure no new critters got in. After we knew it was secure, installed new insulation. Moshe and crew installed insulation in our 1890's two story farmhouse attic. The attic had not previously been insulated. They first thoroughly cleaned out all the debris that had accumulated over the past 100 years. They then completely sealed up all potential critter entries. They set traps to make sure there was no signs of critter entry then came back a couple of weeks later to install the insulation. They did a great job. All was done on time and as promised. This weekend I had a horrible issue with a Rat inside our wall above my 1 year olds bedroom that was making so much noise at night it wouldn't allow her to sleep. Attic Kings did a great job on my 1400sq.ft attic. I called them after I started hearing what I was pretty sure was a raccoon or at least a band of squirrels up in my attic almost every night. Turns out it was rats, a lot of them and they've been there for at least a year (that's what Mike said and it sure looked like it) We couldn't hear them before because they were running on top of our Insulation and heating ducts but now that they stated digging into the insulation ( I'll save the disturbing inspection photos to myself) Attic Kings came to check my attic 3 days after I called. Did a thorough inspection and gave me a reasonable price for replacing my old contaminated blown insulation with rolls of new and better Insulation + taking care of the rats up there once and for all. And the best thing is that they could do it within 4 days of the inspection and even gave me a discount for the short notice date. That worked great for everyone. Needless to say that the job was done quickly and professionally hence the 5 stars They kept the house covered and clean the whole time and even made sure the vacuum hose that ran from out driveway all the way up to the attic will not damage the paint by covering the wall corners with thicker plastic. It has been a week since the work was completed and im happy to say I'm sleeping a full quite night without any rodents to wake me up and also my furnace works less now that the insulation was upgraded so I'll probably update on a later date about the pg&e savings. 5 Stars from A-Z! read more

We were concerned there was a raccoon living in our attic so we called Attic Kings. Luckily there was no raccoon in the attic, just the little space between the roof and the other part of the roof that they were partying in. Mosh was very nice, answered all of our questions, and put up mesh wire so the raccoons can't use that space anymore. It was a little pricey for looking in the attic and putting up some mesh, but we didn't want to go up there, so it's fair! read more

I reached out to this company based on their rating on Yelp. And Mosh (Owner) did beyond the 5-star rating. Him and his associate worked on my attic diligently. Cleaned it, removed the OLD insulation, set traps to catch any rodents. And they were successful. Patiently he sealed all the possible entrances so no more rodents will enter the attic (and crawl space). Successfully he caught 3 huge rodents (ughhhh!!! and NO THANKS to the previous owners of this home, they were the main cause of this issue, not keeping the house clean). I asked Mark about a pest problem and he came out for an inspection. Even though the inspection was free, he was very thorough, climbing up into the attic and walking all around the house. In the end, he recommended that a few small repairs might be all that was needed and that I might want to try that instead of paying for a full service. Winter of 2017, a pregnant mama raccoon used our attic as her safe haven. We never saw the baby(ies) after she gave birth but could hear them purring and tumbling overhead. They all finally left right before summer and we wanted any/all entry holes before we had to entertain a squatter again this year. Called Attic Kings and Mosh came out bright and early the following Monday. Went up through the crawl space and in 15-20 minutes came down with his analysis of the problem spots with pictures! He was surprised that we didn't have ANY rodent activity but did show me that there was a bird's nest that he would have to clean up along with two little potty spots that our raccoon friends left. Gave a very reasonable estimate compared to other companies I had called. How could I possibly consider going with anyone else? The day he came, he said the job would probably take 3 hours, and it did! When he was done, came in with his own shop vac to clean up any mess he might have left, and was gone with no trace of the mess from the attic and no mess anywhere else.
