The fantastic technicians, Jose and Carlos arrived right on time yesterday and implemented the most perfect installation. So far so good. The unit is whisper quiet and keeps my room perfectly chilled, just the way I like it. They had a good selection of dishwashers in the brand (Bosch) and price range (mid) we were looking, and their prices turned out to be better than the other competitors I looked at. More importantly, their delivery could happen sooner, and cheaper. There ended up being a hiccup in delivery that was mostly my fault, and when I called and e-mailed in to figure it out, P.C. Richards' responses were surprisingly quick and on point. They were even nice enough not to blame me for all the problems. I have come to expect so little of customer service reps that this was a breath of fresh air. Once we got the delivery day and time actually figured out, the technician was on time, efficient, and nice enough. There was an extra outlet that needed to be created to install so there was an extra charge I wasn't expecting, but I imagine that's just how this goes sometimes. All in all, a lot less painless than it could have been, and I truly appreciate not having to wash all my dishes by hand.

The fire department and utility company had to come out to take the unit out of the wall and diagnose the issue. After weeks of repeated attempts to get them to apologize, fix the issue, and refund us, we finally got someone there to put the unit back in but without once saying sorry for endangering our family's lives. DO NOT buy from these people, all the reviews about the folks there are true. Terrible work, terrible customer service, and dangerous installation. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and we're currently pursuing a charge back with our credit card company.

We made the mistake of ordering our refrigerator from Gringer (Frank was having trouble getting it from the distributor as it was a discontinued model and Gringer had it in stock). The fridge came battered and in terrible condition, not to mention the insane delivery issues we had with their delivery company. Costly mistake, but in the end Frank came through and got us different model, which again came in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Appliance Center.
