I can't say enough about the folks at ATI. There was a water leak in my walls and my insurance company (USAA), assigned ATI to complete the cleanup/demo/mold remediation and they will complete the rebuild as well. Every single employee that I've dealt with has been kind, professional, empathetic and knowledgeable. Vance, Anthony, Todd and Richie..just to name a few. Richie has been the lead on the demo/mold remediation and he is the epitome of fantastic customer service. His work ethic is beyond amazing and he kept me informed through the entire process. He also recognized (2) different safety issues that had nothing to do with this job. Because of this, he saved my family from what would have inevitably ended up an electrical fire. It's scary to think the contractors who remodeled this home (prior to my purchase), were oblivious or simply didn't care about the safety of others and just covered up issues that could literally kill people. I'm so very grateful to Richie and ATI for their keen eye and caring nature that probably saved my family from devastation. ATI has done exactly what they said and showed up on time, every time. This is rare anymore in the contracting business. If you have any kind of say in who will be taking care of your home, regardless of the type of damage, ATI should be your go to! We're only halfway through the process but I just had to commend them ASAP. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! Update 8/20/19. Unfortunately, since I posted this review, I've been unable to get anyone at ATI to return my calls to let me know when the rebuild will begin. This is disappointing as the first part of this process was handled so well. One star on the rebuild process this far UPDATE 3/17/20: ATI has become increasingly difficult to deal with. They offered me a reduced deductible if I packed out my own kitchen prior to cleanup/demo, which I agreed to. I am now receiving a past due notice for the full deductible and have called several times regarding this. Vance was the project manager that offered the reduction in deductible while at my home. Incredibly frustrating that this has been going on for 8 months now. For a simple small kitchen fix. read more

Five Stars is not enough! You will not believe this story. In October of 2016, our Mesa, AZ home had a hose that burst. We are snowbirds. We live in Chicago and I had no idea about who to call. I friend in Chicago, who is in the construction business, recommended that I call Ryan Polita at American Technologies, INC.. (ATI) Within Two hours of my call to Ryan he was in my home. After assessing the damage -30K- Ryan called me. The kitchen, dining room, laundry room and powder room were all severly damaged. Ryan calmed me down, explained what he was going to do and assured me he would handle everything. Jose and his crew were at my home that day beginning the process of putting my home back together. Jose and his crew were tireless workers who could not have been more professional. The craftsmanship was second to none and he and Ryan constantly kept me updated on the progress of my home by phone until I could get to AZ. The story does not end here. On Christmas Eve morning our master bath toilet tank sprung a leak. It leaked into the master bath walkin closet. Once again, I had no idea what to do so I called Ryan Polita at ATI. Ryan was in my home by midmorning. He took out the carpet and hung it outside, tore up the padding, tested all walls for water damage, explained to me how to save my drywall, all why he was supposed to be at home cooking the family traditional Christmas Eve dinner. To top it off, I tried to give him some money - he was soaking wet and dirty- and he refused! The story continues. Three days later my neighbor had a leak in his roof. Who do we call? Ryan Polita at ATI. Once again ATI was spectacular. If you don't believe this story call Ryan at ATI. He will give you my phone number. I will bore you with details and show you before and after pictures. Cannot say enough about there service. read more

ATI provided outstanding work!!!! They were prompt, professional, reliable and trustworthy. What I loved most was their customer service, they were always available and responsive. I had Jose the superintendents and Danny the project managers cell phone numbers. If I ever had a question regarding the work being done or regarding the billing I knew that I could count on Jose and Danny to answer my questions immediately. The other thing that I thought was wonderful was that they took care of the entire job from start to finish. It was super helpful not having to work with multiple companies. Jose arranged all of the specialty companies and coordinated everything for us. This really exceeded all levels of satisfaction. It allowed our days to continue as typical as they were before the flood. Jose really went above and beyond anyone else. He helped us with additional items outside of his scope of work with no hesitation which was absolutely amazing. Overall I was extremely impressed with the quality of work that they provided. We highly recommend ATI and would most definitely use them again. read more

I manage commercial properties and sometimes you can get a tenant that has higher demands and expectations then most. One of my tenants felt that the quality of air was not to standards with in their tenant suite and called in an outside party to have it tested. Once the tests came back they sent me the results and informing me of what they had done and what I needed to do to correct things. I have worked with Colleen LeBlanc with ATI Restoration for years and so I reached out to her to seek help. Colleen had Craig Spencer, one of ATI Restorations Project Managers contact me, who specializes in Environmental Services like Mold, Mildew & Microbial Growth Removal. Craig, read the report and was able to break it down and confirm that the findings were not abnormal and that the air quality met quality standards. Craig helped me understand and be able to address this tenant issue and I am grateful! I would highly recommend ATI Restoration Services. Thanks again, Colleen, for coming to my rescue !!! read more

After having a major surgery I was at home recovering for over two months with little mobility. I had a flood from my upstairs bathroom that flooded the whole area and went through the floor below, into another large room in my home. It was horrible to say the least! My neighbor Colleen LeBlanc who works for ATI Restoration told me ....its going to be okay! This is what ATI does and they will take care of you! Danny Spruce the Project manager and Jim Arnett the Superintendent did exactly that. They helped me get through a horrible situation and was able to help clean up and rebuild the effected areas. I am so thankful for their patience and willingness to work around my medical issues and appointments and their personal touch meant a lot to me. I am now using this full service restoration company on two other properties of mine. Thank you ATI! read more

I had a fire at my building back in January on a Saturday evening. I called Jackie Anderson and she picked up on the first ring and had a crew out to my site in less than an hour to start the remediation. Tara Hawkins was assigned as my account manager and she guided me through the entire process. She was so knowledgeable and patient with me and helped me understand the insurance end when I had questions! Jackie continually followed up with me to make sure the process was going smooth and if I needed anything. I do not know what I would have done without these two!! They are two of the most professional and inteligent women I have had the pleasure of working with and I will call them again if I ever have a fire or flood in the future at one of my buildings. I would highly recommend them and ATI for any and all of your restoration needs! read more

I discovered some old water damage on my ceiling after I scraped away some old popcorn ceiling. This is an old home, with a flat roof, and I didn't want to just cover it up in case the water damage was more severe than what I could see, or in case there was mold. I called my insurance company, USAA, to file a claim. They recommended ATI as the contractor to assess the damage. The workers were courteous, polite, respectful, and their work was excellent. The room had some old water damage on the ceiling and the room looks better than before. Everything was very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to work with ATI again. One of the workers even noticed what NFL team I'm a fan of, and had an old NFL contract from the 30's that he made a copy of and gave to me. That is top notch. I am 100% happy with the work they did and how they did the work. read more

In the last three years my home has experienced three separate floods. Coincidentally, I had the same water mitigation tech each time, Richie. Richie was punctual, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. Once the mitigation part was completed ATI sent 2 more employees, Bobby M. And Louis M for ceiling repair and painting. Their supervisor, Winter, and all the other people involved in all of these situations were flexible with my schedule, efficient, and most importantly for me, kept in good communication. All of these types of home repairs are always an inconvenience, but ATI did a tremendous job making the scheduling and repairs as smooth as possible, while keeping the stress of such situations to a minimum. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody in my situation. read more

On Friday evening one of my Commercial buildings had its windows shot out and police were on site. The property needed to be secured and in doing so the windows needed to be boarded up for the weekend until we could get the glass company out to repair. I had just signed an Emergency response agreement (ERA) with ATI Restoration, so I called the after hours number and my call was answered by a live person, quick to respond and provide solution! They had a crew at my property to board up the commercial windows within the hour. When I went by on Saturday to assess the damage and the risk, I found everything cleaned up and boarded as I requested. Thanks to Colleen LeBlanc with ATI, I was informed about having an emergency Response agreement in place for this very reason. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Colleen Leblanc and the ATI team on a few occasions during my days as a commercial property manager, and their service was outstanding. I once had an industrial property that suffered the loss of over 100 skylights during a hail storm that hit the west valley late in the evening. I called ATI, and, despite it being after-hours, they had a team on site inside of two hours with all the needed supplies, and they had the 800Ksf building completely dried-in by the next morning. I was impressed beyond what words can express. My client was equally impressed as they had millions of dollars of inventory that was vulnerable to water damage had ATI not acted so quickly. I will be forever appreciative of their efforts. Thank you ATI. read more

AMAZING service by Jeff Moore and the entire ATI team! After having my insurance company suggested contractor no show for three separate appointments and not even return a call I decided to contact ATI. Jeff and his team contacted me within a day and had a cabinet person to my house to give a bid within a matter of days. The bid I received was cheaper than the one through the insurance company provided contractor and ATI actually showed up and did the work at the scheduled day and time. My kitchen island looks like new after my dishwasher leaked and the cabinet guys even vacuumed the area after they were done in addition to cleaning their work area outside. We could not be happier with the service and craftsmanship that we received from ATI! read more

Our family never had a major leak before. Great for us and bad. Great, as in we did not have to navigate such an experience in our home for years!! Truly wonderful. But also bad, in that when this did occur for us - - beyond obvious steps to contain the damage - - we were at a loss for steps on repair and rebuild. ATI saved us! Colleen LeBlanc and her assigned team provided options, overviews and detailed steps of each. They worked seamlessly with our residential insurance provider. And for testament to our restored home, we had pictures, and successful testing certificates, and fabulous peace-of-mind. So ... how do I say this?? This is the luckiest disaster team I never thought I needed???? 5 stars "start to finish". read more

AMAZING! Absolutely wonderful. I had a problem 7 months ago and they did a fantastic job mitigating the water damage and repairing the roof. That is not why they get 5 stars, but it could be enough. Now 7 months later, after a category 1 wind and rain monsoon ripped through my house, I had more damage, lots of damage. Although I have what I used to think was the premier insurance company, they just left me high and (not so) dry. I called ATI, and Ryan was truly fantastic. He took all my info about the frustrations with USAA, and is intervening on my behalf. THIS IS WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND exceptional service from doing a good repair job. This is 5 star customer service. Thank you Ryan and ATI Bruce, Fountain Hills AZ read more

ATI Restoration is one of the premier service providers in the property restoration sphere. I've had the pleasure of working with ATI while at sureti Corporation; we're a third-party payment platform that accelerates the flow of funds from insurance carriers to restorers. In my time working with ATI, they have always gone above and beyond expectations when it comes to quality and speed of repairs, as well as customer service. ATI's project directors/managers are helpful and customer oriented. They work great with our team and are very communicative when it comes to keeping both us and their clients up to date with job related information. I would highly recommend them as your restoration contractor. - Taylor D. read more

Having half your roof torn off during a windstorm and subsequent damage of a collapsed drywall ceiling in my garage and porch was a bit stressful. No to mention, it also happened to nearly everyone else in neighborhood - this caused terrible delays for the whole construction and insurance industries. John Sweet and Winter dealt with the insurance company and advocated repairs on my behalf. Always followed up. In the field there were many great workers, but one stood out in particular as exceptional, professional and courteous - Robert (bob?) Medina. Hats off to him as he was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and once done, showed it all and asked if there were any questions, etc. read more

John Smith has provided me with the best team in the company. Ricardo and Ryan have always showed up on time and completed each project either on time or before. They have always been professional and informative of each step of the process. I believe they provide the best product for the best price. My residents are very happy with the work they provide and how clean they are while on the job. The follow all scope and code standards while completing remediation work. If you are needing remediation in your home, business or property look no further. ATI is on the job and they best in the industry. This is an all star company to work with, almost like family. We had a plumbing issue which caused a flood. As soon as my husband called the insurance company the process began. ATI was a joy to work with, especially Beatrice and her crew. They took great care in packing and unpacking our treasures and furniture etc., OUTSTANDING! This crew has integrity, is honest, friendly and professional. In our time of need this crew was prompt and ready to work with smiles and laughter, giving much ease to our chaotic situation. This crew works well as a team and goes well beyond the call of duty, leaving our house cleaner than it was in the beginning! Sincerely Mr. Daniel and Teri ( : read more

These folks are incredible. We started a simple restoration from a dishwasher leak and discovered mold. We had to stop work because my spouse's cancer treatment meant he couldn't be around molds or other environmental problems for months. ATI worked with my insurance company to seal off the mold area, cleanse and test the house, and keep us safe while he had a bone marrow transplant. When it was ok to proceed, they picked up the job and completed it efficiently and very well. We hope for great skills in a contractor, but I never expected their kindness and compassion. Every one of them went above and beyond. I happily and wholeheartedly recommend them for any restoration job. read more

The condo I live in has hired ATI to fix and identify a water leak and damage coming into my dining room. I am so impressed by the customer service this company has provided . Ricardo and Ryan are technicians who truly care about the well being of their customers. They are extremely thoughtful and treated everything in my home with respect. They always knocked or asked permission before entering and even offered to take their lunch break earlier to accommodate my schedule. In addition to ATI'S clean and precise work , they took the time to explain what was going on and reassure my safety. I would highly recommend these guys if you are looking for peace of mind and professionalism. read more
