As I continued to shop around, I realized the customer service, follow-ups and my many questions put this company at the top. I signed and they gave me an approximate timeline. It was seamless and "almost" right on the projected time frames. Through the process they kept me up to date and were available for a few questions I had along the way. The installation crew came out and they were EVEN better than the customer service and sales rep. Eduardo Naranjo needs a promotion and a raise. The man was so humble, genuine and all around a great guy. He dealt with my kids and many dogs with no fear lol. He was professional and kept me apprised of everything the crew was doing. At then end of the installation I was sad to see the man and his team go because they were so personable and efficient. The install of my panels and batteries looks way way better than I could have imagined. I already had existing solar that I liked. But this new system blows it out the water. Anyway. Love Stellar Solar and very happy with my new system!

They installed a full solar panel system plus two Tesla Powerwall batteries for us, and the entire process was excellent from start to finish. They were very straightforward, easy to work with, and never overly salesy, which I really appreciated. I had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend Aloha Solar Power to anyone considering solar.

I received…read moreseveral quotes, but Sunline Energy was the only company that recommended fixing the root of the problem rather than just putting a Band-Aid on it. My skylight had been installed incorrectly by another company, which was contributing to the moisture issue. Since skylight repairs can be a relatively small job, I found that not many reputable companies were interested in doing this type of work. I was very happy to find Sunline Energy. Juan handled the skylight and related roof and flashing repairs, and I can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is a perfectionist and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond and fixed both the skylight and surrounding roof area beyond my expectations. Based on my experience and the quality of Juan's work, I would highly recommend Sunline Energy to anyone needing skylight or related roof repairs.

I do not recommend this company, I wanted to cancel my agreement because they postponed install…read moredate on more than one ocasion, they wouldn't refund my $1,000 deposit even though they were not complying with the agreement, life got busy and I could not pursue filing in small claims court but after hearing about the experience others had with the company (a nightmare), I realized losing a $1,000 was very little compared to what others experienced, not a reliable company because if they couldn't fulfil the timeline they should have offered to cancel and refund deposit, very disappointing. Adding on after Sunline Energy's response: I did not mention the following yet it is important to do so, in 2024 3 roofing companies told me that the roof was past due on repair, I had mentioned what happened with Sunline Energy in 2023 and was told that your company as well as others install on roofs that are not healthy enough and even with replacement of shingles the plywood was not thick enough to support solar panels, in other words, Sunline never mentioned something that was felt just by walking on the roof, ethics should be as important as obtaining a sale because people work hard to keep there home maintained, honesty is the best policy, I understand that the company must achieve sales but situations as so are very disturbing, Sunline Energy continues to owe us $1,000 due to a deposit for a job that never took place.

From the beginning, I was extremely clear that I would only proceed if the rebate covered the full project cost and that I would not pay any non-refundable deposit. After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

We put our system in back at the end of 2018 and it's been doing great. Justin calculated how big of a system we needed (with a little wiggle room) and we've been covered every year. Installation happened fast and with no hassle. We had two minor issues - one right after install and one about a year later and both times Justin responded right away and was super helpful in getting our issues resolved. It's a big job with a lot of moving parts, and it went more smoothly than much smaller projects I've had done. Seth knows this stuff very well and gives straight answers. I asked a lot of detailed questions about NEM 2.0, rate plans, and how the battery would actually behave, and I never got a sales pitch or a vague answer. When something wasn't knowable, he said so. That's rarer than it should be in this industry. The crew did clean work and were very nice and easy to deal with. The conduit was painted to match the stucco, and they went ahead and painted an older cable run that wasn't part of their job. When I hit a Tesla app issue that had nothing to do with their installation, Tim, the installation manager, spent an hour on the phone with Tesla support on my behalf. He didn't have to do that. Passed inspection first time, PTO came through shortly after, and they handled the SDCP rebate paperwork, with the check arriving faster than estimated. If you're adding storage to an existing NEM 2.0 system, these are good people to work with.
