Atlas Eats was as good as ever! I love how the atmosphere is a cute cafe vibe, but the food is so high quality and prepared and served in an elegant way. The food is delicious and they use local ingredients. Highly recommend stopping by for a Saturday brunch outdoors. You can never go wrong here. - @sophiescrumbs on Instagram

Very cozy and cute ambiancewe had to wait around 30 minutes to be seated since the place was packed. The manager is around and keep coming to make sure you are all set which i loved it We got a turkish egg and Dominican burger. Both tasted so homemade and we LOVED IT. Totally fresh We also had great servers and we loved her Will visit soon again Oh we also got mimosa and iced coffee, very good

Amazing food. 10/10 service. White tablecloth's and candles added to the ambiance. It was a wonderful experience.

Phenomenal brunch this afternoon! Drinks: fresh brewed iced tea, hot tea, and home made orangina Food: open faced chicken Reuben with a side salad, Atlas burger with mayo Desserts: Nanaimo bar, pineapple, banana, and apple cupcake, chocolate macaron complete with homemade whipped cream Atlas is a cozy and personable restaurant and bake shop. The entrance is lined with a bakery and dessert case that will tantalize your taste buds before you've even ordered your food. Atlas is a must try whether you're a native Rochesterian or passing through! Your palette will thank you.

The menu had a warm seat!

This review is long so get ready to read along- After a significant time spent on their instagram page looking at their weekly dinner specials and pictures, I finally got the chance to make a reservation tonight for their Indian menu! The staff are amazing. I did not ask for the vegetarian option ahead of time but they were kind enough to make it happen on spot when I asked for it. And what a great job they did with those dishes! They are patient, kind and friendly. Always explain every dish they bring out and answer all your questions and make sure your needs are met. It is indeed not a huge space but when you are having a good experience at an inclusive space that does a neat job at culinary art, I doubt you'd feel like you are crammed into a tiny space. It's definitely cozy and cute. It's not overwhelming. The food and drinks were amazing. 1. For a drink I got their special Mumbai Mule. The name got me hooked and was curious to know what it is. I'd give it a 4/5. 2. I loved their bread selection. There were about five options to choose from. The 13grain bread was a winner for us. 3. I got a cup of tea towards the end of the dinner. 5/5 for the presentation and serving. Extra credit for having my favorite Twinings tea. 4. Now for the food itself, the egg curry with homemade naan was a great start! The egg curry had a heavy coconut base to it reminiscent to a classic kurma you'd find with Parottas in an Indian restaurant or household. Loved the flavors throughout. The naan was crispy and warm. 3.7/5 for this. 5. Kosambari was next. The Atlas twist to the traditional Kosambari was sweet corn and a dressing to the 'salad.' It was very well made but I couldn't ignore the bitter notes from the cucumber. 3/5. So far they have impressed me with a good South Indian representation. 6. We opted for the Cauliflower fry (Vegetarian option instead of the shrimp fry). Served over Raita and topped with pear and raisin chutney this definitely was an interesting flavor journey. The pears were amazing by themselves rather than with the cauliflower. 4/5. Grateful for the staff for being accommodating at the last minute. 7. Butter chicken with basmati rice was next in line. I opted for Paneer as the vegetarian option. The paneer was good but a bit too chewy. The gravy had a good balance of butter and ghee hints. The rice was very fluffy and perfect. The rice:paneer:gravy ratio was pretty good too. 4/5 8. Last touch was the Stonefruit Lassi. This course was what made me want to try Atlas out. Layers of homemade yogurt and peach n plum purée topped with pistachios. The yogurt reminded me a lot about Rasmalai. It had the fermented taste to it too. The purée was great by itself and combined too. Consistency wasn't too bad. 4/5. 9. The lassi came with the Nankhatai biscuit/cookie. I was excited about this 'coz who doesn't love Nankhatai biscuits? It was soft and good however I wasn't a fan of the crumbly texture. Overall this was an amazing refreshing experience. I do hope to be back for another interesting dinner menu sometime soon!

The food, service and vibe were all top-notch. Poached eggs were perfect. The bacon amazing and the presentation was 5-star

tldr: Wonderful brunch that could easily become a regular part of my Saturday's Atlas, while not special in atmosphere, makes up for it in delicious food that feels like elevated home cooking. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted and plated, all at a reasonable price tag. I could see myself stopping by for brunch often! I have yet to try dinner, but I am excited at the idea!

Overall a nice visit to atlas eats and kitchen bake shop! I stopped by for a brunch with two friends on a Saturday morning right as they opened at 10am. And man they were already popping and tables were full within 15 minutes. So if you do want to wait either get there early! The restaurant won't seat your party until all arrive so make sure to all be timely! The park situation is ok, the lot is semi small but there is street parking with is pretty convenient. So for brunch we had a rather limited menu (which can be fine depending on the place). The selection was pretty decent and it had some wild cards which were fun. I tried the kimchi pancakes (also just a note that drove me a little crazy but they spelled kimchi wrong on their menu). I wasn't really sure what to expect but got it anyway. What I got was pretty good (the spicy sauce with the veggies) but I don't really know if the combo was perfect. I felt like it was just a normal pancake with some sauce and veggies. My two friends got the ranchero roll and chicken biscuit both seemed pretty pleased. One thing I was a little sad about was that when we got there and by the time we left most of the baked goods weren't out, so a little bummed as I would have liked to try a few as I know this place has great goodies! Overall nice visit!

Atlas Eats is one of my favorite restaurants in town. This family-run restaurant offers a truly unique and intimate dining experience for its guests. From their Friday & Saturday brunches to their themed prix fixe dinners, the food is amazing. The Kimchee Pancakes are always a good choice for brunch. Their in-house baked breads are also quite delicious. We just visited Atlas Eats this weekend for a NOLA themed dinner and it did not disappoint. The crab cakes and BBQ shrimp were on point. Diane and Gerry do a great job welcoming you into their restaurant, as if it were their home. I always have a fabulous time at Atlas Eats. Definitely worth checking out.

been here a couple times and came from brunch as it is walk in instead of reserving the dinner menu. Brunch is Friday and Saturday at 10am. I ended up getting the special because the ingredients are always unique. the bacon wasn't your normal bacon and their was a cream cheese underneath that that was a delicious unique flavor. unfortunately I can't remember the name of the cheese or where the bacon as from but it wasn't like you usually get at like a diner. the item also came with a side salad with delicious dressing and two sunny side eggs. one day I would like to come back here and try one of their dinner menus. the dinners are unique as well and change weekly. they are based off a country with those ingredients used, sent out a week before so you can reserve your spot

Amazing Caribbean night dinner! The service is excellent. The food is phenomenal. The ambience is historic yet modern, pleasant and interesting. Can't wait to return.

Tried this place for my birthday breakfast, since it has such great reviews! It was in an easy to find plaza on N Clinton, and there is parking in the back! This place is small and quaint, super cute homey feel with world maps and beautiful furnishings! There's about 10 tables, and it had a good stream of customers in and out during our visit on a Friday morning. The staff was super friendly and attentive, brought our drinks promptly and went over the specials. I picked the whole wheat waffle pancakes with real maple sugar. It was to die for! So perfectly cooked. Fluffy, melt in your mouth, real butter on top. My husband enjoyed a few bites too! He settled on the scrambled skillet, which had fresh grape tomattoes and spinach. The egg was so fluffy and perfectly seasoned. It came with a great slice of toast, fresh baked. So delicious! We will definitely be returning to try lunch and dinner, and check out the sweet bakery!

Atlas Eats is a favorite of mine due consistently high quality food and great atmosphere. I like it for breakfast/brunch and to take out-of-towners for something a little different. I had a fantastic birthday meal there several years ago that I still think about! The rotating menu is one of the best features, as you can always try something new. Luckily, they have stayed strong through the pandemic. Because the restaurant is small, there is no dining in at this time. However, the take out process is easy. Call in your order during the week, pay over the phone, and pick a time to go get it on a Friday or Saturday. There's a table set up when you arrive, at which an employee asks for your name, and off you go! They can accommodate vegetarians, just let them know when you place your order. You can also order add ons like cookies, bottles of wine, or freshly baked bread. I recently ordered takeout from their Israeli menu, as well as chocolate peanut butter macarons. Just as tasty as eating in, but this time in my sweatpants.

Seriously, every bite was perfection. And of course, we couldn't resist the fresh mimosas -- bubbly, fruity, and just what brunch calls for. The staff was super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and you can tell they take pride in the food and the atmosphere. Everything came out hot, fresh, and beautifully plated. All of the others who didn't measure up." But take heart! All it takes is taking off the glasses and letting its hair down, and suddenly you realize just how attractive and special Railway Station Diner really is! It's the quintessential reliable diner. Above average food. Below average prices. Regulars. A counter. Good service. Quick service. The Mediterranean frittata was wholesome and filling. The ingredients, fresh. It came with roast (up charge for raisin toast, but worth it!). The breakfast sandwich with shred, too, was perfectly proportioned; the crunch of the English muffin and the squish of the sausage balanced each other exactly equally, like Neo and Smith in that third Matrix movie. But the true hidden gem was the muffin. Cut in half and grilled. With sugar crystals! Not too big. Not too small. Not so sweet as to be dessert-like. Just perfectly sweet enough to make you not regret "going savory" by getting the frittata as your main course. Next time you're asked about the best diners around, make sure Railway Station Diner is part of the pantheon.

We went to Locals Only for brunch/lunch after a wedding, meeting friends one last time before…read moreeveryone headed back to our own cities. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst restaurant experiences. We spent 2.5 hours total at the restaurant. After waiting an excessive amount of time, we watched two tables that arrived at least an hour after us receive their food first. When we politely asked if our ticket might have been missed, we were told those tables ordered before us, which simply wasn't true. We were then told the delay was because burgers take a long time but a nearly two-hour wait for a burger is pretty wild. It took about 25 minutes just for someone to take our drink order, and we were never asked if we wanted additional drinks. We had to flag staff down for everything. No ketchup, no hot sauce, nothing offered. The $30 mimosa flight served in tiny glasses also felt like a complete scam. When the food finally came, two people in our party were served 15-20 minutes before the other two, and the food was cold. One dish had completely raw eggs. When I let the server know I couldn't eat it, she came back and removed the meal from the bill, which was appreciated. However, the interaction itself felt tense and dismissive, which made an already frustrating experience worse. They did give us a round of breakfast shots to try to help pass the time which was appreciated. The food itself was disappointing overall. The breakfast burrito was basically all eggs with raw, bitter avocado, and my husband's burger was missing requested toppings. We also noticed food sitting in the service window while we continued waiting. The only person who was happy with their meal got the biggie fries an it was hot when it arrived. To make matters worse, the bathroom was unheated on an 18° day (feels like 2°) and not clean. We're a pretty chill, patient group and understand that kitchens get backed up but man, this experience completely missed the mark. Ironically, the cooks thanked us for our patience and servers said goodbye pleasantly on the way out. We honestly may have let a lot of this go if the service hadn't felt so dismissive when we calmly raised concerns.
