While we were waiting, a large group came in and greeted Olivia and I asked if they were related as I noticed a striking resemblance of this sweet young lady. It was several members of her family and they all sat down next to my mother and I along the remaining counter seating which was fun. She informed us that she had recently started working there and was very kind, outgoing, and smiling frequently as she cleaned up various tables in the dining room. Her mom was so nice to chat with that her family asked my mom and I to lean in for a family photo they took. This made for an entertaining meal. My food was delivered very quickly, and I was pleased to see that my eggs were perfectly over medium. Too often my over medium eggs are either overcooked or undercooked but there were perfect. The hash browns were a nice golden brown, tasty, and very good around the edges but soft in the middle. I understand why some might order them extra crispy, which I would do next time. The hot sauce was indeed delicious and the sever mentioned that it was available for sale, only $5.99. Deal!
