This is a great store that exudes love for Chicago everywhere. I…read morebrought my gravel bike in last week when I broke a spoke and the guys working the service counter were friendly and knowledgeable. They got my bike fixed quickly and for a reasonable price. Definitely a good experience. Today my Santa Cruz started making a bad freak from the bottom bracket and I decided to skip the longer drive to my usual shop and give these guys another chance. Again today I had a great experience. I'm super happy with the service I got, the staff was friendly, and I couldn't be happier to support my neighborhood shop. 100% will come back.
