They responded promptly, scheduling a technician to investigate. The communication was excellent throughout. I received text reminders when the service was scheduled, including the name of the service technician, and an update when the technician was en route to the property. After completing the job, the technician called me to explain his findings: the connection to the heat pump was proper, and the non-color-coded wires were due to existing wiring being used, as the new heat pump required a higher amp capacity. The technician also replaced the extremely dirty air filter. Impressively, Elim handled this issue at no cost, even though the HVAC unit was replaced two years ago. A big thank you to the owner, staff, and technician for exceptional service - they truly deserve recognition! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them because they are professional, kind, and genuinely care about their customers.

He and his son showed up and i described the issue (AC was blowing warm air but was working fine just a few months ago). His son checked my compressor capacitor, and just as he had said, it turned out to be the issue! They were able to quickly replace the capacitor and got my AC back up and running in under 30 minutes.
