They were able to get me in same day for service visit between 2-5. Fred came put and immediately knew what the problem was (washer door lock) even though we have an older machine, fred said it was a good one and worth the cost to fix. My $50 service call fee was absorbed into the price of the repair. Hw did not have the part on him, but said he could prob get it from one of the other techs and repair that night, if not monday. I waited a few hours and had to leave the house so I text fred. He got back to me a little while later apologizing and saying he normally works up until 9. I was unable to be home for him, so he arranged a Sunday (normally a day off) repair. He called ahead of time, was quick and professional. The price for the repair seemed fair, and there is a limited guarantee that comes with the labor and part. Would use again.

(After I wait two or three minutes to get a live person from the answering service.) It is two days and still no appointment. Last year Fred from Admiral repaired my refrigerator and my dishwasher. He was prompt. Did a great job. Charged a reasonable fee. I don't know what happened to them. And I'm very sad because Fred was fabulous. I even recommended him to friends.

I hired Vita Appliance to inspect and repair my washer and dryer. I was charged $500 plus…read morematerials, supposedly for cleaning lint and fixing a dryer door latch that stopped the machine from running. At that price, I told Olzhas I might as well buy a brand-new washer and dryer. He convinced me not to by promising a 1 year warranty on the repair. Since I was already spending heavily on renovations at the time, I trusted him and went ahead with the repair. Once he received the deposit, communication became a nightmare. He barely responded to texts or calls, and I had to chase him repeatedly just to get updates. Seven months later, the dryer broke again, same issue. When I contacted him, he claimed it was a different part of the door latch and therefore not covered under the warranty. To make matters worse, he wanted to charge me another $400 for the repair. I again had to chase him just to even come take a look. At that point, I gave up and bought a brand-new washer and dryer. I ended up wasting hundreds of dollars on repairs I shouldn't have needed, when I could've replaced the machines months earlier and saved myself the stress. After all this, he still had the nerve to ask me to leave a 5 star review. I don't recommend Vita Appliance. Poor communication, questionable warranty practices, and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
