( yes you can display the suprise eyes) #4 Are you sitting down ? ..........,,,,,,,,..... ...................THEY CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS DURING AFTER HOURS !!!!!! ( face plant X 2 ) WHAT!!!!!! It is beyond me how anyone could actually get upset with this clinic with all the devotion, kindness, and hard work they put in daily. When you have someone take the time such as they do, you need to understand there will be days where it's backed up, there will be days that they might forget something, and there will be days that things are not running 100%. For those that are unhappy and complaining , why don't you just go to a regular vet that charges exuberant fees after 5 PM or takes a month to make an appointment for your animal, maybe you would do better there? Dr Morton and his staff are the kindest, most knowledgeable people I have ever met running a veterinarian establishment. I can honestly say they genuinely care! I got an email confirming a 4 PM appointment, and Emily, the same person from the phone and chat, told me to bring Manny a GSD in. At 4 PM, they took us to a room where we spoke to a tech, who said someone would be with us shortly. She came back to look at him and asked if we wanted an X-ray for $175 (still no vet yet) or a physical from the doctor. We chose the physical, and she said the doctor would be in soon. By 5:21, she returned to apologize, saying there's only one doctor for 10 rooms. Can you say greed? We turned around and left. The waiting room still had 10 people trying to get into one of those rooms. I don't care how many doctors or rooms you have; that's your problem. If they told me to be there at 1 AM, I'd be on time. I'd heard good things in the past, which is why I chose this place, but now that they're in the big new building, their service is going downhill. Word will get around, just like in other reviews I've seen. Terrible service!

I first saw a puppy they had for adoption listed on their website and fell in love. I called them and they told me to complete an application which I did. They did their vetting (no pun intended) and I drove me and my 2 pups to Tyler for a meet and greet with our potential adoptee. Once I arrived, I found a volunteer qho got me to another volunteer who brought our potential adoptee out to meet us. Me and my pups fell in love and we all agreed she was welcome into our family!
