We have a new ice maker now and waiting for a batch! Dealing with The Haus was easy and I will keep their info to use them for other things outside of this fridge warranty bc they are knowledgeable and work the problem which is very helpful.

It's been over a month so called back to check status of the part. Now they are trying to gaslight us and say they never received authorization to order the part so they never did, even though they clearly left a voicemail saying that they had already ordered the part. Good thing iPhone transcribes all voicemails. Unless you want to wait and wait for good, honest service. I'd highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Before spending that much, we decided to have someone else verify the diagnosis. Rick tested the board and connections and discovered that the board itself wasn't the problem at all. There was a loose connection causing the intermittent issue. He corrected it, tested the refrigerator and everything started operating normally. We paid for an actual repair instead of an expensive control board we didn't need. Very happy we made that second call

He ordered a new part and returned a couple a days later with the new drain pump. He was polite, professional and friendly. Interestingly, after he left the washer was still not working properly. The repair was moderately priced and I will call again to have my dryer vacuumed and cleaned.

He came to my tenant's condo in Gardena and stated my almost brand new dishwasher will cost $350 parts & labor to replace the drain pump parts and labor after a 5 minute evaluation. (They did not know the dishwasher was almost brand new) They called to get my authorization to pay, and I declined to have the work done. They stated I need to pay the $69 visit fee only. Later I get a call from Kate, the dispatcher, stating I now need to pay $199 for cleaning fee. However, I stated I never authorized any additional services. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes for the total visit. There were small pieces of plastic there that needed to be cleaned out and the dishwasher is working fine. I guess I didn't need the drain pump to be replaced for $350 after all. When I called to complain, they agreed to take the additional cleaning fee and charge the visit fee only. They subsequently called to apologize and waive my visit fee of $69.
