Our skill set stops abruptly at light bulbs! I called Carl last year because our gas stove would not ignite. Turns out some safety switch needed flipped. We paid a very minimal service call fee and were thrilled to not have an actual repair bill. Today I dug Carl's card out of my kitchen knife drawer because our dishwasher stopped working. It was making dishwasher sounds with NO WATER! Carl gave me a tip over the phone for the most likely cause of the issue, explained to me how to fix it (i.e. wipe the soup out from under your floater) and miraculously the machine started pumping water again! No charge! It's so refreshing getting help from someone that is legitimately interested in finding simple, inexpensive solutions. Today I find out they ordered the compressor and a control board and who knows what other parts.. as of now i find myself being a middle person between Haus appliances and geek squad...and there seems to be little effort to find a solution to my repair...I definitely would not recommend this company...the tech clearly undermined my father's intelligence telling him twice on different occasions that the refrigerator worked when it clearly didn't.
