Mr. Costlow answered all my questions and treated me like I was purchasing a 250k Loader. He told me my new tractor would be delivered the next day Saturday the 21st before 12 noon by one of their employees. He called me to let me know his delivery person was not there to deliver it on Saturday and he personally would brig it to my home. Mr. Costlow used his personal vehicle to make the delivery. This kind of service is unheard of nowadays. He was not in any hurry going over the proper operation of the machine and told me when I want to remove the bucket he would come back to my house to show me how its done the first time, WOW!. Now that is an outstanding employee that should be commended for his dedication to United AG. The whole process to make this purchase was about a half-hour. Thank you, Mr. Costlow, for your professionalism and knowledge of the John Deere line of tractors and implements.

They actually DID NOT do the Yamaha required pre-sales checks. Those were missed. Documentary fee $200 this is the dealership processing the required TxDMV and TPW registration. BTW, I still haven't had confirmation that the TWD docs are being processed. Other Battery and Key. $399 There is no key, but there is a battery. Purchased extended Yamaha warranty. Still haven't received any documentation on the extend warranty. I'm sure most dealerships do this BS. Just don't make the mistake of ever using this dealership. One minute we were browsing; the next, it was an emergency "clear the space" situation, and suddenly Tractor Supply became the most unexpected maternity ward in Texas. To their credit, the staff handled it like absolute pros. What could've been chaotic was actually kind of heartwarming. Employees jumped in to help, gave us space, and somehow kept things calm as tiny puppies made their grand entrance. There's something surreal about hearing newborn puppy squeaks echoing through a store that usually smells like feed and hay. Customers nearby went from confused to fully invested in about 30 seconds. It turned into a wholesome little crowd moment for sure. By the end of it, everyone was okay, the puppies were adorable, and my cousin now has one wild story that no one will believe without proof.
