Our skill set stops abruptly at light bulbs! I called Carl last year because our gas stove would not ignite. Turns out some safety switch needed flipped. We paid a very minimal service call fee and were thrilled to not have an actual repair bill. Today I dug Carl's card out of my kitchen knife drawer because our dishwasher stopped working. It was making dishwasher sounds with NO WATER! Carl gave me a tip over the phone for the most likely cause of the issue, explained to me how to fix it (i.e. wipe the soup out from under your floater) and miraculously the machine started pumping water again! No charge! It's so refreshing getting help from someone that is legitimately interested in finding simple, inexpensive solutions.
