The process to getting quotes and understanding a project like roof insulation is not cut and dry. Many companies can look at an attic and say "sure, we can add isulation" and just blow stuff around. This may work for some homes, but we needed a company that was communicative, fair in price and would solve our insulation and venting issues in our attic from the 60's. Robert and his team from Attic Air was the solution we picked for the above reasons. Robert in the quoting process was very flexible with all of my questions and provided great insight with future roofing projects to help beautify our home. During the install process Attic Air came in and the team jumped right and and added bath fans, insulated sky lights, added baffles and eave vents. The team was communicative with questions and letting us know about some of the functions of the bath fans. The job looks great and I am sure our home for years to come will be very comfortable and energy efficient. Thanks to Attic Air. I highly recommend! read more

WOW! I am so thankful to Robert from Attic Air for evaluating my attic and crawl space during our rebuild after a house fire. The contractor used spray insulation and sealed up the attic vents and crawl space vents. I read on the internet some things about proper circulation and wondered if I needed an attic fan. I called Attic Air and Robert came out on a Monday. He was prompt, always in contact about his arrival, he was VERY knowledgable and I really appreciated his time and effort. I ended up not needing the attic fan, and Robert assured me that everything was done correctly and made some suggestions regarding the crawl space. It's really nice to know that there are company's out there that really care about helping people and having things done right with little or no benefit to themselves. I may not have needed Attic Air's service today, but I will for sure know who to recommend when someone needs help with an attic space! My deepest thanks!!! ~Gail, Bartlett read more

This is an excellent company. We got a prompt site visit, an incredibly reasonable quote, and an excellent experience with the actual installation of insulation and an attic fan. The crew showed up on time, was very thoughtful, and conpleted the job very quickly. Our home is cooker already! Highly recommend. read more

Exactly on time (8:30 meant 8:30 (not 8:29 or 8:31 - gotta love that!). Faster repair than expected and cost was less than expected. Left the house interior and exterior clean. Entire team was courteous. REAL PROFESSIONALS! Robert did a thorough evaluation and I was comfortable with his recommended course of action. Alex lead the install team through a job well done. THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Attic Air installed insulation in our attic, and the people that came were professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Left my garage clean. Overall excellent service. Excellent job was performed by Robert & his team. I am very pleased with his insulation service & attic Fan Installation. Five stars are not ENOUGH FOR ROBERT @ ATTIC AIR. Attic Air was able to do their job on time. Again Thank you Robert & his team, Great Kind People. read more

Really impressed with this business. They came out and worked super fast and fixed our vents. We ran into a small issue with a noise and the owner came out the day after Christmas to fix it for us. They are very professional and stand by their work. We need more businesses like this. read more

Great business! Robert returned our phone call right away and gave us an estimate that week. We needed our entire attic insulated, our bathroom fan vented and our whole house fan removed. Robert was very professional and personable at the estimate. His team did a great job at communicating the work being done and they were clean and quick! I recommend Attic Air to anyone needing this type of work down at their home. We can already tell a difference in temperature in our house! The work really pays for itself if done correctly. Thank you so much for a great job! read more

I called several companies for estimates to insulate my attic and bathroom wall. Attic Air stood out. 1. All companies said they would need to drill holes in my wall to get the insulation in, except for Attic Air. Robert is creative and he said he may not need to drill holes in the wall if there's a gap in the wall that goes up to the attic. I saved a lot of money and heartache because it turns out they were able to insulate without drilling holes. 2. Robert showed up on time for the estimate, answered my four-year-olds questions, explained everything, and was a real gentleman. I saw his foldable ladder and asked where he got it because I was having a problem changing a lightbulb on my staircase. He said can I look at it? Then he climbed up and changed our lightbulb! We offered to pay him and he declined. That's called going the extra mile. 3. His crew was on time, they were efficient, and they cleaned up after themselves. And for the first winter in several years, our bathroom pipes did not freeze! read more

I called this morning to ask about my moisture issue in my attic . The person who took my call gave me an expiation on what I should do to help with the moisture issue and said that if the problems persists to call them again and they will be right out . Prior for me calling them , I contacted a roofing company who told me the bs that my roof needed replacement . Attic air did not . They told me the truth and even took the time to answer my questions !! Thank you attic air , this is a company that you can trust !!!! read more

Very honest business person. I have had 1/2 dozen estimates from different companies. All had varieties of recommendations. Rob quickly & accurately diagnosed the problem and offered cost effective solutions. Surprisingly a number of them were options outside of Rob's business. He wants to see the right thing done. He is a very knowledgeable & honest guy. I highly recommend this company. read more

I hired attic air to vent my soffits, install one bath fan and vent another, and insulate entire attic. They removed incorrectly previously installed insulation. They had me look at the attic when it was done. Everything was done perfectly. Baffles, insulated fan vent hoses, consistent/level amount of insulation. They cleaned up everything inside and out, don't know they were here. Professionals from start to finish. I would hire them again in a second. read more

Horrible, extremely rude service, particularly from Alex's crew. Hired them to replace two bathroom fans. The crew was surprisingly curt and rude but against my better judgement I told them to proceed with the work. When at the end I asked about their labor warranty, Alex literally laughed in my face and lectured me on the ridiculousness of the question saying there was no such thing as warranty for bath fans (even though the receipt clearly stated a 1 year labor warranty!) To my bad luck, one of the fans started making loud clanking noises the following day. A full month later they came out to inspect it and repeatedly told me that there was nothing wrong with the fan, but they would go up on the roof and do something with the damper. When I asked them to explain what they were planning to do, Alex started yelling at me saying that they are professionals, do thousands of these fans, and how dare I expect them to explain every step of the work that they will be doing. Curtness and rudeness are one thing, but being yelled at in your own home goes beyond all reasonable levels of business etiquette! At this stage I had to kick them out and it took several repeated requests for them to finally comply. Please save yourself the stress and aggravation and find a different company to work with. read more

A++++ company. These guys know what they're doing, do it quickly, and do it very cleanly. They're priced reasonably and set a standard for customer service and value. I've had them at my home twice to do a couple of different jobs. In one case they found an unrelated problem with a chimney cap which they offered to replace at a very reasonable price (I could have done it myself so I know what the parts cost.) This is what customer value and quality are all about. Recommended very highly. read more

Robert was great to work with! Professional, punctual, and very nice. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

I ended up using another insulation company due to availability but worked with Robert over the phone and in person quite a bit. He was very knowledgeable and generous with his advice along the way. There's a reason why they are booked up for months in advance. He runs a great business. read more

A++++. We hired Attic Air for a few projects in our attic. We were not getting enough air flow through and Robert and his team know exactly what needed to be done to increase the air flow and prevent humidity. The builder of our home slacked on a number of things and Robert was able to identify them and come up with a solution. The attic fan they installed works wonders at keeping the humidity low in the winter and cools the attic in the summer (decreases my AC bill!). Highly recommend Attic Air! read more

Great guys...I had them come out while I was doing my own insulation because I was afraid I didn't have enough ventilation in the attic. Knowing the problems this can cause, I wanted it fixed before I finished my ventilation. The guys from attic air came in and not only looked at my soffits, but did a pretty good review of our ventilation and insulation. Sure enough, the people who did my soffits did it wrong, but the owner of Attic Air told me my level of ventilation was pretty good and didn't find it worth it to cut out more ventilation holes. He did find that my bathroom was venting directly into the attic which could be a mold hazard. He advised it wouldn't be too hard to fix myself but provided a very reasonable quote for them to fix it. When called him to come do it, he had three guys come in and got it done very quickly. The guys were very respectful of our house and cleaned up well. Honest guys and very thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again. read more

Great company. I called them to fix or replace our attic vent that was not working since we moved in. It was easy to get an appointment. I got an appointment 2 or 3 weeks in advance because of my availability. I called them to confirm the morning of the appointment and they were set to go as agreed. They did called again that they will be late for 30 mins or so. They came. They put on booties on their shoes. They did what they need to do in less than an hour. They checked it, gave me the status of our old vent, let me decide if I want to just change the motor or the whole vent. I end up changing the whole vent and I paid what was agreed when we spoke on the phone the first time. I was told by friends that the price i paid was reasonable. read more

The crew did good work on a hot day. The only problem was the fan wire was not connected to power. That cost $175.00 for 10 minutes work. I find that very expensive. read more

Great experience! Found Attic Air via Yelp and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Richard responded very promptly and came out at the scheduled time for a quote. Received the quote the next morning and it was very reasonable. Returned the quote and we were scheduled 10 minutes later! So easy to work with! Crew was on time and quick. Alex from the crew made sure to have me poke my head in the attic and see the new fan installed and operational. He also pointed out the new soffit vents being installed so I could verify the new ventilation scheme. Great service! Will definitely be calling Attic Air when it is time to add insulation to my attic! read more

I thought that putting a bathroom fan was an easy install. If you know what you are doing it is! Attic air displayed their knowledge, speed, and respect for my home! They came three guys and installed 2 bathroom fans and ported them to the roof. I watched multiple videos on how to do the installation the correct way and these guys nailed it! I went on the roof to watch them, in the attic, and in the bathroom. One bathroom did not have a bathroom fan and they ran the electric, installed the switch, and put and new switch plate cover. They also cleaned up everything when they were done. They are worth the price! I will be calling them when I need any attic work or to replace another fan! read more

Very professional. Prompt response, reasonable price, very competent service, shows up on time, excellent product line. Actually started out as a request to reduce humidity in attic. Robert came out and stated that one good solution is simply reduce the humidity in the house, but If I wanted I could install a fan. At that point he was really was recommending no action (no cost to me of course). About a year later we had a silverfish problem, and the exterminator indicated that they are in the attic and like moisture, so anything I can do to reduce moisture in the attic would help. As pests are not welcome in this house at all.....Called Robert back and arranged for an attic fan. He gave me a couple choices, indicating advantages (or not), and we went with it. Some delays from the manufacturer (probably covid related, as it has clobbered supply chains), but Robert kept me in the loop the entire time. I'd go back to Attic Air/Robert for any future work w/o bothering for other opinions. Thanks Robert!!!! The fan is really cool. Bluetooth connection. It has multiple settings (automatic and manual), measures temp and humidity. No more going into the attic to see if its still working. Yay! read more

Robert is a caring and fair expert when it comes to attic insulation. We had a raccoon tear up our fan and insulation. They replaced the fan, insulation, sanitized everything, and then installed cages over the top of my vents. We are very pleased with the work done and with our interactions with Robert and his team. read more

The owner is like your next door neighbor. If you like them. Very friendly and professional. He has a great vibe to him. His workers just left my house. My back attic was insulated, plus turtle vents out on the room and my dryer, two bathroom duct work was redone. I can't say enough the professionalism, their friendly attitude and showed me exactly what they were doing and how they did it. His estimate was under two others I had received. I like the professional attitude but not when it's all business when they come into my home. Robert actually reminded me of my uncle. You won't go wrong with him or his workers. Lil Alex, and Jerry were the best. Their attitude was to come in Do a professional job but also held conversation and a few laughs. They did my insulation and cut the holes for the vents. Alex yes another Alex did the roof vent insulation. He was very professional and towards the end he cracked a smile. I can't say enough about Attic Air. You won't go wrong with them. read more

I never write reviews (ever); but I have to commend Robert and his Attic Air team. Robert and his team did an outstanding job. Professional, experience, and reasonable. Strongly recommend and will refer Attic Air. Thank you soooo much. read more

Wonder company . Had them come out a couple of times for different projects . Always professional , always clean up after the work too

Stay away! They will never admit they made a mistake or say sorry even when you do a nice thing for them such as removing 1 star review. What they do is waist your time with pointless emails after denying you customer service. They try to insult your intelligence instead of simple sorry for a really bad customer service. So I am giving them one star review for their customer service and insulting customers. Stay away! read more

I can't say enough good things about Attic Air. The company's owner, Robert Carroll came out to our home promptly and provided a detailed same day estimate. Their outstanding reviews are spot on. His crew, Eric and the guys came out installed 3 Panasonic High Efficient Bath fans along with running insulated duct to 3 new Roof vents. Their work was done in a professional, timely and clean manner. If you have an Attic issue, do not hesitate to contact Attic Air. read more

Owner stopped by inspected the motor for our attic fan and that it needed to be replace also recommended a new thermostat setting. We just had Robert and his team out to do some work on our attic and one of our bathrooms (insulation replacement, attic fan installation, bathroom fan replacement, and eave vent replacement). Robert is such a nice, down to earth guy. He was able to come out within days to do our estimate, and explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. We chose Attic Air over two other companies that did estimates for us. Robert and his team were wonderful. They arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and did an excellent job. We'd recommend Attic Air to anyone. read more

Attic Air is one of the best contractors that has serviced my home. I contacted Rob for a quote on insulation in our home's main attic as well as our garage attic. He was right on time for the estimate and professional throughout the visit. He told me not to insulate several areas of the garage and not to insulate specific areas of the crawl space because it wouldn't be worth the money. I accepted the contract and he told me that the work would take 3 hours. The crew showed up early and was very efficient. They put down tarps and cleaned up any small pieces of insulation. Despite the snow on the roof in February the crew was still able to install the attic fan and roof vents. I was told the offer would take 3 hours and the crew was done in just over 2. There was one spot in the utility closet were insulation had fallen through from the garage attic. Rob offered to come out and vacuum it himself but I didn't think that was necessary so I took care of it. It was a nice gesture for the owner of a company to offer to come out and clean up. My only complaint is that Rob wouldn't accept bitcoin as payment. I mean c'mon, cash is so 2020.. ;) read more

I would highly recommend Attic Air. I found their customer service outstanding from start to finish. They installed insulation, an attic fan and routed our bathroom vents externally. I noticed a significant difference immediately as I did not need to run my A/C as often and my bedrooms upstairs were staying cooler for longer. From start to finish, Robert and his team were truly professional. If you have an insulation issue, do not hesitate to contact Robert. He was on time for the quote. Was informative on what were the issues as well as how to resolve. Robert answered all of our questions. Quote was comparable to others received. Day of service Robert and his team were here as scheduled. Work was done quickly with great care taken to ensure no damage occurred to walls or environment with tarps placed on all floors. Truly, once new house fan with controls and insulation was placed, everything was removed. You never would know what was done. We are very, very pleased with Attic Air and Robert and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering them. You will not be disappointed. read more

These guys are unbelievable. No BS, fair pricing, they come prepared, knowledgable, friendly, fast clean work. I never had such a great experience with this type of service. Everything you read from the other reviewers is absolutely true. I am so impressed that I am writing this review before they pull away from the curb. I asked for the wrong fan but it didn't matter, they had the right one on the truck, gave me great advice on the venting and I am looking forward to improved performance. Highly, highly recommended. read more

I had the team from Attic Air put a bathroom fan in my house that I just bought as it didn't have a fan installed at all. I can't say enough about the fantastic job that they did. I was amazed at how quickly the work was completed and how tidy my house was when they were done, considering that they were going into the attic, cutting a hole into the ceiling where there is insulation, cutting a hole in the roof to vent it outside and doing electrical work. The quality of the work done and the professionalism of everyone that I worked with is simply the best. If you are in the market for any of the types of services that Attic Air performs, don't look any farther as it just doesn't get any better than this! read more
