What an industry! I was up north with my family for the weekend and came home to standing water…read morethroughout the first floor of my house. My first call was to a plumber for help. Before the plumber even arrived, three different restoration companies showed up at my door. The strange part? I never called any of them and nobody told me anyone was coming out. I did overhear one of the technicians I allowed in for a "free evaluation" on speakerphone with the plumber asking if a $2,000 finder's fee sounded reasonable. I kept my mouth shut but it definitely raised some red flags. I listened to all three companies separately and then decided to do some serious research online. While some companies have plenty of glowing Google reviews, once you start looking at other sources like Yelp, the Arizona ROC, and the BBB, the picture can look very different. Consider this a friendly warning to homeowners: do your homework. After digging deeper, I was fortunate to find ASAP Restoration. One thing that immediately stood out is that they do not work referral deals with plumbers, do not pay kickbacks, and do not play games with deductibles. They simply focus on doing the job correctly. The team was extremely professional. The mitigation/demo crew handled the water damage quickly and thoroughly, and the reconstruction team has been excellent. We're now about 90% finished with the rebuild and everything is coming together great. I just felt the need to share my experience before heading out for spring break. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, take a breath, do your research, and call a company that focuses on integrity and quality work. For me, that company was ASAP Restoration.

Your efforts saved us more than 50% compared to other companies' estimates for the exact same scope of work something we're still amazed by. The third-party consulting firm was equally impressed with the quality and professionalism demonstrated by your crew. We truly value your commitment to excellence and integrity, and we look forward to working with you again in the future. Overall the best prices I could find for full house restoration service.

After a flood in my home caused by my AC unit, my floors were completely ruined and I was beyond stressed. From the very first interaction, James turned what could have been a nightmare into a smooth, reassuring experience. James's communication was absolutely exceptional. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained the process clearly, followed up consistently, and made sure I fully understood everything that was happening. Not once did I feel left in the dark, rushed, or confused--every single question I had was answered thoroughly and patiently. The quality of work speaks for itself. Jenkins Restoration replaced my drywall and floorboards, installed beautiful new tile, and reinstalled my vanity and toilet seamlessly. They painted my entire house. Everything was done with such precision and care that you would never know there had been flood damage at all. My home honestly looks better than it did before. What truly sets James apart is how hard he advocated for me with my insurance company. He went above and beyond to make sure my best interests were protected, handled the back-and-forth professionally, and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Having someone that knowledgeable and dedicated on your side makes all the difference. Don't bother going with any other company--you simply can't find companies like Jenkins Restoration anymore. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, honesty, and customer care are unmatched. Only nine months ago we had new tile installed and it worried me we would have to rip some out to make this repair. Good Times Plumbing came to the rescue and I was really happy with their work. Our technician, Brandan, was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He showed me exactly what was going on and relieved my worries when he told me he was able to fix the cartridge without messing with the tile. I had Bill and his crew come out for an assessment and options for mitigating the radon levels. I scheduled an appointment to have a system installed and on that day they showed up promptly in a neat, clean, well equipped van. We discussed options for mounting the system and they began the installation. I was a bit nervous about having holes drilled in my slab and foundation, however their equipment bored perfect holes in a short amount of time. (No jackhammers here!). The installation went well, and I was very impressed that they took time to use levels and other equipment to ensure the installation was correct both in the attic, and the mechanical equipment on the outside of the house. I was also impressed that the crew was not rushed and trying to get the job done as fast as they could. When they didn't have the correct mounting hardware on the truck, Bill went to a supply house and secured the correct materials instead of trying to "Mickey Mouse" the installation by using what they had on hand. Very impressive. They even painted the equipment to match the colors of the house. After the job was complete they ensured that the installation was working properly, and after letting the installation stabilize for 2 weeks I again used the test kits. These results came back at .9 which was a huge reduction from the earlier 6.2 level. I can highly recommend this company for their excellent work and professionalism.
