Five Stars is not enough! You will not believe this story. In October of 2016, our Mesa, AZ home had a hose that burst. We are snowbirds. We live in Chicago and I had no idea about who to call. I friend in Chicago, who is in the construction business, recommended that I call Ryan Polita at American Technologies, INC.. (ATI) Within Two hours of my call to Ryan he was in my home. After assessing the damage -30K- Ryan called me. The kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room were all severly damaged. Ryan calmed me down, explained what he was going to do and assured me he would handle everything. Jose and his crew were at my home that day beginning the process of putting my home back together. Jose and his crew were tireless workers who could not have been more professional. The craftsmanship was second to none and he and Ryan constantly kept me updated on the progress of my home by phone until I could get to AZ. The story does not end here. On Christmas Eve morning our master bath toilet tank sprung a leak. It leaked into the master bath walkin closet. Once again, I had no idea what to do so I called Ryan Polita at ATI. Ryan was in my home by midmorning. He took out the carpet and hung it outside, tore up the padding, tested all walls for water damage, explained to me how to save my drywall, all why he was supposed to be at home cooking the family traditional Christmas Eve dinner. To top it off, I tried to give him some money - he was soaking wet and dirty- and he refused! The story continues. Three days later my neighbor had a leak in his roof. Who do we call? I would like to take this opportunity to express the outstanding service I have received from this company and their employees. In today's business world and especially in the construction industry you don't find the service to be what was expected years ago. Customer service is falling backwards and the quality of work is minimally acceptable. I had dealt with this company years ago but never used their services. I had a few properties that needed some work and their name came up again so I decided to give them a try. I never expected the work to be done so effortlessly. Clean, professional and their workmanship was of a higher standard. I normally don't take the time to comment on social media. ATI provided outstanding work!!!! They were prompt, professional, reliable and trustworthy. What I loved most was their customer service, they were always available and responsive. I had Jose the superintendents and Danny the project managers cell phone numbers. If I ever had a question regarding the work being done or regarding the billing I knew that I could count on Jose and Danny to answer my questions immediately. The other thing that I thought was wonderful was that they took care of the entire job from start to finish. It was super helpful not having to work with multiple companies. Jose arranged all of the specialty companies and coordinated everything for us. This really exceeded all levels of satisfaction. I had a water line break in my attic, that then in turn caused a rainforest like scene to take over my living room. I am a single first time home owner and needless to say was pretty shook walking into such a scene. ATI was a preferred provider through my insurance company (USAA) so I gave them a call. Super friendly and calming woman answered the phone and brought me through the process, they were to my house within hours (which is impressive because I live in Prescott, AZ at least an hour and a half drive from Phoenix). Richie the lead supervisor introduced himself and got right down to business. He was friendly and relatable which helped me stay calm through all the chaos. Him and his team got to work right way and quickly took care of all flooding and standing water. From there they set up drying equipment and returned the next day to complete the job. Nothing short of an amazing experience with this company and their employees, because of this I am moving forward and using them for the rest of my repairs. I manage commercial properties and sometimes you can get a tenant that has higher demands and expectations then most. After having a major surgery I was at home recovering for over two months with little mobility. I had a flood from my upstairs bathroom that flooded the whole area and went through the floor below, into another large room in my home. It was horrible to say the least! I had a fire at my building back in January on a Saturday evening. I called Jackie Anderson and she picked up on the first ring and had a crew out to my site in less than an hour to start the remediation. Tara Hawkins was assigned as my account manager and she guided me through the entire process. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me and helped me understand the insurance end when I had questions! Jackie continually followed up with me to make sure the process was going smooth and if I needed anything. I do not know what I would have done without these two!! They are two of the most professional and inteligent women I have had the pleasure of working with and I will call them again if I ever have a fire or flood in the future at one of my buildings. I discovered some old water damage on my ceiling after I scraped away some old popcorn ceiling. This is an old home, with a flat roof, and I didn't want to just cover it up in case the water damage was more severe than what I could see, or in case there was mold. I called my insurance company, USAA, to file a claim. They recommended ATI as the contractor to assess the damage. The workers were courteous, polite, respectful, and their work was excellent. The room had some old water damage on the ceiling and the room looks better than before. Everything was very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to work with ATI again. One of the workers even noticed what NFL team I'm a fan of, and had an old NFL contract from the 30's that he made a copy of and gave to me. That is top notch. In the last three years my home has experienced three separate floods. Coincidentally, I had the same water mitigation tech each time, Richie. Richie was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Once the mitigation part was completed ATI sent 2 more employees, Bobby M. And Louis M for ceiling repair and painting. Their supervisor, Winter, and all the other people involved in all of these situations were flexible with my schedule, efficient, and most importantly for me, kept in good communication. On Friday evening one of my Commercial buildings had its windows shot out and police were on site. The property needed to be secured and in doing so the windows needed to be boarded up for the weekend until we could get the glass company out to repair. I had just signed an Emergency response agreement (ERA) with ATI Restoration, so I called the after hours number and my call was answered by a live person, quick to respond and provide solution! I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Leblanc and the ATI team on a few occasions during my days as a commercial property manager, and their service was outstanding. I once had an industrial property that suffered the loss of over 100 skylights during a hail storm that hit the west valley late in the evening. AMAZING service by Jeff Moore and the entire ATI team! After having my insurance company suggested contractor no show for three separate appointments and not even return a call I decided to contact ATI. Jeff and his team contacted me within a day and had a cabinet person to my house to give a bid within a matter of days. The bid I received was cheaper than the one through the insurance company provided contractor and ATI actually showed up and did the work at the scheduled day and time. My kitchen island looks like new after my dishwasher leaked and the cabinet guys even vacuumed the area after they were done in addition to cleaning their work area outside. AMAZING! Absolutely wonderful. I had a problem 7 months ago and they did a fantastic job mitigating the water damage and repairing the roof. That is not why they get 5 stars, but it could be enough. Now 7 months later, after a category 1 wind and rain monsoon ripped through my house, I had more damage, lots of damage. Although I have what I used to think was the premier insurance company, they just left me high and (not so) dry. I called ATI, and Ryan was truly fantastic. These folks are incredible. We started a simple restoration from a dishwasher leak and discovered mold. We had to stop work because my spouse's cancer treatment meant he couldn't be around molds or other environmental problems for months. ATI worked with my insurance company to seal off the mold area, cleanse and test the house, and keep us safe while he had a bone marrow transplant.
