Made sure to tell my wife who was on the fence originally about having this done. Big difference since then. Like I was initially set on getting cellulose for my attic, but Jim pointed out some limitations given the age and construction of my home (condo built in the 1970s). He mentioned examples of older places with cellulose developing issues like sagging ceilings. No other assessor mentioned this, so deciding to work with Jim was an easy choice. He was honest and only recommended what worked best for my situation. As of writing this review, it's been over 2 weeks since his crew came and completed both air sealing and insulation. Before, my second floor would always had a 4 to 5 degree temperature difference from my main floor. Since their work, there is no significant difference. I even checked the temperature consistently for a few days just to make sure. Whatever they did, it's made a huge difference! Very misleading cost proposal, please be very aware and watch for ambiguous or misleading pricing so you don't get blindsided with a huge cost AFTER the job is done.
