Weather was an issue but what was more of an issue was that he worked alone and talked on his phone more than he seemed to work. Many people were commenting on how slow he was working. The rot under the siding was fixed well, the stairs were done in the back well, stairs in front my husband felt the support was suspect (means 4x4s were cut short - he made up some excuse that this was his intent) and door window was damaged and cracked. We have tried to contact him on multiple occasions, even going so far as forgetting all the support issues but wanted our door window repaired or replaced. He has ghosted us!! This is unacceptable. We paid him to do a job and didn't hold back any money (our mistake - now he has no reason to call us back). So now our only option is to hire a lawyer to get our door window repaired or replaced because at this point that's all we care about. We didn't pay all that money to have a door that doesn't function properly!

The…read moreconcrete repairs were to a stone walk way and he had to come back to fill in the joints because the first time wasn't very smooth. After he did the second application he left a lot of concrete splatter and told me it would chip away when it was dry. But it didn't, it looked really messy and I sent him picture and asked him to come back. He delayed coming back and never got back to me. I had to research how to remove the concrete spots and has to buy my own acid materials to remove it. The tuck pointing quality was good but he didn't clean up anything and I had to go around my house scooping up mortar drops everywhere. He also mixed concrete in a flower bed and didn't clean it up. The work ended up fine, but the job was messy and required too much management on my part than I've ever had to do with other contractors.
