There was a little damage on a fascia board and before we spoke about it, they already were working on replacing it and out getting paint to match the house. After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

I would like to update my experience the tech did claim he changed my capacitor, then claimed I had…read morea leak in my refrigerant... then kept trying to push me to change the whole AC system for 4-5 k then gave me quotes for 12-13 k. When the real issue was the capacitor! Which is only maybe 50 bucks at any hardware store. He tried to keep me away from the only true issue. See pics for proof But I will say this the owner contacted me and apologized for this awful experience. I really appreciate and respect that. He offered to reimburse me for this experience and I respect that. He looked into the issue and he took accountability and that's not common. So I really appreciate how this situation was handled. I will still warn everyone to always get a second opinion and be careful out there. I will be giving them another chance as long as this situation never happens again.
