Hassan was amazing. He came within a few hours of my call and was very professional. He explained to me what exactly was going on and showed me all the lint that was stuck in the vent. I feel so blessed that he helped us avoid a house fire. Two days later my dryer gave an error code again. When I text him he said he'd come back, free of charge, and clean the vent again just to be safe. Lo and behold my daughter said I needed to reset the dryer (which I hadn't done after the cleaning) and see if the code was valid. Once I did that there was no more issue. Hassan was excellent. We have 3 dryer vents on the property because we have a main house, an ADU, and a JADU. He did all three for a good price within a week of my contact with him. Hassan, The Dryer Vent Guy, was able to come out first thing on a Saturday morning to clean my vent, which had not been done for some time. He texted me when on the way and was here a bit before the appointment, which was appreciated. We talked a bit, then he brought his equipment to the back of the house and in about 30 minutes or so was done. There was no moving of the washer/dryer, no work done inside the house; everything was done through the duct that connected to the outside. He showed me how much dryer lint had been stuck up inside the ducts. Hassan was absolutely professional and knew exactly what to do.
