When they finally responded, they told me I had to pay for parts and repair costs of things that were working fine when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to a manager and was met with attitude and an unwillingness to help rectify the situation, even after proving their horrible communication and explaining that they broke a part after I dropped it off. I would highly recommend doing your own due diligence before using this shop as the communication, attitudes, etc.... are not something I believe a service business should exhibit to their customers.

We called to check what time they closed on Saturdays and when we got there the service was very quick and efficient. As my husband was inside paying for the hay the guy on the tractor had already placed the hay on our trailer and we were out of there within 10 minutes or less. I am not sure of what all they offer at this location but I look forward to visiting on a regular basis. Thank you for having such a home town business convenient to a lot of farmers! :) Big lot of trucks pulling tractors. Never been inside so not sure what the inside looks like.
